Excellent gym. Trainers and staff well versed in a variety of lifting styles. Primarily a traditional CrossFit gym. Members are a great mix of encouraging with a hint of friendly competitiveness. I tried out multiple gyms in the area before settling down here last month.

The staff is friendly. Every time I go they are sanitizing empty equipment and making sure all the areas are clean, and taking care of all the trash. I feel very safe working out and always have a good experience.

Normal people doing magnificent and great things here. Coach is fantastic! Everyone is super nice and welcoming. I always have train alone, but I want to give a try to train with a group and there is something amazing about having people around believing in you.

This place is top notch. If you really want to train and push your limits, go see Roy. This gym is for everyone no matter your level of fitness. Ive spent 1000s on trainers in the past and realized it was a waste of money. You will have someone coaching and pushing during every class here, and you will get the results.

The owners/coaches are wonderful people. They are understanding and caring, and they make working out so much fun. They have really created a fun and diverse community of individuals working toward a common goal.

The best CrossFit box in central Florida! The coaches are amazing! Ive been going there for a year now and I had never done CrossFit before. Although I had years of gym experience this was new to me. The coaches have worked with me, and still do, to get me where I need to be. The owners are also amazing and are very involved with the day to day operations. If you are considering CrossFit you should definitely check it out. You can do an intro class and get a feel for it first. They also have a strictly weightlifting club if youd prefer that as well. Im 100% satisfied and wouldnt go anywhere else even if I moved around central Florida.

Great gym with better equipment and even better coaches. If you are looking for a great group to get into Crossfit I would highly recommend Steel Furnace. Have dropped in or tried a few different affiliate boxes in the area and none have been as welcoming or competent as this one.

I really enjoyed my visit to Steel Furnace. They were extremely welcoming. I would absolutely recommend this box to anyone! I walked in and did the Open and everyone made me feel at ease. Nice place!
