I am very satisfied with the mitigation and restoration service. I want to thank Shane Arnold who helped me thru the process with my mold damage and was always patient, caring, and very knowledgeable. Also, Jason Arnold that helped me with the restoration portion and was also very helpful and returned my emails and calls promptly. Erica was also on top of everything, making sure things ran smoothly. The crew, Rafael, Marcelo, Warlei, Jose and the rest of the gang did an excellent job. Despite the fact that what we thought was going to be a 4-6 week job turned out to take 1 entire year, we have to say we ended up very happy with the Paul Davis company. The trades people were entirely pleasant, professional, careful and talented. From the 4 people who packed up all our possessions in 2 rooms to the movers who moved our furniture to storage to the crew of 3 + who worked in and around our home for a year.... we were extremely impressed. I might go so far as to say, although we are thrilled to have our house back again, we are going to miss them!

We hired Paul Davis Restoration of Orlando to restore our ceiling and walls after water came from the balcony down through the kitchen ceiling and walls. From the first contact to the last with Paul Davis, we were treated respectfully and kind. Andrew Arencibia was our contact person who was attentive and followed through with any concerns we had. He was courteous and friendly. Tiago and his crew that painted and fixed the ceiling and walls in our kitchen did a fantastic job, (getting it back to looking almost the same). They were quick and cleaned up each day they finished working. I would definitely recommend this company!

PDR did a great job with helping us out with a leak in our kitchen and laundry room. They set us up with a dehumidifier. Tyler was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend PDR.

Bad experience. Very unprofessional and horrible communication... Company had very poor communication with me, the homeowner, about the project throughout the entire process. Project was suppose to take a max of one month to complete. However, the project took over one year to finalize. Had several contractors quit throughout the project and spent several months with no one working on the project. This took place during the winter months as well and my 2 young children had to endure very cold temperatures due to our entire kitchen wall being exposed to the elements. Along with a host of other problems the project manager disappeared and there was no communication about the budget and expenses. I ended up having to pay way more out of pocket then was originally told. I would definitely NOT recommend this company to anyone! Find a more professional and caring company to take care of your home needs.

Paul Davis of Orlando did a fantastic job on my remediation project. Jorge Aparicio and his team went above and beyond. Addressing any and all concerns which surfaced during the process. I would certainly use them again if ever faced with a similar issue.

After a pipe burst, I was referred to Paul Davis Restoration. Yes, they tore up carpet, flooring, brought fans. What they didn’t do was check for moisture under kick plates. Now I have mold. This was after I asked for a copy of the bill they were sending directly to my insurance company. Guess what? They listed things they did not do, like put down algaecide. I consider that to be FRAUD. Why does Liberty Mutual or any other Insurance company use this company. Their lack of due diligence has made the nightmare of a pipe burst, become worse with mold and the need to undergo mold remediation treatment in my home. Oh yeah, I have to find someone to repair the drywall after they finish. Wake me up from the nightmare!

Paul Davis restoration team lead by Jason Arnold was a nightmare, my decease mother home roof cave in and the insurance company gave us Paul Davis number. This company mislead us that all their contractors worked for the company, they hire bottom contractors who did lousy work and left a mess every day, using the toilets not flushing and ruining our carpet. Paul Davis team of Jason and Brian ducked phone calls, and took most of our money up front, we had to hire a lawyer, the project took 2 years, they broke my mom status while packing. I had to threaten them with the media to just get a thousand credit for the statues and never completed the job. We are 4 generations of military service. Please go to consumer affairs reviews on this company before you hire them, there reviews are horrible wish we saw their reviews first before we hired them, we lost around $25,000. Run from them

Lee and Tyler from Paul Davis Restorations came to my home today to clean and sanitize my spa. I thought it was ruined and permanently stained due to the collapse of my roof from a recent storm. Lee and Tyler restored it to its original color and shine, then they covered it with a tarp and secured it so it could be protected until the roof is replaced. I would highly recommend Paul Davis Restorations. They where quick and efficient responding to my collapsed roof from extracting water to shoring up the roof until it can be replaced.

