The Leasing office crew is simply amazing. Always friendly and seem to be in a good mood every day, they are also very accommodating with any needs. Made my move in very simple and easy. Delilah was a great help with everything and she continues to be of assistance. And it’s always makes your day a little better seeing a pretty face when you walk past the front desk :)

I just relocated to Florida from NY just a few weeks ago and I was very nervous taking an apartment I only saw pictures of online. Boy was I pleasantly surprised. My apartment is beautiful and the property is gorgeous, pictures don’t do it justice.The property staff are amazing, Stephanie & Delilah are so sweet. Delilah has been incredible from when I first applied to move in & beyond. She has gone out of her way & above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our place and made sure we had everything we needed. Relocating to a new state is a little scary, I’m just so glad I chose this property & I’m grateful they have a wonderful person like Delilah taking care of their residents.

These are great apartments in an otherwise isolated area, even though its close to convenience stores, restaurants and a big market. Internet and cable are included, which is very convenient. In addition, maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to any issues, always addressing you individually, going above and beyond. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.

Deliah was very friendly and happy to assist us with our move. She gave recommendations on what the best apartment would be for our situation. She then went a step further and gave more suggestions that we wouldn’t have thought of on where we could save even more money. We are very happy with our experience with Deliah, and are excited about the new apartment!

I gave three star because I was really impressed while I was living there and completed my lease in September month living at 1307 apartment.Overall I had good experience from this place. Only during pandemic time I got some issue which was taken care last month of my lease. When it comes to money dont trust on verbal communication. Make sure you have official email about charges because they dont remember and later they will say I did not tell it.Also when you will leave the apartment they will not come for inspection and will try to find a way not to return you your deposit.Personally I had cleaned my place with spray in all corner. Plus taken care well. I thought I will be deducted around around 50 dollar out of 250 due to water bills and little bit something. I was waiting for mail or some response but I didnt get anything. When I approach them back they asked for 56 dollars from me. They put all possible cleaning highest charge for everything.I was shocked with such a nice community will take such a cheating action. Although those who live in this community 250 dollars is not a big deal but I like to highlight it. It shows how they will treat you once you leave this place.Personally I had good experience while I was living in the community. Front desk 2 ladies are fantastic and helped me under their power but I would not trust verbally when it related to money Information.

I was in a hurry to find a place for my husband and myself along with our dog for clinical rotations. When I called for information, Delilah was SO incredibly helpful and she worked with us to find a unit that best fit our needs as students. She is so friendly, genuinely wanted to help us, and I felt comfortable throughout the whole process. If you ever have any questions about this apartment complex, ask for Delilah!! She used to live here so she is very knowledgeable on the amenities, electricity, and any maintenance issues. Thank you so much, Delilah, we feel right at home here!Also, I saw some reviews about not having hot water so I was concerned about this. HOWEVER, our hot water works great and have no issues at all! I also saw reviews about robberies, BUT, my husband and I had 2 packages at our front door and they were still there 3 days later when we returned from a weekend visit to my family’s house. Of course crime can happen anywhere so it’s our responsibility to know when packages come. I was very pleased to see they were still there though! It says a lot about the residence that live here.The 24/7 gym is my favorite and has great equipment! The Starbucks coffee machine is such a GREAT addition. We are medical students so we live off coffee! All of the staff is friendly and maintenance responds so fast! There are many families that live here so that tells you about the safety here. I also met someone who works with law enforcement and she says there has not been any significant calls to this complex. I am so happy I stumbled upon this apartment complex on google!

The staff at Maitland West is absolutely wonderful. They made us feel comfortable and at home from day one. Delilah was the original person who showed us our apartment and has been there to for us every sense. Generally in OTHER apartment communities I get treated like a number after we move into the apartment. After being here 1 1/2 years later the staff still knows me by name and is always happy to say hello in the hall or lobby. The vibe and feel is here is one that is always warm and welcoming. For this I am very pleased to give my upmost recommendation for this complex. Thank you Delilah and your staff for such a positive experience.

