Great job as always by Copier Source. We recently finished hosting the Arnold Palmer Classic here at Bay Hill, and Copier Source and its team came through for us in shining form. Their team is always available to service our 5 Copiers that we bought from them back in 2016. The technicians are fast, efficient and friendly.

Recently bought a copier from this place and I was very pleased with the service that came with it. They helped me choose a copier that fit the volume of my small business and helped network it to my 3 PCs. Courteous and friendly staff. If you have any IT issues, just ask for Greg, he knows his stuff.

Everybody there seems very friendly and helpful. Greg the I.T. guy is always ready to help when Im stuck.

Do not purchase machine with this company. Save yourself the stress and headache.

This company is the absolute worst. Bought a copier that was billed as refurbished. It never worked properly; it had 139000 copies on it which they never disclosed. After many phone calls they sent a replacement part which turned out to be used AND defective. Numerous requests for service have been ignored. Stay away from this outfit.

WORST COMPANY EVER...THEY STAFF IS LOST AND EVERY TIME YOU CALL, THEY DONT LIKE.... I HAVE A CONTRACT WITH THEM AND THEY CHARGE ME FOR A LEASE OF A OLD MACHINE ALMOST EIGHT THOUSAND, AND I PAY THEM MONTHLY... NOW ASK ME IF THEY TO THE JOB, NO THEY DONT, I ASKED FOR A TONER HAS 2 WEEKS THAT DIDNT ARRIVE AND JEFF SAID I HAVE TO GO TO FEDEX AND LOOK WHERE IS THE PACKET....

No clue if they sell good copy machines or not, but they didnt pay their vendor bill for work on their phone system. I called and sent several emails about getting my $759.50 invoice paid but only got the run around. If they buy equipment from you or they hire you for in house service, get paid up front.
