Loved our experience using Black Chariot. Our family of 7 was greeted at the airport with on time and professional service. The company went beyond our expectations when we missed our departure and took a later flight, I called to inform them and the man on duty made the quick necessary changes and also gave me his personal cellphone as a precaution of more changes before pick up. The driver was very knowledgeable about the area and showed us different landmarks. Also the driving was super smooth it actually put our little ones to sleep!One of the main perks of why we picked this service is they provide child seats at no extra charge. With two kids age 4 and under it eased our minds greatly with traveling.

Really enjoyed my experience with this company. I dont use very many driving services especially with COVID but this company was professional and clean!!!. The driver was dressed professionally and didnt bother me unless it was to provide help or assistance with where we were headed.I found it even more impressive that car seats were free of charge, even though I had mine, knowing that was an option gave me peace of mind that the company went the extra mile to provide that for us as well. It is hard to place trust in driving companies with lack of courtesy from the drivers or lack of professionalism. They are very quick to respond and were able to accommodate my travel party due to some last minute changes which I really appreciate them for.The limo arrived on time at the airport and there were absolutely no delays. Our driver, Jamal, was very professional and courteous. He suggested places around the Orlando and Tampa area while I was visiting with my friends and family. At first we only planned on using a limo service to the hotel from the airport but because we enjoyed our experience so much, we decided to use them for the remainder of our trip all across Central Florida. Jamal was very knowledgeable and recommended plenty of places to eat and sights to see around town. We requested the same driver every time.The SUV we had was massive and luxurious. And their prices are so reasonable and much cheaper than other limo services in the Orlando area. They are transparent with their customers and you pay exactly what you are quoted which is such a relief. I also want to mention that the vehicle was spotless. I will definitely be using Black Chariot again the next time I am in town visiting!