The luxury in this apartment complex comes with a big asterisk next to it. Being a current resident I can tell you this apartment complex will come with marijuana smell throughout the halls, stains all over the floors, apartments infested with termites and an overall sense of disgust when living in these apartments. Unfortunately the customer service is just as bad with regards to assisting residents with issues. Basically I am currently I’m living in a apartment that was so covered in termites they were crawling all over me at night and yet Im still stuck to serve out the rest of my prison lease sentence because cooperate and the manager deemed it not a bad enough issue to grant me the basic human decency of not having to sleep with termites in my home. Their so called solutions were to basically patch and paint over the holes created by the termites even with termites still clearly been seen inside the hole. Now I hope this reviews helps you in staying clear of this apartment and finding a better place to call home.

I have been trying contact the office for a week in regards to inquiring about a unit. Multiple emails & phones/voicemails with no response. If I cant get ahold of someone while Im trying to rent a unit, I cant imagine the issues Id run into while renting a unit if I needed to get ahold of someone. I guess I dodged a bullet with this complex.

Living here is somewhat like living in a resort; the pool area has cabanas and the pool itself is salt water, there are 3 Peloton bikes in the pretty well equipped gym, there is a Starbucks machine in the lobby that is stocked daily, a pool table is available and maintained, and they frequently have pizza and food trucks on site so its as easy as walking downstairs for dinner.Delilah helped me from day one. She toured the units with me, set up the elevator on move in day, and has consistently gotten answers for me when Ive ventured to the front desk for help. I had considered moving to a different building but landed on the Tiffany because of Delilahs enthusiasm.I only gave 4 stars because the building is hood adjacent. The buildings location is great but keep your guard up if you venture a few blocks South. I frequently see Maitland police camped in the rear parking lot at all hours which makes me feel a bit better. The security doors appear to be mostly for show; they are frequently propped open or simply ajar.

The Tiffany at Maitland West is a luxurious apartment complex. My boyfriend and I decided to stay here another year, moving from a two bed two bath with some friends to one of their spacious studio apartments on our own. The staff have always been extremely helpful, being our main reason to want to stay. We have also seen that the management team has put in the effort to improve some of the flaws we saw in the past, including improved security and general upkeep of hallways and common areas. I highly recommend The Tiffany at Maitland West to anyone looking for an apartment.

This is the first apartment Ive lived in that I would not recommend to anyone. First there was no washer and dryer on the day we moved into the unit. Apparently they didnt want to make us aware that they were running a few days behind on delivering them until I walked into the unit for the first time and had to go back down to the desk to ask about it. When we finally got them delivered, it turned out they werent even new...they were used and not cleaned...there was dirt, hair, mold, and lint still inside. The dishwasher, filtered water in the fridge door, and sink disposal didnt work when we first moved in even though it was a brand new unit. There were multiple car break ins in the year that we lived there and management did absolutely nothing. The police unfortunately couldnt do much either because the complex has no security cameras. Neither myself nor my boyfriend ever saw a security officer on the premises. The 24/7 secure access is a joke because the doors were hardly ever locked and anyone was able to walk right in. Good luck taking a long hot shower in this place because youll get about 10 minutes of steaming hot water before the temp dies down. The complex itself is loud and dirty...which was surprising for how much we were paying for it.Weve now moved out and are being charged because they apparently had to clean the apartment after we left. I spent days deep cleaning that apartment after our stuff was moved out and getting into every nook and cranny. I left it spotless and cleaner than when we moved in with pictures to back it up because they will not do a walk through with you. I have never not gotten my full deposit back from any apartment Ive lived in until now. Just a fair warning to those considering this complex so you know what youre getting into.

Very nice apartment complex I come downstairs every morning and use the Starbucks coffee machine. They clean each floor every week so that stains aren’t an issue in the hallways. The community is very clean and quiet. Definitely will recommend this community to all family and friends. Delilah and Stephanie at the front office are amazing and go above and beyond for any issues or complaints that I have.

