1/15/2021 Always a fast unload! Always a very long wait on getting back paperwork.They won’t even call the driver?? What’s up with that?? How are we supposed to rest, when we gotta look for the green light every 30 minutes!! Call the drivers, & loose the attitude lady!! Y’all know which one.

Easy in and out compared to others.

Supposed to have gates open at midnight, its after 2am and still on the street (about 20 trucks lined up blocking the right lane). Curious to know if a car comes around the corner and rear ends a truck if McLane will take responsibility? There is no where to go, and you cannot predict when they will let you in. Very unsafe and unorganized. Will never come back here.

My appointment to download was for 12 at night. I arrived at 10pm, they gave me the door at 1am and I left at 6am. Terrible waiting that they do not let you rest. you keep vijikando the green light and at night. and then the broker does not pay you detention after 4 hours

They break then they refuse. Own your mistakes people. Oh and they take to dam long to unload.

The worst receiving staff Ive ever encountered. Ive been delivering here off and on for the past 5 years and every time I come here and check in the person sitting at the check in window has an attitude problem. They never greet you after youve greeted them. Delivery hours are always late midnight hours and they expect you to stay awake to wait for a green light to come back inside to get paperwork after 2 hours. You go back inside and the paperwork is never ready. It usually takes 2 to 3 hours after youve gotten the green light before the lumper service has finished counting and checking in the freight. Overall horrible experience every time I come here.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. My appointment was for midnight got here at 10 knowing that the gate wouldnt be open until 12 but it wasnt open until almost 3am very very poor. Now I have to wait for a green light then wait an hr after to go check on my paperwork so cant even take a nap! Very very poorly managed place!

On my second visit here, I got unloaded quickly, but you do have to wait at least an hour to get your paper work (they tell you that). It was a good time for a nap because unload appointments are usually between midnight and 8 am then the Mclane trucks start rolling in. I was able to dock easy enough.

1st time here around Thanksgiving was a pure nightmare. Total of 8.75 hrs to unload on a on-time delivery. I am back today and running rather smooth, (for a food warehouse, reefer drivers know what that means). Anyway, .5 to a door and unloading already. Trying to be optimistic.

Had a so called job fair no one on ones at all just a bunch of people in a room lol have you walk round for 2 hours and at the very end they stated if you resume fits they would give you a call back in about a month no big deal until I got home an hour later and got an email saying they wont move along with the process Im confused about it because I have over 5 years experience in Warehouse work and I couldnt even get a one on one with someone to prove my worth a complete joke why send me a invite in the first place and after a miss day at work about $150 new outfit $100 and a 25 dollar haircut Im down $225 for absolutely no reason complete waste of time and money....dont waste your time

The guys who unload do not want to work normally, for a long time after unloading they do not give a green light, do not give a long time bol, terrible, arrived at 12 at night, left at 4 in the morning

430am appt. Arrived an hour early was in and out in 2 hours on an easy all one item 24 pallet load.

Good and fast service. I was delivering dry goods so I guess it was faster for me. I’ve been to other mc lanes, and so far this one is the fastest and easiest to access.

Go right to sleeper so if your there long you can split log and drive out. Work your log dont let the log work you

Don’t bother getting there early if you have a midnight appointment, you will just sit out on the street counting cars go by. They don’t open the gate until midnight. Time yourself to arrive at 12:00.they clear the street pretty fast once they open the gate. You can flow right in.you want be considered late. Of course after that, who knows what time you will get out of there.but just chill out and get the s💩t off your truck.

The worst will have you there 5+ hours even with an appointment sometimes a little professionalism will go a long way it’s like no one cares about the drivers who have other pickups and drops to do please my fellow truckers if you can avoid going her do so

Typical frozen food distributors, they start checkin in at midnight as fcfs, so plan on arriving as early as possible to park either around the corner at the dead end street Florida Crown or on the driveway as long as you are not blocking the way, they take a little longer than others out there, but thats better than most Walmart DCs!

My husband and I were very impressed how quickly they started to unload us shortly after we arrived. That rarely happens with big shipping warehouses. It was great, I wish everywhere that we had to unload or load would go as easily as it did here at McLane Food Services. Five stars thank you

I had a great experience. Thank you Emanuel and Eric. I was half day late due to 2 tire issues. They didnt have to unload me, but they did. Great to meet people who not only do their job but go above and beyond. I was unloaded and out the door in 30 minutes flat. Gracia mi amigos!

