I have used many companies in the past for carpet cleaning. By far this is the best. I requested a quote online and received it same day. It was a detailed list of everything I asked for at a reasonable price. When my technician arrived, I showed him the areas and explained my concerns. He went right to work and did exactly what I needed. There was no up sale and the machines were super quite. I work from home and was concerned about meetings, but the noise was very minimal. If you are looking for a company to do carpet cleaning with pet odor removal and heavy traffic areas, this is it! I cant thank them enough for the work they did!

Our Veritas servicemen, Justin and Ray were the best! They worked wonders on the tile floors in the house we just purchased. My 13 yr old furniture had endured years of 4 adults, 3 children 10 yrs and under, 2 dogs and 3 cats, so my expectations were low when I contacted Veritas Cleaning Services. I simply was hoping my furniture would look brighter and smell better. I am totally amazed at my furniture now. Much cleaner and brighter, what I thought were permanent stains, are gone, and so fresh smelling - no animal odor. Justin took his time to spray all areas of sofa and loveseat, letting cleaner work to dissolve dirt and stains. He took a brush to remove all animal fur, and gave us tips on keeping furniture cleaned in the future. My furniture looks great - definitely doesnt look 13 yrs old. I received quote via email and Art answered all my questions, scheduled according to my request, and kept me updated. An absolute pleasure dealing with a company that gives such great service at fair price.

Ray and Luis cleaned my stairs, wool rug and 2 armchairs that were dirty from 5 years of use. All items came up surprisingly clean. The stairs look brand new and I have 2 young boys so that’s really saying something. Both men were complete gentleman, and very hardworking. They were prompt and completed the job successfully. I chose veritas because of their reviews and their pricing. Professional cleaning is not cheap in general, but they did have the best pricing that I found in the area.

I recently moved to the Moss Park area and was pondering whether or not to throw out my almost 3 yr old Linen sectional. It had once been light beige but looked light grey from all the stains. Although it was in great form it had a huge water/juice stain on the lounge seat, the seat cushions were pilling and had various food stains from my kids dirty hands and blue jeans stain on all the front side cushions. Basically, it was in horrendous condition. The day I closed on my house, I saw a Veritas Van at a street light and wrote down their info. Once I moved into the house, the couch looked in worse condition than it did in my apartment so I called Veritas cleaning sight or reviews unseen. They arrived to the apartment right on time, two masked gentlemen introduced themselves, inspected the couch and gave me realistic expectations of the couch cleaning and the possibility of the water stain not being fully removed. They set themselves up and it took them about an hour or so to deep clean the couch. Both men worked hard that hour and let me tell you, the results were astounding!!! Jean stain, pilling, grey dirty stains and even the water stain are all gone!! My couch looks brand new and I’m so happy I don’t need to replace it as it would have cost over $2500 to replace it. I completely recommend this business, they are professional, courteous, and their work is exceptional. Also, in today’s COVID world is important to have a company that respects your safety and comfort by wearing the necessary masks in your home.

One of those companies that really deserves a review! Wow. A+. So they arrived on time, even after a recent hurricane. They tried to put on those sock slipper things to not dirty our floor. They evaluated and asked where to park their van with pumps and tubes. They (leader and assistant) were very professional and I did not feel they were a risk or that I had to babysit them. They cleaned the rugs so well. It smelled great too. They did not complain about some of the junk in the corner of my kid rooms or cat hiding. They respected my doors and never left them open and cleaned up very nicely. They consulted with me about any issues or flooring concerns. They provided me after care advice about windows, humidity, avoid mold, etc. They worked very hard and earned their money. Very fair pricing. Safe online payment. Highly recommended. Unfortunately my carpets did not come out as I had hoped for or expected so I was disappointed. The owner however did offer to refund my money or to return and try an alternative chemical for cleaning. I will probably have them return and have another go at it.