I have been to 32 different states and 8 different countries in the past 6 years. Ive stayed at terrible places and wonderful places alike. Until recently I did A LOT of traveling for work. I averaged being gone from home 280-300 days a year. Two months ago I took a more permanent position and had to relocate to Orlando. I have been here since, and after todays interaction I feel that I should leave a review. I dont know review etiquette because this is a first for me. The Tiffany truly is a resort style place to live. The amenities are wonderful, better than most resorts Ive stayed at, and the staff is absolutely wonderful, and one of the best parts of being a resident. Delilah helped me with a question I had today, and her responsiveness and respectfulness is something that has become a rarity in todays society. Being from South Carolina originally, I recognize when people show the amount of respect and manners that she displayed. She was extremely knowledgeable and her attention to detail was better than any interaction, with any staff member, at any location I have EVER stayed. When it comes to resident interaction and satisfaction she is above reproach. I can honestly say without any hesitation that I give the The Tiffany and Delilah 5 stars each. Thanks!

The Tiffany at Maitland West is new, trendy, immaculate and competitively priced. The clubhouse and lobby area feel quite grand with towering, full glass windows overlooking a modern spa-like pool pool deck. The units have beautiful finishes in the kitchen and bath - quartz countertops, nice tile and stainless steel appliances. Large windows allow lots of light in. We are right off of I-4 and close to a plethora of wonderful shopping and restaurants. The staff are all friendly and eager to round out your luxury living experience. Overall excellent value in this area.

If you are looking for a clean and welcoming home, this is your place. I went to The Tiffany after going a couple of different complexes in the area and they were outstanding. As soon as I walked in, they were extremely welcoming and happy. Personally, I am a bubbly person so I love happy and bubbly customer service. After thanking Delilah and Stephanie for the warm welcome, they were so personal and relatable. They showed me exactly what I was looking for and matched every detail to my needs. I found the PERFECT layout and I fell in love. I let them know that I am going to look at a few other places and I might be back but I need to think about it. After looking at a few other places, I was still AMAZED by my layout, the amenities, the updated kitchen and bathrooms, and the floors are beautiful. I went back a few hours later and asked to view the unit one last time. I loved the Princess layout and then got to choose my view and location of my apartment. My dogs were my biggest priority so they accommodated my apartment near an exit so I am able to walk my dogs easily. Brandon was also AMAZING. When Delilah, Stephanie and I were trying to choose the perfect location for my dogs and I, Brandon offered a unit that just became available in the PERFECT location in the building. The application process was super easy. I strongly recommend The Tiffany at Maitland West. They also have a great referral program if you have a friend that wants to move too! (:

I love the different events they put on for different holidays which create such a great atmosphere and interaction amongst the residents.In my time here, probably one of the most important things has been my experience with the staff. I walk in daily to smiles and greetings. Any questions I have had have been answered immediately and they are always willing to help. From the leasing agents, to cleaning staff, to maintenance staff, and the management.The property manager Bennie, has been nothing short of amazing. I would highly recommend this apartment complex. Not only is it a beautiful complex, with amazing amenities but the staff onsite are absolutely incredible. The property manager Bennie, is so kind, she truly cares about each resident. Whenever anything is needed, Bennie will do her best to care for you! Bennie makes a point to get to know the residents and make them feel welcome. We really appreciate that. Delilah and Stephanie both work in the leasing office. They are both sweet and attentive. The two maintenance staff onsite are always around and say hi to you whenever you walk past them. We even know them on a first name basis! I was debating moving out of state, but part of the reason we stayed was because we know we could not find staff better than where we live now! I do also adore our marquis unit and love the big windows. But thank you Tiffany staff for making us feel like we have a family here! So happy we signed our second lease!

