I dont write reviews very often, but since this is a family owned, small business i thought i would. I cant believe they have been in the same building for over 20 years and been in business since 1985. They had a great year this year and i hope they continue.I’ve been using this company for my four companies here in Orlando. Great job everytime! I have sent many customers their way and they have been pleased with their prices.Good work guys!!!

Small family shop, very nice people. They were a little backed back up on their jobs but I still got my banner within a few days without any hiccups.

Ive been working with lightning signs for several years they make the best magnetic signs they do not destroy the vehicle when you leave them on when I bought some From Vista print. I had to take them to a detail shop to get them removed because pieces The magnet broke off on the door.

We hired Charles and Janine of Lightning Signs over 4 months ago to refurbish a sign at our Animal Hospital. Within one month of installation the runners that hold the marquee letters began to no longer hold the letters in place, sagging and slipping out of alignment. With the sign under warranty, we have approached them 3 times about repairing the runners. I was told by Charles that he would send someone out when he got some personal issues resolved. The letters slipping out of line look unprofessional for a medical office. It is a shame that they dont have more pride in their work than this.

Great work, great people, and didnt try to rip me off like these other sign companies I tried to get quotes from.

Janine and Ted are thieves. I paid them to do a job and they took my money. They never did what I paid them to do. 1 of the Signs was never delivered to my property. The other sign was never installed on the sign posts as promised. Janine and Ted are highly unethical. They don’t return my calls and don’t do what you pay them to do.STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COSTS. Nothing but headaches.Edit: I see the owner responded to my original post. I have attached a copy of my receipt to this review.

My sign was installed without permits. Once the permits were retained the owner tried getting the balance of his money prior to inspection clearances. The owner came in my store demanding the balance on the spot with customers present, he stated that he would remove the sign if I did not pay him by the end of the week. They even had the nerve to keep my credit card numbers and run it to try and get the balance prior to the job being completed. Do they not know that is illegal. The sign ended up being changed by the company because it was installed improperly. What a nightmare. I would never recommend this company in fact I would recommend you stear clear of this company.

Awesome people do all my signs for Cacklebery Campground

I found them on google called them upI had a problem with my lights in parking lot. Old gentleman came out same day he worked on the breakers. He messed up another part of my parking lot lights and didnt even fix the problem he came out to fix. He asked me for money after messing up everything. He got mad threw my breaker in the parking lot and was screaming in front of my customers. This guy is very unprofessional and rude.
