I am beyond impressed with Gutter King! I reached out to three different companies to install gutters on our home. One company came out and gave an estimate that was twice as much as Gutter King. The other company gave an estimate similar to Gutter King but never showed up for a schedule appointment. The very day I called requesting an estimate Russ came out and provided one. I was put on the schedule and then later contacted that an opening became available even earlier then originally scheduled- nice! The day of install I had a family emergency and wasnt able to be present. They reassured me they had it under control. And they sure did! When I returned home I found my property in perfect condition! The old gutters had been removed and the new ones installed. They looked even better then what I expected and also all my patio furniture was put back in its position. Its hard to find vendors that are priced reasonably, take pride in their work and shine with customer service....Lynn at the office is fantastic btw.....and Im so glad I used their services!

Gutter Kings quote was very competitive and thorough. The 2 man crew was professional and very hardworking. However, a few of the corner gutter seams leaked, there were six plus spots that had splintered wood from where the screws missed and a valley ridge was not installed. It took a few weeks but ultimately the manager Ryan came out with a crew and made the job right. I wish the job was done correctly the first time around, but Ryan certainly did everything to my satisfaction.

Had gutters installed. The down spout was put in the wrong place. We specifically spoke with the sales person about not having it on our future paver area. The drawings reflected it correctly. It was installed in the wrong place. No problem. Until the refused to return my call. Literally impossible to even discuss the problem or resolution with them. Multiple attempts to reach them. Very disappointed.

Called Gutter King on the recommendation of a friend who in the construction business. Gave them the opportunity to place gutters on two houses. They placed the gutters in and all was well, until after heavy rain I noticed that the gutters near my front door were inverted. Because the gutters were under warranty I called the owner Ryan Tone and he stated that he would come to the house to fix. (This operation wouls take probably several minutes to fix.) This call was made several weeks ago and have not heard anything from Ryan Tone since. Very poor follow up service. Will call BBB.

Poor communication, three weeks guys never did the job showed up on a Friday at 3 saw it was going to be difficult and left. Had to hassle them to get project manager out to only have him not confirm re-schedule after I removed old gutter for them that was a issue. I WOULDNT recommend this company! Went with a different company who was prompt and was able to do the job.

Highly recommend this company! We received several quotes and they were by far the most affordable. Russell, our salesman, did an excellent job of writing up and explaining our quote and worked with us to make sure our needs were met. There was a bit of a wait because they were booked out but we just got the gutters installed today and they look amazing! Lenny, our installer, was very friendly and quick. He said he has over 30 years experience and its shows! Thank you again Gutter King for making this an easy experience.

I saw the reviews of this company and I have to say, our experience was nothing but amazing, timely in returning calls, and fast installation. I am not sure why people complain about this type of company when they are looking for services during the rainy/busy season. This company did an amazing job installing gutters on my parents house. The installers, Jeremy and Phil did a wonderful job with installing the gutter. Everything looks and work great! The lady in the office, Lynn, was very helpful and responsive when needed. And the salesman, Russell was extremely knowledgeable, very professional, and wanted to make sure that his customers get what the want and need.

Orlando Gutter King installed the gutters around my home approximately a year and a half ago. Now the miters are leaking and need to be re-sealed and they are charging $275.00 to remove the build up and re-seal the gutters. Ridiculous and disappointing!

Called them, came out and quoted me reasonable price.Then heard nothing about set scheduled date. I called numerous times but they stated because of rain, they were behind. During waiting period, there was a week or two with no rain or very little. Last call was told they were coming on a day and didn’t. I called back and said if not here on day they rescheduled, don’t bother coming.Called another company and they did job very next day after estimate. Poor customer service and consideration for customers.

Called on Monday, provided my contact information. I was told I would be contacted before scheduling a quote. Fast forward to Thursday an unmarked white car and male knocking at my front door via ring. I’m not even home and they didn’t even attempt to call prior. 15 minutes after the guy knocked I received a missed call from this number and NO voicemail which is how I know it was gutter king. Terrible customer service. How are you going to just show up to someones house? In an unmarked vehicle and not leave a voicemail?

