Not all cleaning services are created equal. Inova was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and we agreed upon a price of $155. Half way through the cleaning, I get a call from the tenant telling me the cleaning service is using bleach to clean and it ruined my kitchen floor. I now have to re-tile the entire kitchen. In addition, he used a pressure cleaner of some sort inside to clean the family room and ended up spraying grout and debris on the walls, the couch, and the tv.My mom was at the house at the time and I had to tell her to have him stop cleaning the inside as his reckless process was creating more and more damage. We asked him if he could do the outside with a pressure washer - mistake #2. He blasted mud all over the outdoor shed with no concern whatsoever.He barely spoke English so when I tried to speak with him over the phone, I could not understand him and he was getting agitated. He then proceeded to aggressively fleece my 80-year-old mom out of $455. The company refuses to respond to my inquiries.BEST ADVICE: find another company. Any other company.

I had a great time with the hired service. everything that was agreed was done. The staff arrived on time with a lot of friendliness and professionalism. Every corner cleaned and every detail done was more than my expectations. Everything was smelling nice and the cleaning is perfect. I super recommend them.
