My friend linked me up with the guys at Interspand, They are great! Not only did I get a New roof installed, All I had to pay was my deductible. If I would have not met them I was about to use another company who I wont mention, and they were charging me for the UPGRADES that Interspand got me for FREE! SDPS was very helpful in explaining everything and installing super fast! As soon as we got out check back from ins claim we started rolling! And now we are done. They pretty much take care of everything for you just like those HURRICAN insurance lawyers do, ONLY THEY DO NOT charge for there services. I never paid a penny over my deductible! These guys are the real deal! Thanks for putting it on so fast! All ready have a few friends working on new roofs as we speak with them!

Hiring Interspand Construction Consultants was my worst nightmare. The WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE...To Replace my Roof...Reda was the one responsible to handle the replacement .. Nothing was done for 3 years, until water started leaking into my house causing a lot of damages to my kitchen cabinets and more.... Once everything was approved and the check was sent, Reda hired different contractors to replaced the roof... I signed to accept the changes, because the previous ones that were listed to replaced the roof when I first signed, supposedly had too much work...and the rainy season was on top of my roof..During the replacement of the roof it started raining and they didnt even bother to cover it with a TARP...Water was leaking through the walls ..It was worst than a nightmare.. all I remembered is my daughter and I filling buckets and buckets of water... my ceiling got water damage, everywhere, the porch in my backyard has very bad water damage...The Kitchen cabinets got worst... when I texted Reda and told him about it...he just told me It can happens sometimes well fix it if needed..Dont worry just show me when the roof is done and well repair it...(He made sound very simple without really understanding all the struggle I was going through)... Once the roof was done I never saw his face again...It even took him a while to send someone to place back the solar panel on the roof.....Today, Im still struggling thinking how to fix all the damages that were caused to my house.Overall, for my understanding, this company do not really care about your home ... They just care about how much money ywill be left for them once the roof is done... I do not Recommend not only Reda but Interspand Construction at all...Why? Because I believe they all guided under the same roof...

I was given Bens number by a friend that he had helped out and decided to give him a call to help me with the damage from Irma. He was a nice guy that answered all my questions and got things rolling for repairs. They didnt charge me for for a couple upgrades to my roof and got the job done in a quick, timely manner. After last years hurricane one of my rental prosperities roof was badly damaged. Reda came to our house to do a free inspection and was able to get me a new roof through my insurance company. They took care of the whole process and I barely had to deal with my insurance. Will definitely be using them again!

Reda randomly knocked on my door one day stating they were doing some new roofs in the neighborhood. I was initially suspicious of the process how he explained. I called a few of his references and decided to upgrade my roof. I couldnt be more pleased with his customer service and my new upgraded roof. Everything he said went exactly as he explained and the whole process took less than a month!

So glad these guys stopped by to talk to me about my roof! The process was seamless and couldnt be happier with the end result! I barely had to deal with my insurance as well, which was the best part!

They had SDPS Roofing work with us. They were great letting me know when they were coming out, they estimated 3 days for the roof and they did it within 2 days. You never even knew they were there. Hurricane Michael caused significant damage to my home along with many others in Bay County. Within 30 minutes of the 7 1/2 hour storm the shingles were gone from my home. The following day everyone began the task of tarping roofs. Everyone but me. I was at a complete loss because I have an extremely large, steep roof and I could not tarp the roof myself. I wont ever forget meeting Reda Soda, from Interspand in my driveway just 3 days after the storm. He was professional and knowledgeable and I trusted him right away. Within 24 hours my roof was tarped and I now have a new roof! I am a happy customer. If you need any type of roof work, call them. You will be happy that you did! Great Company and Good People!

In December of 2018 I was visited by Anders Johnson for a free roof inspection of my house. As suspected I needed a new roof. Anders Johnson was one of the nicest and most gentile people I have had the pleasure of meeting. He sat with me and explained the process completely and answered every question I presented. Anders took care of all the paperwork for the insurance company and I was not burdened with that chore. As is typical, I was assaulted with unsolicited advice and opinions from friends and family which created lots of confusion and doubt about this process. Anders calmly and gently explained actual facts of roof replacement and eased my mind completely. The roof was installed on January 23rd and the crew were kind, friendly, and did a great job of installation and.cleanup. You cannot go wrong using this company and will be dealt with honestly and expeditiously.

Scammers and insurance fraudsters, steer clear unless youd like more damage to your house. Their free inspection consisted of fabricating damage to try to fraud your insurance company. I watched them on my roof then they tried to scam me into believing their garbage pitch.

Incompetent at best and criminally fraudulent at worst. I contracted with Reda Soodi (despite his protests to having a written document) at the recommendation of my property manager in Panama City, FL after Hurricane Michael. Not only did he not complete the repairs in the contracted amount of time, he did not complete the repairs at all and has not returned my deposit. His company still has the keys to my house and Reda hasnt responded to my phone calls or e-mails requesting return. Be very careful if you agree to do work with this company and feel free to contact me if you have questions or concerns.

Reda is a true professional. From day 1 explaining the processes, and how things will work and time out, all the way through completion and beyond. Reda ensures the the job is done, done correctly, and follows up even afterward to ensure the customer is satisfied. I highly recommend giving Reda a call if you have any roofing needs, he truly does have his customers best interests in mind!!
