Plenty of room to back into dock. Friendly warehouse staff. Very fast unloading. 9am appt out with BOLs by 9:45. Can not ask for a more organized operation.

The new location has more turning around with dock space thank you. Unloaded time is excellent. We have been delivering to Stihl southeast for years I give them 5 star for excellent unloaded time.

DO NOT WORK HERE!!! If you are looking for part time jobs, look elsewhere. The management is terrible, unreliable, and very non understanding of personal issues you may have to attend to. You will be threatened to be fired every day or every time you ask for time off or to leave early. Do not waste your time here, it is not worth the constant stressing of losing your job.

Went for 2 day 101 training. Awesome facility, very informative class, don’t hesitate to sign up. Dale and Joel did an excellent job keeping this class interesting, informative and up to date.

Edit: The day after posting my initial review, Stihl Southeast has decided to terminate the relationship with us. They have become a company that would rather completely cut off long-term customers than even try to help them. They claim that the reason for their doing this is that we didnt spend enough money with them to keep our account with them, conveniently letting us know the DAY AFTER posting our review here. We spent over $20,000 with STIHL Southeast for 2018. I wanted to get my sthil saw fix I went there. But that was the wrong place. The lady at the front desk was kind enough to give me a map of all the places that fix sthil saw. And I got mine fix thanks to her kindness.

DO NOT waste your money! The product quality is gone. It past years my company has spent tens of thousands on Stihl products. I noticed the shedder vac/blower ( handheld ) machine I bought in 2014 was not the quality that I was used to. I used this machine on vacuum function, NOT blower function. Stihl REFUSEs to give me a a new housing that I would install myself. Instead, I was flat out denied and treated very badly by a rude nasty male name Shawn from Orlando distribution Center Shawn, angrily stated it was from a rock or some other object that caused the damage and no parts would be covered under warranty... Echo prodcts are better, hands down. I wont spent one dime on anymore substandard Stihl garbage. Stihl has become a substandard crap company...buy echo....T.P.

This is not a place of retail sale of Stihl equipment. They will send you to nearby distributors. It would be ideal if they had a showroom with all the equipment and a specialist to explain.
