I stopped in to evaluate the possibility of getting a printer repaired. Sadly they could not do the work. Happily they gave me plenty of excellent advice on what I might be able to do with the manufacturer.To put it simply, these folks are delightful.

On Thursday morning I found that neither my workhorse black and white printer nor my color printer were working, so in a panic I called Xelar on Adanson Street in North Orlando. The repairman cleared his schedule for Friday in the early afternoon and I brought both in for diagnosis. For a very small investment he fixed both and sent us home with two years of toner for each machine. This was much cheaper than buying a new machine with features I did not need. I recommend this company highly.

They are very honest! I brought my Brother MFC printer there today due to it not having any power when I came into the office this morning. I dropped it off and received a call about 20 minutes later and was informed the printer was working properly. I went back to my office and plugged it into the same outlet and sure enough, it works fine. Despite how embarrassing it is to try to have something fixed when it is actually working properly, not to mention putting a review online to show all that I am a tech idiot, I had to post a review. I could have been ripped off and would not have know the difference. They are truly good and honest people. Thank you very much Authorized Printer Repair! I recently had a laserjet 3600 printer repaired at this company and you need to know these people did what they said they would do; did it when they said they would do it and I came to find out later for an extremely competitive price.I am a very impatient person and really appreciated a no nonsense evaluation and a quick turn around.I do not usually take the time to write a review as I am always in a rush but these people were awesome and you need to know it.I am in Maitland so I dropped mine off but they told me that they will also come to your place of business.
