We bought a used large sectional, which needed a lot of work due to numerous coffee stains. Now its looking like a brand new sectional and is smelling fresh. First time using Toucan Carpet cleaning and they went beyond my expectations, Alexis Jimenez took his time and did not rush like other companys. Stanley Steamer wanted to charge me almost $400.00 for two bedrooms a hall way, stairs and a living room and Toucan did for less than half. Great price lowest I have found I will keep using Toucan again and tell my family and friends. I wanted to put the pictures but didnt see where to add them.

After a quick search, and then phone call, to see if they could clean and bring back to life a white leather sectional I was recently given, I had an appointment within 24 hours of said call. The service agent was beyond punctual. Arriving at my home 10 minutes early. He was kind and courteous and explained to me the process. It took longer than I expected, but that’s fine because the service agent put elbow grease into making sure that myself and guests would enjoy sitting or sleeping on the sectional. The price was affordable ($190) and I even tipped.I’ll be using Toucan Cleaning Services going forward. I have a white porcelain tiled walk-in shower that I know is going to need their assistance with in the future. I usually don’t leave reviews, but it was in my spirit to leave my testimony for a job well done.

(Some places may charge up to $10-$12 / spot) Toucan told us that their technicians were professionally trained, and most of what WE THOUGHT were tough stains should come out WITHOUT the need to do additional spot removal work. If additional chemicals and spot removal work were needed, we were told it would cost ONLY $4 / SPOT. If I can give a zero score I would because that’s the service I received. I scheduled a cleaning service today and someone was supposed to come to my apartment between 9-11am. When no one showed up I called to do a follow up, I was told by a customer service rep that someone did come by at 9am and that they stayed outside for an hour. They mentioned they tried to call me and left me messages, yet I had no missed calls and no messages. They also mentioned they left a note on my door, there was no note on my door yet me being home the entire time.What a waste of time this was.

At first they told us they couldn’t clean which isn’t good if You have to move out in a couple hours and we got lucky they decided to actually provide us with the service even then we had to help him carry the machine up the stairs and after everything the guy clogged our bathtub! I own a small rental condo that the tenants absolutely destroyed. I thought Id have to replace the carpeting along with replacing everything else, but decided to try cleaning to see if it was salvageable. Xavier and Freddie came out and did an AMAZING job.I dont typically write reviews, but these guys deserve praise. The carpeting in the condo had not been even vaccumed in a year, AND they clearly had a pet that urinated on it. These guys took the time to do the best job they possibly could, and incredibly, they got most of the stains out! Its not like brand new, but no longer disgusting. You just cant go wrong hiring them, and the price was very reasonable!
