I hurt my foot and could barely walk on it. I met the courier at the door and asked him to place my box just inside the door. I was met with a smile and of course! It was perishable so he added that he would bring it into the kitchen for me! Nicely dressed, wearing a mask, positive attitude, and conscientious. What more could you want?

This was my 1st order. The carrier dropped off the wrong box at 11:22pm, and I called at noon. Only a very short wait! I was assured that I would get my box today.Sure enough! My box was delivered before 1pm, and the driver picked up the other box - it was unopened. He said he would deliver it to the proper owner.When I opened my box, I examined it carefully. It is well- packaged:1. All six sides insulated with a white sealed envelope - I peeked inside one corner and saw that the insulation was recycled fiber, layered and scrambled. Nice touch and a plus for waste management and recycling!2. There were 3 frozen slabs in the box. One on the bottom and 2 on top. Good design. The warmth rises and the cold sinks over the package. I have received boxes from other suppliers that throw all (sometimes 2) frozen slabs on the bottom of the box. Sometimes the top meal is not cold.3. The box and the sealed insulated envelope is worth saving for picnics and travel.

I use several meal deliverys and one this arrived with the ice packs almost completely still frozen and in the time window posted. Best delivery Ive hadso far.

My Factor delivery was perfect. It was packed professionally and stayed cold the whole time sitting in the sun. And every bit of their packaging is recyclable. The inside insulation is recycled materials. Much respect to a company that cares about more than just profit margin

From the time I signed up, I have received clear communication, i.e: when to receive, when delivered, etc. The package arrived very well packed. So far have tasted one of the meals. Peruvian chicken was very tasty. The chicken was tender and moist and very satisfying.

Excellent communication regarding delivery tracking. Essential for this refrigerated food order.This delivery was on time and the text and email updates for tracking meant that I knew within a 10 minute timeframe when my delivery was coming to the door. This was critical due to being located in south Florida and unable to be at home all day waiting for it. It was inside the house, unpacked and in the fridge within 10 minutes of delivery. Excellent delivery service!

I give their service only 4 stars because of: 1. long 9 hour delivery windows with no way to narrow those down to a morning or afternoon window via their customer service; 2. onerous hold times for customer service calls. I get the impact of COVID, but...technology and scheduling skills would go a long way in improving their services, and there are folks out there willing to work if staffing is an issue. Other services can narrow down a timeframe to 4 hours, no reason why Blue Streak cant or refuses to do so. But drivers were courteous and texted/called as promised.

I waited 13 hours for a delivery that never arrived. If I dont contact them nobody would had said anything and I am sitting waiting for the delivery. The good was in their truck since 7:46am and after way pass the delivery window they just expected for me to wait till.next morning like it was ok. The they send a delivery notification that was not real. this is unacceptable and so little professional worse part is this is middle man that give bad rep to the company that sold the goods. I am hoping that management checks the drivers GPS to see where he spend his day from 7:45am to 10pm. and not do the deliveries.

I’ve had two furniture deliveries this week from this company. I must say they notified me when they would be arriving, gave me a window of time I could expect the drivers to arrive, and then they called me as promised when they were 30 minutes away. Two different delivery men were involved. Both teams were friendly, courteous, and professional. I would highly recommend them.

Working for this company was modern day SLAVERY at its finest, I was lied to on many different occasions regarding my hourly pay work conditions were horrible, Poor management poor communication all leads to poor service this place BLOWS! during this pandemic we were not provided proper safety gear nor did Management really follow guidelines that were set To keep employees safe. Most weeks I would work 6 days and still not get a full 40 hour

Factor 75 order was delivered with care. Other delivery services have been leaving it upside down or on one of the sides, right in front of the door, so I have to move the box with the door. Blue Streak left the box right side up, put it on the far corner to avoid the door and took a picture of the item that was delivered.

I have never experienced anything like this. In an attempt to set up a Florida distribution route, I contacted Blue Streak to discuss options and pricing. I didnt immediately receive a call back. I called again, 3 days later I get a call back from a rep named Dustin.I supply Dustin with our package dimensions and volume potential. Then wait. And wait. And wait. A week later I get a request for a picture. I provide it. This goes on and on- a week of nothing, then an email indicating we are almost there. It has been over 8 weeks at this point. I have given up. Completely wasted my time. Only ever received 1 phone call- but did get 5 emails including pricing on the last one- to which I responded that we are close on price and need to get going, which has been unanswered for a week.As a business owner I usually seek out smaller, local businesses rather than deal with big boxes. So I emailed Harold Boyett, the owner of the company. He emailed me back that he would call me. I did receive a call, but it was not from Harold, it was his VP.I, too have a right hand guy that takes things off my plate. The one thing I wouldnt do is tell someone I will call, and have someone else handle it.Most unprofessional shipper I have ever spoken to, and that says a lot
