As a previous employee and now as a customer, Ring power is definitely the way to go. Service response is top notch compared to the competition. Parts are readily available within reason. The only thing I could possibly think that can use improvement would be when a customer places several orders such as for different equipment to not put all parts in the same box.
Service due on my equipment. 500 hrs brand new. Diesel in the oil. Changed the oil only. Called it good. Brand new equipment. Smh

We always deal with Ring Power for our forklift repairs and these guys make sure our service call is answered within 24 hours of our request for service. The forklift is crucial to our business and they understand the importance. I have to say the Technician Nef Pagan is one of the most knowledgeable and trustworthy guys I have met. He knows his stuff, and is thorough in his explanation of repairs and is quick and hard working. Very satisfied with the service all the way around! Keep it up!!!! It was a little disorganized when it came to handling what I was there for but I cant really blame it on them other than the fact that they delivered my equipment and told me somebody else picked it up..... but not not any different from any other large equipment corporation they only wasted my morning....

We signed a contract with them to maintain our forklift every six months, they hadnt called us to do service for 20 months and then when a seal broke they blamed us, saying we didnt do the maintenance on it. It only broke when we called them to do maintenance and they over-exerted the forklift and created the failure in the hydraulic line. They charged us $1,000, admitted they did this, but havent rescinded the bill (or reduced) for their own error that they admitted to.
Very professional! The Service Manger, Alex, was very helpful and he tried his best to get us back on the road quickly! I would highly recommended their service anytime!

I went here with my elderly father who used to work for CAT in the 60s in the UK. A gent kindly gave my father and I a quick tour around the facility and showed my dad how things have changed over the years. My dad thought it was great, we bought a few CAT items from there little store.Thanks again for the tour.
Any parts I ever need are overnighted to them and never fail to have them ready for me at 730am the next day

Soy extranjero, no hablo ingles, fui atendido por una persona que medianamente nos pudimos comunicar, los repuestos solicitados me los ubicaron, gracias a que lleve los numeros de parte, porque no habia la minima intención de profundizar en la búsqueda, para nada les intereso ir mas haya, como registrar mi compañia en su base de datos, tal vez solicitar los seriales de los otros equipos, o conocer mas del cliente o en que otra cosa se me podia ayudar, como en efecto me ha pasado con otras empresas, no fui informado que los repuestos habian llegado, la comunicación en todo momento fue de mi parte por ser el interesado, al momento de retirar me fue mostrado el pedido porque asi lo solicite, y asi mismo quedo en la mesa, hice el pago correspondiente, pero espere si se tenía que sellar como entregado o por lo menos un paquete para llevarme los repuestos, quede muy descontento con la atención, tanto que continuare con Kelly tractor en Miami.Mi consejo, abstenerse quien no hable un ingles fluido, pienso que por ese motivó fui atendido de esa manera