Fast unload. No overnight parking

Phone is all automated. Come in an hour to half hour before apt. Push button on call box. Come in. Walk papers to shipping/receiving. Get a door and go to sleep. Took 3 hours for me. Not bad. Automatic $70 lumper fee, as well. Despite the reviews, every place has its days.

Appointment time was a 2345, Got in a door at 0030, it is now 0516 got a green light on my door walk inside buuuut paper work is not ready was told it will be another hour. I really dont understand.

Poor attitudes with the drivers. Took 6.5hrs to unload and would not write correct times down on in and out times. They suspect you to leave as soon as your unloaded, no parking on property, they will run you off or call the police. Just about like every other McLane SORRY!!!!

Dont care about serious people ready to work. Showed up 10 min late and they wouldnt let me through the doors.

Very nice. One guy came out a little past midnight started checking trucks in b4 the gate and giving docks on the spot. They should adopt this system at other locations.

I was told this hole was appointment only. LOLGot here an hour early and trucks were lined down the road waiting for the gates to open.Had a midnight appointment will be lucky to make the gate by 0100.I guess you could say its typical Orlando FL.

Night time receiving only, they go by appointments if they are busy, which they always are. Expect Lumper Charges, unless prepaid. Took 5 hours to unload a 15 pallets of same exact product already broken down. No parking anywhere near this place. Plus the staff hates their job and it shows that they do not want to be there.

This place is an absolute JOKE! They never deliver ALL of your items, and when they do, a quarter the dough is broken! You call to let them know you need your items (because how can you run a business when you dont get your items you ordered) they dont know if they can get it back out you in a timely manner. Theyre working on it. You tell them your dough is broken, they think youre lying so they want pictures. Then you have to make dang sure they give you your credits because theyll forget or dont know what happened. Please get some new management!

The deliveries guys are the worst! They never bring everything you ordered and most of what they do bring is damaged in some way. Then when you try to call customer service about it you have to wait on hold for over an hour just for them to treat you like a liar and tell you they need pics b4 they can do anything for you. Whatever they forget to bring you are just outta luck on you have to reoroder and wait until the next delivery date to get it. So its hard to run my business because McClain cant run theirs!

Pathetic! Truckers lose valuable time during and waiting on paperwork that should be done quickly. They have one person doing the work of three people. Facilities like this should be fined for their lack of coordination, communication, and consideration of others time.

Got a door quickly and being unloaded dont know how long it will take to leave. This review is based solely upon the rudeness and unprofessionalism of the Personnel in the receiving office.

This is one of this places where you wish never ever coming back..i’m in a door at 1:00am paid lumper at 1:10 am and at 5:15 they don’t even touch my trailer yet..Frigging people need to understand that I’m burning both my time and my money cause I’m running my reefer at high rpm just because they make me open my doors for 4 plus hours for nothing..bunch of F....S

Well its been a long night for this driver got in a door at 0130 when in side they had me delivering 12/19/19 no big deal right but my bills say 12/18/19 call the broker they call them try to work things out nope cant do it now mind you Im hauling food grade stuff seal been broke door open works has pulled pallets out 2 pallets out at the point its round 10 then at last they tell me they messed up there going to unload me but its been 3 hours &45 minutes still waiting

Lying trash... LUMPERS damaged product and then refused said product....they actually cut open drink lid sleeves and scattered them inside trailer...this was after 4 hrs unload time and 3 hrs waiting for paperwork...they then lied and said the driver damaged the load....If you come here take pictures of the mess they leave in your trailer because they will lie on you ...

This place is a mess at 2am. They start at midnight but if you get there too early before your appointment time you will be turned away. NO overnight parking on their yard and NO parking on their lot after you are unloaded. Be careful if you park on the street because you will get a ticket. Now lumper only takes checks or you can bill the lumper back to the broker, that is your only 2 options. Once in a door you must wait for the light to turn green then wait 1 hour after that before going back in to get your paperwork. They do not call or come out to get you.

What a place had a 1:00 am apt had 12 boxes per skid 28 skids 5 hours later and there still counting go figure

They treat drivers like trash, rude to boot. They want a lumper for there own product. Truckers stay away. They say they have a 4 hour window to unload.

