We used LB-1 Gutters for our gutter replacement and gutter toppers after putting up a new roof. Gary, the owner, was very responsive to our questions, did what he said he was going to do and provided us with quality workmanship on the job. His prices can’t be beat based on the total experience you get working with him and his crew. The crew showed up on-time and got right to work. Super polite and communicative team, which made us feel very comfortable working with them. This is very rare when working with contractors so we feel very fortunate to have found LB-1 Gutters. Very happy with LB-1 Gutters. We had our gutters cleaned, one new gutter and downspout added, one gutter re-pitched and a downspout moved, and gutter covers installed all around. Due to my job field I couldn’t verbally communicate with this company. All communication was via email and I am grateful that they were flexible and on top of the game at all times. I requested an estimate and the owner, Gary came home and did a full house measurement for the job. They put me on schedule right away and they were ON-TIME, if not 30 minutes earlier than schedule. Job was completed (gutter installation) on a timely fashion. The guys did an amazing job. Walk thru was performed at the end of installation. Superb job. Will definitely recommend to anyone!

How do I even begin to express how impressed and satisfied I am with the service provided by Gary and his team?FIRST, Gary was quick to get to me to provide a quote.SECOND, his quote was the most detailed (and reasonably priced) out of all the ones I had done.THIRD, he was able get me scheduled within 3 days of me deciding to go with him. On a Sunday he calls to tell me he had a cancellation for Monday and could get me in then instead of Wednesday!FOURTH, his guys were courteous and speedy. Done in about 2 hours or so (I do have a very small house so don’t assume it’ll always be that fast haha) They also were well-receiving when I asked if they could adjust one downspout. Without hesitation, they adjusted it - no fuss.FIFTH, I recently was on my roof to check for wind damage from the recent tornado and happen to notice that one of the gutters was collecting water. It wasn’t pitched the right way. And I have to note that it was to no fault of LB1; The location of the gutter was on an addition that was not done properly by previous owners and what looked proper to the eye, was not unfortunately. I emailed Gary about the situation over the weekend and while he said it could be a few days as they were backed up because of weather, his guys were back fixing it THAT MONDAY! Talk about exceeding expectations!So there ya have it. Five Stars for five reasons on why I am a thoroughly satisfied client who will definitely be recommending LB-1 Gutters to everyone I know!

Gary and his team were super professional and offered us the best price along with warranty. They offered solutions for us that were within our budget and didnt try to upsell anything that we didnt need. They were also flexible with the schedule for us and were done within the hour. I had old gutters that were leaking at the seams and causing wood damage in those spots. A friend suggested seamless gutters which I had been unaware of before. (I thought you just do it yourself in sections from the hardware store.) I called one company that had a minimum price requirement for jobs and then I found LB-1.They were so reasonably priced and professional that I had them come back the next day and do another section of the house that I hadnt planned on originally.Not only was it affordable and looks great but it also has a 10 year warranty! I couldnt be happier with their service and the friend that recommended seamless gutters.

Outstanding product and service! I requested a quote on Thursday, received it and accepted it on Friday and the old gutters were removed and new ones installed on Monday. The price was right and the installation was efficient and professional. The crew of two were very polite and took the time to walk around the house with me to make sure I was satisfied, which I was.
