They take what they do seriously and truly care about and would do anything for their customers and employees. It may be odd that I write a review when not ending up doing business with AD Solutions but I did want to highlight who I was working with. Al did a great job making presentation, answering ongoing questions and just the right amount of follow up. There was nothing on his end of why we did not go with AD Solutions. Would definetly consider him/them in the future

I cannot say enough good things about Charles who serviced my machine. I called because the machine was jamming often and at times wasnt receiving the print order.I was told the tech would call me and let me know when he would be here. Charles called and said he was on his way would I still be here. When he came he fixed and cleaned the copier. He was professional and friendly. I would want him here again, should my copier need help. Tho, it hasnt broken before. Its very reliable.

Al came to my company with great solutions for our small business. He gave us all our options that met our price point as well as our needs as a real estate operation. After extensive research, we made the decision to lease the Sharp MX-4111N from AD Solutions. After several years of moderately heavy use, we can say we have never had such a work horse copier. AD Solutions service was superior to any we have had in the past, and service calls were minimal. The office and service personnel were always professional and courteous. We will continue to do business with AD Solutions.

WARNING SCAM! DO NOT do business with these crooks. They lie and tell you they will upgrade you for free and then they force you into signing a new contract halfway in. If you don’t sign then they take away your roll over that you already paid for and then you pay per copy!

I cant give 5 star because of Daphne but Mike Hamden is awesome!. Deal with him if your going to do business with AD Solutions. He listens, understands your needs, and has good common sense.

The A.D. solutions team has been wonderful at helping our business transition from an old machine to the newest and latest. Their costimer support is second to none. A mediocre Sharp dealer that claims to be number one in the area. Those that say not to do business with this company are absolutely correct!!

Patricia and gab are some of the worst people that worked there, anything but that the company is great and has great contract deals for customers!

While initially the company and I had differences on the issues of the copier, the new Operations Manager and I had a long discussions and have worked the issues out amicably. As with all vendors, make sure you vet who you are dealing with and make your decision wisely.

My name is Pastor George Harris of First Baptist Church of Ocoee, FL. I am thrilled with our decision to go with AD Solutions. The copier and the deal is great, of course, but I wasnt fully convinced until the first time I needed customer service. We ran out of toner on Friday evening which is when our serious printing and copying for the week begins. The salesman (Mike Hamdan) rescued me by meeting me early Saturday morning with toner at no charge. My former company would have never done that for any fee. Our copier broke with a factory defect on Saturday morning with our church wide budget meeting at hand. We still had a lot of copying and printing to do. Remembering the toner exchange, I called Mike and and he sent us Billy Theodore, the maintenance manager, who gave us a temporary fix so we can operate until the service rep comes later this week. Nobody does that! I am thrilled with the service and the professional demeanor that we, at FBC Ocoee have received from the sales and service staff of AD Solutions. This is a great company to work with.

Dont do business with these people. They bait and switch you on what you ask for and screw you into a non cancelable lease. Dont believe anything they tell you. We never got what we asked for and now stuck with a huge paper weight in our office.

Truly disappointed with the treatment of an important client that I referred to them.
