I wont say they have the best customer service but I spent two year trying to get out of my Timeshare with primo management group and then almost a year and a half with this company. After an almost 4 year battle I am out. Thank you for sticking with it through these really tough times and tank you for doing what you said. Im out no bills nothing.

We were very pleased with the process. When we signed up they gave detailed explanations about what they could accomplish, how long it would take and how they planed on getting us out. After over 5 calls to a couple different agents their we deiced to trust this company. We were very reluctant in doing business with any company after being taken by several listing companys that said they would sell our Timeshare and we cant be happier about doing so. Lemon Lion Consulting was professional and accomplished getting us out of our Timeshare in less time then they even said and I would recommend this company to anyone with a Timeshare that wants their money back and wants to get out!!!

I called this company looking for info on getting out of my Timeshare and they were extremely polite, helpful and informative. Apparently I did not qualify to use them cause of some issue with the state I live in but they explained to me how to try and get out myself it worked! I cant say thank you enough, I am a young single dad and even though I would have gladly paid them I cant say enough about how willing they were to try and help even though they were not going to take my money. So Ive heard a lot less from this company since Covid but I guess it was to be expected... I am very pleasantly surprised to have gotten and email from them today with a release agreement from my resort. THANK YOU LLC

Answered all my question right away. Very informative, helpful people here. Signed up today, will update this once I get out or get my money back. So far very good customer service and the price they charge is less then any other company I could find.

I just want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart to charlie. He was very nice to talk to from the start. I was paying a very large amount every year for my Timeshares and did not know what to do. I spoke with several different companies that offer the same service and found that I was always dealing with sales men and women that wanted to charge me thousands of dollars to get the job done, and every time I spoke with someone new the price would change. Where I was skeptical at first, I went with this company cause of a friend that used them and the set price I consistently got from them. I paid my Timeshare off and paid my maintenance fees for 11 years, after I became ill and could not afford to pay for a timeshare I was not using the resort would do NOTHING to assist me. Thank God this company exist and thank you for helping us get out of this awful mess.

This company is great. I used them to get out of my orange lake contract. The kept me informed on what they were doing for me throughout the process and got me out of the timeshare. I would recommend anyone with a timeshare to use this company!

We won a free Vegas vacation while in attending a home buying expo in FL, and all we had to do was attend a vacation rental timeshare seminar, and we bought the propaganda hook, line, and sinker. In a very short period of time, we realized that we effectively made it so the little extra money that we had was now going out the door in maintenance fees, and any date we wanted to use was blacked out for over two years. What a nightmare! Naturally, after being had by the vacation timeshare company, we had reservations about everything that was sold to us. We shouldnt have had those now looking back at the service, and neither should you! We spoke to a Shara an agent with Lemon Lion at length, she never got annoyed, never pestered us when we said WE will call her back and the whole experience with her was almost to good to be true, at least that how we felt at the time. After speaking with Shara a couple times we felt assured that we wanted to sign up, but we couldnt start right away even on the payment installation they offered us, so we waited for my income tax return to arrive to cover a full payment for the exit. It was a good six months after we had our consult when we paid. The quote did not change, AS IT DOES WITH EVERY SINGLE OTHER COMPANY WE SPOKE TO, and we were able to just charge a card which made us feel comfortable knowing our card company would protect us if they didnt do the job they said. It did take them over eight months for us to get out from our vacation rental timeshare, but it was well worth the wait. I cannot stress enough the sanity regained from using this service and getting out of something that everyday we regretted buying and really just felt foolish for getting into in the first place.Things I think everyone should know:-This is not a law firm and and where I dont think I could have ever gotten out of the Timeshare myself I almost feel what they do is like credit repair where anyone could really do it if you knew the legal loop wholes.-These guys are the cheapest company that I found that offers this service, and its literately cheaper by thousands of dollars.-They wont take you on if they cant get you out, as I tried to get my mother in law signed up and they declined to take her money and sent her lawyers to call and ways to try and get out herself.The two regrets I have:-Getting into that f***ing timeshare and letting my husband convince me to sign for the purchase. (we still fight about this).-Not knowing about them sooner and not just paying the installments to get out.There was excellent communication throughout our exit. I could not be happier with the service and hope everyone uses this company that can. Like I said call around and you will find all the other companies that do this want to charge over 5k (one told us it would cost 11 thousand dollars...) for something that this company does for a set fee of 3k.

Two words... LIFE SAVERS. I was stuck with a time share that was making it almost impossible to pay my bills. It was a lengthy process but I was kept updated and eventually was able to get out of it. I highly recommend Lemon Lion to anyone who feels trapped with a timeshare.

Im a single mother that got sucked into a Timeshare on vacation with my family and it was an absolute NIGHTMARE from the start with Westgate. Me and a few of my family members bought into the club through lies and misrepresentation. We all did our research on how to get out, I and one other of my family went with Lemon Lion Consulting after reading an add online and talking with Bryce who went on to be our agent and we couldnt be more pleased. We are out of our Timeshare, We have gotten back ALL of our money from the resort, and it was done in less then 12 months. Unfortunately my other two family members who went with an attorney have not gotten out of their Timeshare yet, but we are praying that something happens for them soon, If not they will be calling Lemon Lion. Started with these guys back in January and today 8 months later I finally got a letter from my resort saying that I am no longer a owner. It does not happen right away but this company works.

I bought my Timeshare in 2013 and had been trying to get out ever since. Lemon Lion you guys are great and thank you.

I paid way to much money for a Timeshare I didnt use only to then have to pay this company to get me out of my contract. Timeshare is a scam dont buy them.
