I hired The Maids for a move-in cleaning at my 5/3 house. I should have known something was wrong when I got a call after less than 80 minutes saying the job was done. I asked if they cleaned the base boards, and was told yes. They did not. I asked if they had cleaned the appliances, and they sprang into action to wipe everything. I was told they had cleaned the bathrooms, and an advertisement card was left in each bathroom. Yet I found a LOT of hair behind each toilet. There was a $92 surcharge for wiping windows. There was dust all over the floors. The shower still had soap scum and stains, and the leader told me that she would have had to use chemicals that hurt her nose. 100% truth. I paid the bill, and the team left... and left their phone, ipad, and paperwork behind. This just goes to show a complete lack of professionalism. Would not recommend.

They did a MOVING CLEAN for me. They notified me when they were arriving. They did such a deep clean that this place is glowing!!! They were an efficient team, sometimes working in the same place and sometimes separate. They brought all their own cleaning supplies and were very organized. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULTS!!!

Woooow! I am speechless at how this company left my house spotless. They send out three to four ladies ( I had 3 ladies) and let me say they took my kitchen apart and left it spotless ... they even broke down my gas stove and hood and cleaned everything (spotless) then they went room by room until everything was done even my blinds of each room.. I can relax now because I found a reliable company that’s going to keep my house spotless every other week. Even my son noticed how clean his room was 😃Thank you YELLOW TEAM you guys rock 🤩 keep up the good work.

Even though I thought my house was clean, the unseen dust was making me sick. I was literally allergic to my house. Not any more! I hired The Maids to do an initial deep clean and then come once every month for regular clean. It’s been almost a year now and they have surpassed my expectations in every way. They always make my house feel like a 5-star hotel when they leave. And I am much healthier now. It may seem like a luxury to some but to me it is a necessity...The Maids improve my health and allow me to spend more time with my son since I work full-time and I am a single dad. The same crew comes each time so now they know my preferences and little details. I am a picky person! Even during the pandemic they have made me feel safe. I highly, highly recommend.

I started using The Maids about a year ago because of their health practices in light of COVID-19. They have consistently done an excellent cleaning job in my home. I especially like that they send a team of 3 or 4 people under the direction of a Team Leader who is the same person each time. The job gets done quickly and my at-home work time is minimally interrupted.

We hired The Maids to do a deep clean on our apartment as we were moving out and didnt want the leasing office to give us any problems. Team Yellow was sent to the apartment and once they were finished you would never be able to tell we lived there for the last 3 years, the apartment looked amazing and just like new. I recently had my whole house cleaned by The Maids of East Orlando. I must say I was hesitant at first to call a cleaning service, because #1 I had never used a cleaning company before, #2 there are so many companies to choose from and #3 I didn’t know what to expect. I was searching for a cleaning service for a friend of mine in Florida. She had a relative who lived with her for over a decade and had recently moved out of her home. This relative left her house in a vastly unclean state. My friend is in her 60s and has physical limitations. I told her that I would be sending a cleaning crew to clean her home.I searched for a cleaning service in Orlando. I spoke with a few cleaning agencies and everyone promised that they would do a really good job cleaning her home. I was searching for a cleaning service that would pay close attention to detail while they did a deep cleaning. In the past, I have dealt with cleaning services that give many promises of how well they will clean and in the end they would fall short.I called a few cleaning agencies around Orlando. Then, I called the Maids of East Orlando. I spoke to Franklin and we made and appointment for him to come over to her home for an estimate. After he saw the home, Franklin called me and told me what her home needed as far as cleaning. Her home needed an extensive amount of cleaning. Franklin assured me that he would pay attention to all of the areas the I was concerned about. The bathroom, baseboards, kitchen counters (and much more)! What impressed me about Franklin was his detail and thoroughness in his description of what needed to be done to her home. He also really listened to my concerns. It surprised me when he later repeated how he would take care of the areas I had mentioned.About 2 weeks later, the day finally came when The Maids came over to clean my friends home. Talk about thoroughness, her house does not even look the same !!!! The stains are gone, the stove is clean, the bathroom tiles look so nice! Ive been using this service for over a year now. Im very pleased with how professionally Franklin runs the business. His employees are pleasant, well-trained, and hard working. I almost always have the same team of four, and each person has a specific job: vacuuming, dusting, kitchen or bath. It results in a thorough clean every time, and they quickly and efficiently get it done. Ive used several different cleaning services over the years, and The Maids is highly superior. It may be a little more costly than some others, but you get what you pay for.

I was impressed with the speed at which The Maids team got in contact with me and scheduled a cleaning for my apartment that I was moving into.Unfortunately, the cleaning services turned out to be mediocre. A few hours after the team left, I noticed that a lot of dirt hadn’t been truly cleaned, but instead shifted around. Within a few days of walking around barefoot in my home after the team left, my feet were stained black. Areas under the counter and spaces in between large appliances were left neglected and large cobwebs were still there when the team was finished. In addition, a bucket of grey water was left in my apartment, full, and I had to run it out before the team drove off.I will be looking for services elsewhere in the future.

This was for a one-time, move-out cleaning. The team arrived on time, having called me a half-hour before, as agreed upon when we spoke, so that I could meet them at my old apartment to let them in at the time they arrived.They worked hard, constantly, and thoroughly, and charged me for the hour and a half quoted, even though it took them a little bit longer. I would consider hiring them for a monthly cleaning service if I could.

HIRE THESE LADIES! you will not be disappointed! I have had my house cleaned by the maids twice now and both times i was absolutely amazed at how thorough, professional, and friendly they are! I usually dont hire a cleaning service but my house was a disaster and i needed it to look good for visitors during the holidays, the maids were able to accommodate my schedule and were very easy to work with! the cleaning of the entire house (including inside the fridge, the bathrooms, i mean you cant find a spot these ladies didnt clean) took approximately two hours, with a team of 4 or 5 thats like 10 hours of cleaning! and it shows! I dont often have 5 cute girls in my house but they went out of there way to make sure i didnt feel intruded upon! i can not recommend this service enough! thank you blue team, and thank you Yadira!
