Great service, heavy equipment and operators.

We were picking up a building from there and I needed to have a fax sent to me and they were very attentive and helpful. I can just bet they treat their customers even better!!

I advise that you try another crane service if you are looking to set trusses. This was the second time we have used this company and and their crane operator doesnt seem very experienced with setting trusses, which costs us an at least 1 (if not more) extra hour of crane time and labor. When we called the dispatcher manager, his response was that since we called today he gave us what he had and his attitude was very much one of he had done us a favor and we were stuck with what we got. That may be true, but this is the 2nd slow crane weve gotten from them. On top of that, he clearly had an open crane and would be wiser to realize that he is not the only crane company in Orlando, nor the only crane available today and last I checked, charging for a service makes a mutual relationship here. We simply told him we would no longer use his company and his response was that he didnt appreciate getting a call complaining about his driver. Honestly, I wonder if they dont intentionally drag out their jobs. In any case, that is just speculation and opinion. Just beware.
