DO NOT WORK HERE. Look up MLM and Smart Circle before accepting employment here. They hire young, inexperienced, mainly minority (underprivileged + impressionable) young adults. The pay is below garbage but your sold on the facade you’ll become a “business owner”. Culture is toxic- preaches not to talk anything negative about company especially to your “business partners” to discourage discussion about poor working conditions. You WILL work 60 hour weeks for under $10 an hour. You WILL be told and expected to come in early and leave late. You will spend your own money on gas and mileage on your own car. This is an offshoot of a pyramid scheme. Bottom line. DO NOT WORK HERE.

Responded to a Marketing Lead position. Did a recorded interview, phone interview... answered all questions about my experience and expectations. Turned out to be a entry level appointment setting/closing position that also follows the MLM format. Completely NOT what was advertised. Very unethical and takes advantage of hardworking, experienced job seekers who think they are interviewing in their field.. If you dont mind driving to respondents homes to close a sale, this is the job for you. But professional job experience is NOT a requirement for this position.Interview question: what do you know about interest (rates).

Its a Smart Circle company, which I found curious that I had to go through two interviews to find that out, but they sell a product that actually helps people and theres a lot of money to be made.