Wait 2 hours for paperwork after your unloaded? What the hold up here. Not to mention pay to unload their product. Be sure to factor those costs and wait times into bringing anything here

I didnt have any issues delivering here, right when I bumped the dock they started unloading. It took 2 hours to unload and the people seemed pleasant enough.

Arrived at 11:00 and waiting for receiving to open at 12:00. Assigned door 11 and checked in at 12:45. Was unloaded by 01:00. Had 2 papers of the same product. Straight pull off and no break down. Went in at 02:00 to see if paperwork was done. Michelle said paperwork isnt done yet. I will call you. Come back in 30 minutes. Go back in 40 minutes later to give her a little extra time still not done. Says you appointment was at 04:20. We are. Not alllowed to release paperwork until your appointment time. (This is company policy. I wonder why all the other McLane locations that get you in early give you your paperwork promptly when finished if this is company policy.) I will call you. Better yet come back I. At 03:45 I will have it done. Go in at 03:45 and nobody in the office. 04:00 she shows up and says your paperwork isnt ready yet I told you it wouldnt be done until your appointment time. I will call you. The last 2 times I was there no phone call. I wake up at 04:30 one morning and 06:00 the next time. Comchek hadnt even been called in yet. This employee has the worst public contact personality and flat out lies to drivers. She should be terminated.

Where is 0 stars? This place is a disgrace to deliver freight at. Getting unloaded and having the receiver accept it is no problem. The problem is the overweight, blonde headed Hispanic female with a hair lip who works the window. The absolute worst chair squashing, pencil pushing clerk I have dealt with in 23 years in this business. If you go in to see why it has been so long after you got the green light the response is liable to be what I got. She picked up the stack of completed paperwork the receivers had turned in, says she has no time and tosses them back in the tray whining she has no help. Sure glad I am in control of what I haul. First and last time.

They have a terrible set up here. Theres no parking and they dont open the gate til midnight. So theres a 2 mile long line in the street usually every time. Once you do get up to the gate its a mad house. Trucks all over the place making it almost impossible to dock. Average wait time once you back into a door is about 6 hours but I heard of drivers waiting 10 hours. Ive personally waited 8 hours before. McLanes famous line... Come back in an hour . Good luck.

Absolutely horrible in customer service 330 am appt and cant check in because of an hour long lunch break. Not sure how the rest goes still havent gotten a door

Damn! Mclanes throughout the country should be trained by these guys! Under two hours and I was outta there. As far as a mixed payload, might be a long wait. Gates opened upon approaching, CB channel 33 for receiving, Check in, get a door, back in with doors closed and lumper will verify seal then open. Dont open the doors until seal is checked!Receiving will announce on CB when bills are ready. Signs say police will give tickets if parked along street by the exit gate but saw guys parked anyway. Also no parking within the lot.

This is a place that treats you like a friend. Never have any reason to think anything but GOOD

The worst Mclane in the system. Getting paperwork is the worst. Usually come with 2 pallet 4hrs unload and $50 lumper. Will never return. Receiving clerk always complaining about doing her job. If you dont like your job quit.

The people here are just plain rude

Extremely unorganized. Been here over 4 hrs and still waiting for paperwork. They force you to keep running to the receiving office to find out if paperwork is ready instead of just calling driver and saying its ready.

They unload in about 3 hrs and open the gate at midnight and after deliver you need to leave no truck parking on site

U get unloaded quick, then wait 4-8hrs for ur paperwork. Can Not stay on property even if they KILL ur ELOG. Stay AWAY.

Only negative about this facility is if you have 12 am appointment,they don’t open gate till 12am & if you’re lined up out in street you don’t get checked in till 1,but I was out of there by 2am they started unloading as soon as I hit the dock

Typical McLane warehouse, very slow, got here at 0115 for a 0200 appt, didnt start unloading until 0245, still sitting here waiting for paperwork at 0600. No truck parking anywhere around here

Truck entrance on Tradeport. It is marked. Contact Receiving on channel 33 with PO #. If no CB you have to drive inside & go to receiving office in the middle of the dock area.

Closest truck stop is the Acme truck stop about 4 miles away. If you get there early enough you can park in the drive way. Only room enough for 5-6 trucks and pull to the side so employees can get by. Otherwise your parking on the street.