I loved this apartment complex and it has beautiful apartments but there were definitely a decent number of negatives against this complex that I would like to make known to future residents. During my time living here there were car break-ins on MULTIPLE occasions where 30+ cars windows would be broken overnight. There was a lack of security cameras and basically no presence by the community officer (who was never seen by myself or my roommates) and the complex sent out emails which basically said there was nothing they could do. They claimed to have secure access doors for all entrances to the complex but most of the time the doors were unlocked so that anyone could just walk in.During move-out we inquired about our security deposit and were told that they had 30 days (which by Florida statutes should be 15 days for the full return of the deposit and 30 days if they intend to charge the tenant at which point an itemized list of the charges must be sent). 30 days came and passed at which point I had to reach out to them to see what was happening with our security deposit. The manager at the time said that they were really busy but that our security deposit would be sent out that week, and this was a month ago and still nothing. Absolutely ridiculous that weve been moved out for 2 months and the only communication about getting back our deposit come when we reach out to them.Very unorganized staff in a luxury apartment complex.

This place is below average!Lots of robberies!! There’s always a police car early in the morning trying toFigure out what happened and they even made jokes about how bad that place is... The management is the worst!!!The entry/ Lobby door never works...I was unable to work out since the smell was so bad! This is not children friendly location and their prices are ( as they stated) base on luxury... The only thing is that you get average living style .

The entire staff at the Tiffany at Maitland West is great, from mgmt, leasing to maintenance they are wonderful and friendly. One of the main reasons I choose the Tiffany is I felt safe there. Not happy with this community, almost 50 cars were broken into at the weekend. If this was gated, had cameras, this wouldnt happen. Its unacceptable as we pay alot of rent to live here. Will not renew the lease when its up. Door is always broke so anyone can come in which then makes our apartment unsafe. For a woman, I feel this place is not safe at Night. I am afraid to walk from my car to the door. We had an issue where the workers walked into our apartment when we were home, now we always lock our door. They need to have this gated for the price we pay

We no longer live there and I always forget to leave reviews but I think it’s important for new tenants to know where they are getting in to. It is always difficult to get something resolved. You call the office and no body helps. They always say they will call you back to resolve the issue but they don’t. After you call them sometimes more than 3-4 times you get some kind of response. I will give you a perfect example: I rented a storage two doors down my apartment but two months later I asked to switch to a smaller one. They lost the keys so they couldn’t let me in one of the smaller units. It took them 5 weeks to finally switch me over to a smaller unit. Another example: I was locked out of my apartment and I called Maintenance, they said: sure, let me get back to the community (the person was in Sandford) and I will go and let you in...I am still waiting for the person to call me back. Lol. I never heard from him. I had to wait until my husband was out of work at night to get in my unit. I’m glad it wasn’t an emergency. I called on Monday this week and spoke to Michelle at the office, I told her Spectrum called me to ask me to return the box, I was not aware that we needed to return it to spectrum, I thought because we were billed internet included in the rent that we were supposed to leave the box inside the apartment for the next tenant to use it. Well, I explained the situation to Michelle, who then said: I will walk to the apartment to check out for the box...that was Monday this week. She goes I will call you tomorrow morning (Tuesday). She never called. I called the office, she was not there. I left a message with the lady who answered the phone which by the way was real nice thinking I was a new person calling, as soon as I told her my issue instead of trying to help she started giving me a lecture of how I was supposed to return the equipment. I said: ma’am I’m calling Michelle because she said she would take a look at the apartment and call me back but it’s 2pm and I have not heard from her. She said: I will give her the message...I’m still waiting. Today is Wednesday and I have not heard a word from anyone from the office. I mean...how far is the office from the unit? Like 1 minute walk. I see things haven’t changed a but.It’s a shame because Maria was very professional and she was always there to assist. On e they changed personnel at the office, everything went down the hill. The entrance door to out building was always broken, the carpets and hallways were dirty and smelled. Floors by the mailroom and Amazon lockers were always dirty. It really is not a place to live for what they charge. Way too much money for the service they provide. I will let everyone know if I can finally resolve my issue. And I am sorry I never shared my review before but I think is only fair for people to move in knowing the kind of service they will be receiving. I wish I knew

I moved to Orlando from New York and ended up signing the lease at Tiffanys without having to fly down and actually seeing the apartments. Aria was really proactive and helpful with the entire process which made my decision to go ahead with Tiffany a lot easier. Its a beautiful place with top amenities and interiors. Easily the best apartments in the area and it is only improving.

