Hytec Dealer Services, Inc. is a quality dealer support organization . I have been using them through my current and my previous company over the past 24 years. The technical assistance, as well as the board repair and turnaround, has been exemplary of a top notch organization. Any issues we have had, have been corrected quickly and fairly. All in all, I cant think of anything I would change about the way they run the Hytec operation, nor would I change the way the people assist me with my challenges. I think that says a lot.
Service I had to say was poor I had to replace the hard drive in sharp printer and needed the watermark was told by sharp to go to a dealer. Hytec was on my area and when spoke to the supervisor of tech support they said they would charge me $250 for board repair even though I did not need the board repair and was only in need of the watermark so the system will operate. I was willing to pay something but not $250 for something that was free to them I contacted a different dealer who emailed the watermark for the new hard drive and it was simple as transferring it from a USB and they didnt charge me anything as a local business owner I believe in supporting let call business but hytec rep was a total top off.
In the field of circuit board repair, these guys have no rival. Been a while since I worked with them but they remain top notch in innovation and latest services.
Great place, outstanding repair record and reliability. Their tech support staff is superior to some of manufacturers.
