We came in very late after several issues with our flight, and Destination MCO was great. They were easy to deal with, communicated throughout the whole thing, and our chauffeur was a real professional. Long, late nite trip down to Naples, we walked in the door @ 6:30 am. After a ridiculous day with the airlines, Destination MCO saved the family vacation !

Vehicle 602 is driving towards Disney and is completely reckless while driving as the driver doesn’t signal and switches lanes like a madman. As someone who was driving behind him with a bunch of cars around us it was absolutely dangerous. Unprofessional. I don’t know who the driver was but it was someone 05/24/21 at 12:30pm.

The driver came 10 mins late. He changed the driver last minute and he apologize but it waa on his dispatcher. He look tire and not happy. The company gives expensive. And pays a misery and take the forced tip from drivers. IMy company will wont use it this service again.

Our family (3 parties totaling 10 people) decided to travel together to Port Canaveral for a cruise. Destination MCO provided comfortable vans with talented drivers for our trip. During my family vacation to Orlando, FL in August 2015, Destination MCO provided the shuttle service from the Hyatt Regency hotel to the Disney Transport Centre. We used the Destination MCO service daily during our 2 week vacation - the service was extremely professional.One of the drivers Hector; drove for us on several occasions and made an immediate impression with me and my family. Hector provided exceptional customer service to all passengers and was very friendly to all.Great job MCO and would certainly recommend this company - thank you!

They are excellent. Ahmed was our driver and he was polite, on time and very professional. One of the trams was out of service so it took us long to get to baggage claim. He patiently waited and even showed us where to go to take our dog out to do her business after the long flight. Top notch service. I will always use them from now on. Thank you.

I recently had a business trip to attend in Orlando. Destination MCO was fantastic!!! They picked up our group of 5 in a new sprinter van and met us right at baggage claim. Our driver walked us to the van – we were hit with the Florida heat and we were all still wearing our sweaters after coming from Boston! Our driver came to our rescue with cold waters for everyone, and these delightful individually wrapped lemon-scented towels! Nice touch!!!!! DMCO also brought us back to the airport when our conference was finished. I will use them every time I come to Orlando!

I recently rented a limo for my parents anniversary and was pleasantly surprised at how courteous and responsive their agents were. They even offered to have complementary roses for my mom for their special occasion; which I accepted of course. Hector provided great service for our shuttle rides to and from Disney World.

While the drivers are exceptional in their service, I found that their dispatchers lied to me twice about my drivers location. I am very disappointed in what used to be the best company in Orlando.

Who ever was driving their Black Escalade this morning almost rear ended us on i4, almost side swipe another vehicle, and tailgated others on his way to pick up a customer. Maybe he was late, but no excuse for driving like that. I would not want to be driven around by this person.