Luxury is a word that has lost its meaning.The only way I know how to get a response is to put something bad on social media. Which is sad, because a business should be responsive when they list themselves as luxury.The look of everything is nice. If looks were everything this place would be great. View is wonderful. Our main focus when moving was piece of mind. This seemed like the right choice.Management is terrible. We have been here for over a year now and will not be renewing next leasing agreement. It took us about 2 month to get a renewal lease the first time and now the online portal shows I owe more than what my lease says. No one has answered any of my questions for 4 months. If I have to hound management to get an answer on my rent, then this must be just a regular apartment that they are overcharging for. Luxury is just a word to get sales here.This is the most pressing issue since it involves my rent payments. Kind of a big issue when you get late fees and whatnot.Management initially said I would be able to keep my work trailer parked in the back of the building(There is an empty parking lot behind the trash site where no one parks because its too far away from the building). But then I got a complaint from Kathy after a full year of parking there, saying I would have to move it. I was able to get it moved and asked that same day for my rent to be looked at. Tomorrow, is the answer I get. Tomorrow has came and went multiple times.We had a Maintenance crew put their key into my door with out notice and actually try and open the door with me home. No notice was sent. In this day and age that we live in this could have cause a serious accident. Please protect your tenants as well as your employees by giving notice. I know it was a check for water damage(to which I would have reported), but this is not a professional way to conduct business.The front door system/keypad system is always broken. It has not worked for a full week since moving in. This results in two things happening. Any deliveries you have coming to your house(Amazon/Food) will have an issue reaching you so make sure they have your phone number or some point of contact.The massage parlor, just opened in June after a year of living here we were told last summer is when this would open. Not the biggest deal but when that was talked about as your amenity cost and you have be paying. Its a bit annoying.The building was pretty dirty for the year living here. Its now just starting to be cleaned out with the carpet machine finally running and the windows outside finally getting cleaned. Definitely a big improvement, but it is taking a very long time to get done.The main reason we moved here and not the $500-$800 cheaper apartments on the same street was; piece of mind. We thought with a luxury apartment, we wouldnt have to worry about much. It would feel as if we were in a hotel.This is going to be the best review for anyone to read because I am interactive. If anyone needs, feel free to contact me on any questions about the place. I try to give a unbias reviews and will update accordingly. Though after this experience I have to be honest and say a 4-5star would be nearly impossible at this point.Ill gladly pay for luxury. This is a regular apartment, nice view, and management leaves a lot to be desired.

This rental property is very close to the ghetto, it has little to no security, and there have been multiple car break-ins with the management team doing little to nothing about stopping the problem. If youre looking at other places to move: stop. This apartment complex is absolutely incredible. The units are gorgeous, amenities are absolute perfection, but the thing that makes this apartment complex so unique and the reason you need not look any further: the staff. Maria and Marvia bent over backwards to make sure our move in was as smooth and efficient as possible, and always say hi every time we walk through the lobby. You can teach people to know their business, but people skills like theirs cannot be taught. I am incredible grateful for everything these two women have done to make us truly feel welcomed home.

I used to live in the panhandle which is 7 hours away from Orlando. I got a new job in Orlando and needed to find a place to live. I got in touch with Cody at Tiffany Maitland.Cody showed me around the units and I was impressed. Saltwater pool, dog park, courtyard, everything you can think of.The units are bery nicely built and designed.If I could give a 10/5 I would.Cody is a hard worker and definitely will go out of his way to make sure you’re satisfied.

What a beautiful place, wow! And Tiffany’s was so nice compared to other sites I visited in the area, they were acting as if I was an inconvenience to them, seriously! Tiffany was just the opposite, spent a lot of time with me going in detail about what my new home would look like and the great discounts given makes it very affordable, less then I expected in payments!Can’t wait to get moved in, excited!!!!

