We were hired to help an association with JS Held’s inspections. During this time the associates representing JS Held were rude towards us, the association, and the gentleman working on the property. At no point did they acknowledge this, nor did they change their tune. It’s not classy, or appropriate. It’s not difficult to be kind. After a few phone calls we found that this is a normal practice for them.
