Cristal and Hanna did a great job at cleaning our apartment after we moved in. They arrived on time, brought all their own supplies, and walked me through everything they would be doing. They even worked around my husband and I (and our 2 yippy Chihuahuas) working from home while they did their magic. They were polite and friendly and gave me an awesome battle report itemizing everything they did during their session. Loved it! I will be keeping them on to do regular cleaning bi-weekly since they did such a great job.

We had our first cleaning with Army of Maids yesterday and our house has never been cleaner. My husband was so impressed, he immediately wanted to change to a weekly cleaning plan. Cristal and Jinny were polite, professional, and super efficient. Looking forward to having them back!

I planned for them to be here all day and they left in about 3 hours. They were one of the most expensive cleaners I contacted, but they did a very poor job.I purchased a home in December and hired army of maids to do a move in clean. The best thing I can say about this service is they show up on time. They did not clean the bathrooms very well. The toilets and shower were still dirty when they left. They did not clean the oven despite me specifically asking them to. They did not clean the microwave, and left crud on and under it. They did not wipe the insides of the cabinet, or get cooking oil build up off the outside of the cabinets.Alice and Angelina came on 12/8/2018.

I would like to say that army of maid really impressed me. I want to take the time and thank Cristal and Angelina for the spectacular job they did to my house. My hardwood floors are shining. From scheduling to day of service, everyone I came in contact with was helpful and friendly. Im 9 months pregnant and needed help getting my house into shape before the holidays. I had two ladies come out for 2 hours and wasnt sure how much could get done in that amount of time. They cleaned the whole house from top to bottom and even had time to fold 10+ tablecloths that I had lying around from my baby shower! They really went above and beyond and Im so grateful!

I had heard about Army of Maids from a coworker and they did not disappoint! They were super professional with the scheduling and made an effort to fit my schedule. The cleaning itself was great! I walked into the house and you know when someone did a good job because it just smells clean! Ive had other companies that do an ok job but one or two things arent great, like the floor is slick from the cleaning, but this time the floor was just clean, no slipperiness.I also paid extra for a move out clean, and that was super helpful. We needed to do extra cleaning to get our deposit back, like clean the baseboards, which is an extremely tedious task, but they included that in the move out clean and they looked great! They cleaned the fridge (which was empty) and stove as well. The cleaned all the bathroom and kitchen surfaces really well, and even cleaned inside the cabinets. It saved me a ton of time while moving and I didnt have to worry or stress about going back over anything they did.The website is also really easy to use and I like that you can track your bookings and history. And I read on the website that they donate a lot of the profits back to the Second Harvest food bank, which is super cool! I will definitely be using this service again!

Ive used AOM a few times. They make it super easy and Im not one for contracts. So I get service when I need it, on my schedule. Every crew has been great, just had Jinny and Marcos this week, they were very fast and very thorough.

I needed help last week, and until you start calling around, you dont realize that you usually have to schedule housekeeping help at least a week out. But I needed help within days. Army of Maids had a cancellation for last Friday and so I was able to get this last minute appointment.Kim spoke to me on the phone to discuss what I needed done and she then discussed it with the maids. I didnt need to even tell them what to do when they showed up on Friday morning if I didnt want to, but I did, and btw, they texted me before they came, and when I didnt respond, they called me, to make sure that I was prepared for them when they got here . Luana and Marco were the cleaners sent to me that morning and they were awesome. They were efficient and friendly and made sure to verify what I needed done that morning. At one point, my time was up, but they were mid-task and gave me the option of having them stop where they were or continuing for another 20 minutes, which I did. The house looked amazing! I mainly needed windows cleaned (I have a lot), dusting, and floors. I definitely recommend Army of Maids and Luana and Marco! They were a great team. In only 2 hours, my house looked a hundred times better

Army of Maids cleaned better than any other service I have used. Most of my house is tile. The tile was not sticky, had no film, and was clean! They dusted everything, not just wipes where I could see leftover dust. Not to mention they came the very next day after I scheduled and called me on their way. I will use them again!

Angelina and Krystal did an amazing job. They were friendly and professional, not to mention efficient. Their vacuum did stop working mid cleaning, and they had to use mine (which doesn’t pick up that well) however they didn’t let this dilemma interfere with their goal of making my apartment sparkle and smell so clean! Definitely will use them again.

Selected Move in /out cleaning which has everything that is included on the website. The online request has you enter the the sq.feet and bed/bath total Which quoted 2 hours 2 people. I made my request of most important items to be cleaned online and in person with the maids- those were the only items touched and they weren’t done to completion. No appliances were touched. No bathroom cleaning. It was basically $175 for blind cleanings. Advice - try another company and if you chose to go with this company (btw- satisfaction is not guaranteed) Don’t fill out the form online that asks you to name your most important items as these will be the only items touched and completed MAYBE.

I am so happy with this service. They are very dependable and they always do a great job. We are very fond of Monika. She is always in a good mood and if we are at home, she is very good about working around whatever we have going on. Great company!

We hired Army of Maids to clean our 2 bedroom apartment upon moving out because after carrying all your stuff out the last thing you want to do is clean your entire place from top to bottom. They did an excellent job, the whole place was spotless including the oven and refrigerator. Needless to say we got our security deposit back. We found this wonderful eco-friendly and philanthropic service earlier this year and it’s been the perfect solution for keeping our home clean and our lives balanced. For our first visit, Cristal called me in advance to let me know when they were arriving and left a very nice voicemail when finished (I could hear her kindly talking to my cat). She and Luana spent nearly three hours in our small place, leaving our old hardwood floors shining like I’ve never seen and our oven that’s never been cleaner. Since then, Brenda and Danielle (their website allows you to see who will be cleaning) have also done a fantastic job with our place leaving a spotless bathroom and nice touches like the trash taken out, toilet paper folded, and made up bed and sofa. All I really needed was the bathrooms and kitchen cleaned, and they went far beyond! The ceiling fans got wiped down from both sides of the blades, light switches got cleaned (I never thought about cleaning those), even my small outdoor patio got swept and cleaned!Top notch work ladies!!