Poor people skills didnt have a chance to see the service. I had to ask Todd Lethers to stop work in my house. After waiting for a week for him to come in to start dealing with mold under a sink. I had some concerns with how and what was going to be the next step. The answer started out with good answers about the subject matter. But if you dont possess people skill and are dealing with a family in a water damage crisis.1. Try to seem as if you give a darn when talking to people.2. Simple kind words as you take a minute out of your day to explain something to someone briefly about what you know is a great tool.3. Never at all cost never when discussing a Serious Matter with a homeowner and family man that is very concerned with and has been dealing with for two weeks. You should never say to that person you have other jobs to do.It was a that moment he knew he screwed up.Thats why I handed you your walking papers my friend.If you own that company or just work for it youre driving it in to the ground like that.Im a firm believer in change you can do it but youre going to have to want too.You sound like you know the trade but when dealing with people you have to watch the way you come off its damn near disrespectful.

Horrible experience with Paul Davis especially Jennifer at Paul Davis. Would not recommend to anyone. AAA referred me to them as a mold remediation company. Personnel, from owner to associates, needs to work on their people skills. They didnt finish the job, only the tear down, stopped when it was time to put it back together. Also flooded my bathroom due to a leaky pipe they were aware of but never emptied the bucket. Attempting to charge for more than they provided. Huge conflict of interest as the owners son is the owner of the company who tested for mold.

I called on May 21 to request a quote, I was referred by my homeowners insurance company. I was told by the receptionist that they were booked so far out that she couldn’t even schedule a visit at that time. She asked for my phone number and said that I would receive a call once the schedule opened up. I finally followed up via email on July 11. I received a prompt response followed by a phone call. I was advised that a charge of $150-$200 applies for them to come out and provide a proposal. If I contract the work with them the fee applies to the cost. The employee was very professional but I believe that this policy is ridiculous.

I was very pleased with Paul Davis Restorations and their professional work ethic and would definitely use them again if necessary. I only wish my repairs were large enough for them to do so as not to have to sub it out as Im quite sure PDR would do quality repairs.

We had a water pipe to our washing machine break and flood our whole first floor. We called Paul Davis and within an hour there was the first person there and shortly thereafter there were two more. The quickly removed the major standing water, squeegeed the floor, drilled holes in appropriate places to determine wall and cabinet damage and set up a bevy of fans to dry out the house. Their swift and effective action minimized damage.

This is a rip-off. Classic example of companies making money on the name of natural disasters. I am glad I didnt have to do any work from them. If they charge so much just to visit how much would they charge for other things. Oh by the way they charge 3% extra if you use credit card. Really?

I am very satisfied with the services of Paul Davis Restoration they have been great. Lee Cheneler is a very detailed orientated person and very informative they are a great team of people that have been there for me though out this ordeal.

We were referred to Paul David by State Farm Insurance in order to take care of some water damage repairs and other work to our condo that had been caused by the tenants above us. Since the first day, we have encountered several issues with this company and their employees, from lack of communication to being told one thing and then the next minute being told another, as well as issues with shoddy workmanship on things that shouldve been repaired properly (painting, drywall, etc). In addition, some of their contractors cause damage to her some of our drywall which was just painted over rather than being fixed. The project shouldve taken two weeks and instead is now going on almost a month and we are being told that they might be done by the end of this week, when this should be a priority and could all be completed in a day or two. We were told that had they done the estimate rather than State Farm, they would have included a new molding piece under our bar counter top, but however since they did not and State Farm did it they decided to install a broken piece of molding back under our counter. In addition, we are still going back-and-forth on little things that shouldve been taken care of already including cleaning up debris from their work. Please have an owner contact me ASAP.

What theyre really looking for is an office manager/accountant/ IT specialist/ Snoop for all the affairs happening in the office. Janice has even said it brought up her blood pressure yet she rules and continues to taint the owners minds. They rehire ex con s to enter customers homes. CHUCK from Paul Davis Restoration called my home saying they were sent to us thru our Insurance Co. with whom we have made a claim due to Hurricane Irma. I called my Insurance Company which told me they have not sent my claim to Paul Davis Restoration, but to another company. Could this be an example of people attempting to make fraudulent claim repairs? What could have happened if I allowed Chuck to come to the address they have as a claim address?