The Tiffany at Maitland West is a gorgeous luxury apartment complex. I have been a resident for the past month, and I am always happy and looking forward to coming to such a beautiful home everyday after work. The amenities are the best around. The staff is extremely helpful and always there to make the residents comfortable and happy.

After looking and comparing 3 locations I choose Tiffany at Maitland West because it felt like home;) Aria was so friendly and basically showed me every floor plan so I could make the right choice. New, clean & fresh start for me and lower bills! I’m really excited about the Spa since I’m a student for Massage Therapy right now🤗 looking forward to many memories here.

Multiple car break-insLast night, multiple cars parked in the rear end of the apartment complex were broken into including my car. This is frustrating especially since this apartment complex is considered to be a luxury apartment and this is something you wouldn’t have expected from a place that looks like this. I decided to pay “luxury” rates so I wouldn’t have to worry about my car getting broken into or getting stolen. Management needs to do something about the security of the premises besides installing cameras. I feel unsafe living here now. I know for sure I will not be renewing my lease here next year and hope nothing unfortunate happens till our lease ends. I wouldn’t recommend this complex to anyone because it is unsafe to live here.

Lived here for several months and was promised a certain rate. Several months went by and was told I could forget about it. The staff did nothing but just make excuses, push me over and never responded to me. The management would not even contact me in reference to any correspondence I had. The price of these apartments are too high for the quality. The water keeps leaking in all the apartments. Above me the apartment had a water leak and the one next to me also did causing some serious damage. Done with this place, find a place that isn’t shady.

I have lived at the Tiffany at Maitland West for about 2 years and I can honestly say this is by far the best apartment building I have lived in, Ever. From the amazing amenities ( Salt Water Pool, State of the Art Gym, a Resident accessible Business Center, Lounge in lobby with large Tvs and even a Starbucks coffee machine for resident. Also BBQ area, a Zen Garden and a full size Pool table.) The Interior and Exterior are kept exceptionally clean.But what makes this place so pleasant to live in is the remarkable and pleasant staff. From the front desk to leasing and maintenance, the are all happy to please and always has an honest answer. Leading the troops is the Property Manager, Rebecca. During this trying time, I like all of us, had some issues in which Rebecca was gracious to help and didnt make me fell embarrassed. She was extremely helpful to me and others. The ownership did a great job putting together this team.Oh and the apartments are fantastic too, Lol

Specials advertise as 1 month off which you would think Is your rent divided by 12 months is how much your discount would be but it less of a discount and they can’t even explain why!!! Talk about false advertising, there is no game room, no one working at the spa, no dog park, no package concierge as advertised on the website. Then the water never stays hot for more than 5min. If you are a family of more than one person good luck bathing in cold water every morning. Water pressure sucks!! I’m not the only one complaining about these things go check out reviews on yelp. Walls are paper thin I can hear my neighbors dog barking all night not to mention every conversation they have. Managment is racist they harrass you based on how you look. Amenities are only to look not use apparently. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT MOVE HERE!

We have been at Maitland West for 3 months. It has been awsome!!! The facilities, the units so far evrything. Also, we have to keepin mind, this building is new, so so issues may ocour, however, the maintenace guys always providing excelent service specially Ivory. He always is in contact, if he cant fix it, he call to someone who knows and alway have an update of the repairs of your unit. Way to go Ivory!!!

