Parking is located in the back, at first it looks like there is only paid parking lot but you will find a few parking spots next to the building and a back entrance door that will take you inside the store. Dax has outstanding customer service skills worthy of Marriot and Disney employees. From the time I arrived at the Robinson St. store I felt this wasnt a regular store.As soon as I stepped in to the store Dax, greeted me and asked how could he help. I was shipping a package, he noticed that the box I picked up wasnt large enough and took upon himself to get a slightly larger box, cut it to make it fit perfectlly. When I mentioned that I was interested in purchasing some label pouches, he gave me a few along with the phone number that I can call to order more.The only places I have received such high level of customer service was at the Marriott hotels and Disney. Dax provided me a premium experience for a simple shipping visit, from now on Ill always be shipping from the Robinson St. location. And I hope the management recognizes what an outstanding job he does.

I didnt realize you could just show up, disorganized, with fragile and valuable items and they can pack it all for you. And you dont have to wait! Incredibly helpful and wonderful staff.

Erika was not helpful at all i always go to the fedex by the airport and they let me use the tape when i need it sometimes because i am in a hurry. I came to this fedex erika told me we cant let customers use our tape roll they would have to tape it. I had a 50 lb box and she put 1 piece of tape down the middle and walked away. I am shipping international so i told her im just gonna buy my own tape. I paid 8 dollars for tape that cost 3 dollars at staples or office depot. Then instead of her finishing me up she told the other lady there to help me. She is rude and needs training on how to talk to customers. If we are not shipping then she would not have a job. She acting like she was the tape police.

Bad bad bad. They have sent my package to my OWN address instead of the laboratory. The woman with the broken arm did want to accept the package first, and then sent it to a wrong address. My lab tests were ruined

Refuses to give me my furniture that I had to get redirected to the office because they refuse to come up to my apartment.

Got here today 5 minutes before close and the employees must have seen the desperation on our faces, as we had received documents for our home closing that the mortgage company screwed up and we needed to get shipped out overnight. They were so helpful, and didnt give us any slack over coming in so late. Thank you all so much!

Theresa insisted on trying to upsell me on an expensive shipping box, which I declined, as I had already selected an envelope. After I said I didnt want to purchase the expensive box, she refused to print a shipping label for me!! Rude and unprofessional. Wasted a trip there because she wouldnt ship my package.

They lied to me on phone about their capabilities, and wasted an hour of my time driving downtown, parking, and waiting for them to move at a snails pace, all to find out they couldnt even print biz cards immediately, tight parking took time to unpark then down thrown traffic again. For nothing. Absolutely unacceptable.

Sabrina and team went above and beyond to ensure my large order was fulfilled on time for the event I was hosting. With a number of unplanned challenges, they were able to complete my complicated order with an impeccable quality.First time printing here and myself and my team will be returning for sure!

I am here every day Monday-Friday to drop off packages from my job. The staff is always friendly, as quick as they can be, and go the extra mile to make the shipping process simple. I had a package going to an obscure location in the southwestern Dominican Republic and the agent I was working with didnt give up on making sure the package was sent and we had the proper format to get it there. To put it simply, keep up the great work.

We came into this location with a PDF that was all over the place -- and Miranda helped put it together for us and print in large format. Thank you so much for your patience and assistance -- all with a smile on her face the entire time! What a fantastic customer service experience.

The ladies at this location are friendly and fast. They are always able fit things in while I wait, and everything is always perfect. It’s nice knowing that I can rely on them.

Pretty big waste of time here. There was a single employee here on what is likely the busiest day of the week. After waiting in line for 20 minutes to pick up a package the employee said the package room key pad lock was dead. Left without my package.

The poor girl behind the counter was super nice, she was sick and doing her best to help everybody but it was nearly impossible because she was the only one working both times I was in today. Its less than 2 weeks before Christmas and the place was swamped both times. I think its ridiculous that she was here alone working.

Ron is the man. Im here frequently and he does an amazing job. Super friendly. 5 stars.

Parking infrastructure is horrible

Went in today to scan some documents and email them. The staff was too busy stocking and chit chatting to help for 10 minutes. They then rudely directed me to a self service computer which was the most expensive option and didnt help me at all when I had questions. Please avoid this location. I went to a local place around the corner where the staff was much more helpful.

Generally the staff is nice but this place is too understaffed and the wait is annoying.

They never pick up the phone. I attempted to call just now and they hung up on me multiple times without saying a word.

Excellent !!! I had a 4 pages PDF document that I needed to print only the first page and the Guy on the front desk gave me their bussines card with the ir email that I should send the file to. I sent the file to their email and asked him to print only the first page and he did that as I asked for. After that I had to ship a pack to Brazil thru FedEx and the same guy gave all the informations and support, step by step, to do that. great staff !!!

Went to this Fedex to pack and ship multiple items. I was shipping two boxes with different sizes to two different states. The individual working who packed the boxes after I left swapped the shipping labels. I could tell this as the shipping labels and boxes had different box dimensions on them. I called the Fedex location and all they told me was to contact the Fedex helpline. I have two boxes sitting in incorrect states and they can’t do anything.

Went to send a document. Place is empty except for 3 customers (me included). Ron is helping a lady but doesnt acknowledge me or other gentleman - . Stood there trying to figure out which desk is appropriate for my service. 2 or 3 other employees are in the back just talking. They dont bother coming out to help us either. Wouldnt trust these guys to send anything of mine so I decided to walk out and send with someone else.

Employees and product quality is good but parking is a huge problem. Employees park their cars to ‘10 Minutes Customer Parking’ spots and there is no way you can park your car as a ‘customer’

I have always had a good experience at this fedex location. The only issue is parking is a little confusing. The staff are all great and very helpful. 3 years of going here, I have dealt with the same people.

Ive been coming to this location for years and never had anything less than a pleasant experience. I dont really understand those who are confused about parking. They have a very large parking lot behind the store with convenient parking right near the door for easy transport of packages.

This place sux! They make everything so f*@kin complicated and expensive. Every time I go there they have new people working and it is always a headache. All of their printed products are cheap and generic. Shipping is always a hastle too. Go somewhere else. ;(