OK so I had five quotesGutter king were very aggressive in pricing Russell the salesperson visited my property left a quote I never actually met with him!!Job was scheduled I called in to confirm time etc Lyn was very helpfulLenny came out did the job and all was fantasticI had read all the reviews before and the only recomendation I would have for the company is to call and confirm time for job and if there is a delay call and adviseI will highly recommend this company great job very happy

I have read the previous reviews. Perhaps Gutter King did too and changed their customer service. I called various gutter companies. 3 never called back. Gutter King was honest in their estimate and when they could install. They were also the most economical. Gutters installed. The estimator and the technician were knowledgeable and easy to communicate what the specific installation was to be. No deposit prior to installation and the estimate serves as the contract. There should be no questions about the price. I would recommend them!

Called this company out to out to my house after we had some major rain water management issues. They came out and quoted me quickly but warned that they were behind and it could take up to 2 weeks to get an install. Five weeks later I ended up calling and cancelling. We went with another company that did seamless gutters and came out in 2 days. I wanted to use this group because they came well recommended. Unfortunately they did not perform.

Our contract for gutter installment and repair was very specific. It took months for someone from Gutter King to start the install/repair and even longer to attempt to finish. The contract was signed in July 2017 and the install/repair still has not been completed. They even decided to send the bill to a collection agency even though I had paid most of the bill before install/repair was completed. I am giving up on this job ever being completed as promised and will pay them the remainder of the bill.After numerous promises that the final repairs/installments were going to be made, not a single call was received from Gutter King. I have never paid for incomplete repairs/installment, but because Gutter King will send your outstanding balance to collection without reason, I paid the bill in full today, even though I know that I will never complete their job.Their communication skills are unbelievable for a company like this.

I work for a licensed roofing and general contractor in Orlando. I have hired Gutter King to do dozens, if not, hundreds of gutter installations on my customers homes. They have also installed gutters on my personal residence.Pricing is fair and their knowledge on gutter systems is first class.They, along with most other construction companies, have experienced a huge spike in business since Hurricane Irma last year. Roofing and gutters go hand in hand. If they have had the scheduling challenges my own company has experienced since the work volume has spiked I can sympathize. The need to beef up office staff and installation crews is a wonderful problem to have!The bottom line is they care about their customers satisfaction and will come back out to a job to make corrections if needed. They do not balk at the most nitpicky of customers concerns and will go above and beyond to provide a quality job.

Would not waste my time with this company. Over a month to schedule. We understand the rain. they keep promising to show up, never do. Then when they show up, they leave. Made up a lame excuse.Called the office to complain and tell them how mad we are, get put on hold, then told person need to talk to is on another line, get hung up on when I explain my displeasure with company. UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY.

No communication. I was told my gutters would be put up around the end of July, depending on the weather and that someone would call me about a week before. Around the end of August, I called to make sure I was still in the line up, got a call the next day that it would be the end of that week. That day, got a call late in the afternoon that we would have to wait till Monday. Two weeks later, I called again, and lo and behold, they were installed the next day. When the guys were finished, they just left, didn’t even bother to let us know. There are endless other seamless gutter companies in town. I would use someone else. 😐

I called to schedule an appointment with the employee who was recommended to me by my next door neighbor and friend. Apparently my landscaper (without my knowledge or authorization) had a brief conversation with another employee that I was not aware of. As a result of the landscapers brief contact, I am not allowed to speak to the employee that my neighbor and friend recommended despite the fact that I am the owner and the payer for the services. This is disrespectful to me as the property owner. I would not recommend this company based on their disrespectful treatment of women property owners.