It pains me to have been driven to the point where I felt I needed to take the time out of my day to write this, because this genuinely is a beautiful property, but this has been the most unapologetically inconvenient living situation I have ever had to endure and there does not seem to be a solution to or reparations for these inconveniences in sight.Let’s start from the beginning. My partner and I had our move-in date scheduled for October 1st. We completed our application and it was approved on September 10th. This was not a short-notice move-in by any means. When we arrived to pick up our keys, there was an issue with the system where it put us in an incorrect apartment. Long story short, we spent over 4 hours in the leasing office being shuffled around while they tried to figure out what happened in their system. We lost our deposits for our movers, missed the setup time for our internet/cable, and missed our furniture delivery as well. Through all of this, we stayed patient because the staff (many of whom do not work at this property anymore) were so kind and we were promised that one of our $50 premiums (view or floor) would be waived.The issue was eventually sorted out and we ended up having to move everything ourselves due to losing our moving appointment. We did not finish until 1 am and had to work the following day. To say this was an inconvenience is a huge understatement. We not only lost valuable time but MONEY due to mistakes that we did not cause. We had to reschedule our internet/cable setup leaving us without internet for THREE DAYS, again, due to mistakes that we did not cause. We both need access to the internet for our jobs. MASSIVE inconvenience.We did not receive a washer/dryer or a valet trash can until I eventually emailed the gentleman who was property manager at the time two days after our move-in fiasco. The issue that kept us for 4 hours on move-in day was that the Unit # plate on the door was incorrect. The plate was not fixed until that email either. We had to put a note on the door for our furniture delivery. I shouldn’t have had to contact the staff to get these glaring issues fixed ESPECIALLY after what we endured to move in.Fast-forward to November 1st and we see that we have been charged $150 more than we were supposed to be charged. The staff did not answer the phone so my partner and I had to go down to the leasing office to figure out what on earth happened and why we were being charged so much more than we were supposed to. Come to find out, there was another issue with their system. They didn’t waive the $100 from the promotion they were running and they also did not waive the premium that they told us they would waive to make up for the inexcusable mistakes that led to us losing time and money.The property manager who made that premium waiver promise to us no longer works for the company but, again, this is not our fault or our problem. There are several members on staff who can recall and recount the massive inconvenience to us because we were sitting in the office for more than FOUR HOURS. No matter who currently holds that position, I would think that if my residents went through what we went through, I would want to do everything in my power to ensure that the rest of their time living on my property was as smooth and convenient as possible! The opposite has happened! It continues to get worse and I continue to have to waste my time chasing down the staff to receive the waiver that I was promised by the highest-ranking on-site employee at the time!I am at wits end at this point and I do not know how much longer I can be patient and polite about this situation.

When I first moved in it seemed like a great place to live. I’m on my third lease and it’s not by choice. Welcome to America where you can rent for $2400 but can’t get a mortgage if your credit isn’t high enough. I’m currently waiting now 4 days with no washing machine because they work when they feel like it. Mind you I got two new additions and a teenager who needs clean clothes. I would speak to a manager, but I lost track with who’s managing this place considering we’ve been through over 3 managers since I’ve been here. Turn over rate must be high for them. I’ve inquired about blinds for my master bed, since I upgraded into the 3 bedroom apartment where the blinds have been broken since move in day and apparently even with all the rent we pay, they can’t seem to find a vendor who makes the size of my window??? Smh. Recently, I’ve called them 18+ times and not one persons picks up the phone. I currently had my partner remove the washer from the laundry room because since yesterday we are waiting for the replacement. We figure let’s help them do their job, since they can’t seem to get it right on their own. Don’t add on valet trash, it’s a waste of money. They don’t take boxes or more than two bags and don’t come daily. God forbid furniture is trashed by the dumpster you get fined, which I find ridiculous considering we pay for trash valet and are removing it ourselves. To waste such a nicely built community is such a shame. You’re paying luxury rent prices to live in what feels like subsidized housing. Do not be fooled by the nice salt water pool, BBQs that have been out of order for months, the zen garden that barely gets used by anyone or the gym which I don’t see much sanitizing going on in, or the spa which is a waste of space because it’s over priced for a massage that you can get done way better for at Spavia in Winter Park. Save yourself and LOOK ELSEWHERE! Many other luxury properties being build in Central Florida don’t settle like we did.Oh and right now they’re handing out Google review cards begging people to leave reviews. I figure you would want the truth behind The Tiffany at Maitland West “Luxury Apartments”