Got my gutters installed they did a great job. However when sending the bill they only sent me my first initial bill for the wrong amount because that was not what I discussed with the man who did my estimate, I called and by the grace of god someone answered, they then fixed the price in which I appreciate that they were kind enough to do that. The woman told me I would receive a new bill in the mail, 2 weeks later no bill, I received a call today asking me to pay over the phone, I asked the woman what happened to my bill she stated she was calling to collect the payment over the phone, I said okay but I was waiting for the bill to be sent so I can pay the correct amount, she then stated that they collect upon the job being completed which if that were true we wouldnt be here today, she also stated they have sent bills to me twice since that last phone call where they adjusted the price and that I havent paid hmmm strange because I check my mailbox everyday and I havent received any bills since my initial bill. Maybe the Mail Thief took it, not sure! She then said I would be sent to collections by this Friday if I didnt pay. I told her I would send them a check. If they can lie and say they sent a bill they can lie about anything. I wouldnt trust to pay with my credit card over the phone after that. Especially with how disorganized they are. Previous to all this I had to call them numerous times, at times no answer. One time I let it ring 20 times before someone got on the phone (literally counted YES!) I gave up calling at this point. There were times when I called and they said I would get a call back and nothing. My point here is I dont need to hunt someone down to pay them especially a company, I wanted the bill with the correct amount so later on I dont hear anything about having an unpaid balance. If I would have received the correct bill, it would have been paid already. Not sure who the owner is but coming from working in a family owned business for many years, I wouldnt let someone ruin my companies reputation by having a dis organized person working for me. I think they need someone that is organized to handle the bills and to do things the right way as far as collecting money. Not someone who is sending everyone to collections. Bad for business and your pocket ;-).

Do not waste your time with this company. I signed my contract on 6/25/18. I called them to see when they were coming they told me Tuesday 8/28/18. So I took the day off and waited for them. I called them in the afternoon to see when they would be here and I was told sorry my job did not make the truck. THANKS FOR THE CALL. I was then told they would be here on Thursday the 30th. So I took the day off again and waited. I called the lady said the truck was still out but could not tell me if they were coming. I called around 4 30 and got the answering machine and left a message. WHAT A JOKE. Friday 31st I get a call from the lady that my job was second and they would be here mid morning so I stayed home again. I called at 1pm the lady again said they were still out but could not give me anymore information and again no show. WHAT A HUGE WASTE OF TIME WAITING MONTHS TO GET SCHEDULED AND THEN GIVEN THE RUN AROUND FOR 3 DAYS.

Gutter king was awesome. I called every gutter company within a 10 mile radius of downtown orlando. They were the only ones to come out same day and provide a quote. The quote was reasonable, but i cant compare bc Im still waiting on other companies to call me back for a quote... Install was within 1 week of the quote. Other companies bailed on appointments, didnt pick up the phone, or never called back. I HIGHLY recommend Gutter King for being Fast, friendly, and affordable.

I am a licensed GC and roofer and I use Gutter King for my gutter installations. They are prompt and do what they say and they do it when they say they will. Ive have experience a hiccup or two but they ultimately make things right. I have never had any issues with payments or being placed in collections. If I am not handling the gutters myself, I still recommend Gutter King to my clients because I know my clients will be taken care of.For anyone who read the review about the customer never receiving a bill, I feel that in this instance the customer is at fault. Gutter King provides a proposal with a price prior to the work commencing. Once you sign the proposal Gutter King schedules the work and once the work is completed, you now owe the agreed upon amount. You already have your bill from when you signed the contract. That customer blaming Gutter King for his failure to pay is like blaming the IRS for coming after you when you fail to pay your taxes. That being said, the people who run things are PEOPLE. People arent perfect and people can have bad days. What matters to me isnt the mistake itself but how the mistake is handled. If it is resolved in a timely and professional manner then we are all set. I keep using Gutter King for a reason. Good luck!

Called to get a quote 11 weeks ago and agreed to the price quoted. We were told it would be 6 weeks for installation and again we agreed. At week 7 hadnt heard from anyone on when the installation was going to be scheduled so sent an email to the salesman but never heard back. I guess this company doesnt need any buisiness.
