Jerry was very nice and friendly. He was professional and the job was excellent. He did a good job cleaning the stairs and pressure cleaning the patio and drive way. He even gave up additional $20 worth carpet coating without charging up extra. I would be re-hiring him in the near future to clean our living area and loft carpets.

It is not often that you can say anything positive about most service companies today but Jerry and his crew are the exception. They are very polite and they seem determined to do the job right. True professionals. I feel really good regarding the cleaning they preformed. I would gladly recommend them to others.

Awesome carpet cleaning for my hallway with disgusting black stains!! After a roommate moved out, my hallway seemed destroyed with black spots ; I thought my carpet would never be the same.Jerry came to my apartment at 10:00pm at night to come and evaluate my hallway AND he stayed to complete the WHOLE cleaning!!! Jerry let me change my carpet cleaning appointment just two days before. That was great for me. He was fast. It dried easily. One or two wet spots that took a few hours longer to dry. This is the second yearly cleaning he has done for me. I called him initially because I support small business. I will call him again.

Been using Stanley Steamer for many years. So glad I found finally this local, small biz. My neighbor referred me to the companys owner,Jerry. He was very nice and gave me a much lower quote than Im used to paying at SS. His team is extremely clean and professional. Everything they did was above and beyond my expectations. The entire house smells new again. Dont throw away your money on the bigger, corporate companies.

Use At Your Own Risk!Here is my story: I called this company to get my carpets at my house cleaned and ready for rental. I asked for 1st thing in the am appt. I was told by Jerry Kennedy, owner, that would be between 8:30am and 9:30am. When I let him know my moving situation and how pressed for time I was, he agreed to have the carpet cleaner there at 8:30am. I called the day before the appt, and reconfirmed, the cleaner would be there at 8:30am. Jerry told me that he would be and that he would call me before. The next morning, at 8:00am, there was still no phone call. So I called Jerry who assured me that he would be there. 8:35am, I called Jerry again and explained he was not there. Jerry called me back to say he was 5/10 minutes away. He showed up at 9:15am.Jerry had told me that I could pay by check or credit card with no further special instruction than that. When he was finished, Eric Kennedy, cousin, presented me with a Kennedy Carpet Cleaning Invoice and I started to make out my check. He immediately told me if I were paying by check, I would have to make it out to Jerry Kennedy. I explained to him, that Jerry had told me I could pay by check or credit card and did not tell me if it were check to make it out to other than the invoice name. I told Eric I would make the check out to the business name on the invoice presented to me. Eric proceeded to argue with me that if I didnt make the check out the way he told me I had to pay by credit card. This went on for what seemed like 15 minutes and I almost called the police. I should have.Eventually, he grabbed the check out of my hand; told me I had a miserable life and stormed out. My car, which is always in the garage, was parked in the driveway and he was parked beside me. I thought to myself, he wouldnt do anything to my car, would he, and I hesitated a minute to turn on my self clean oven.I was right after him, not even 5 minutes; went out to my car and my car was scratched(keyed) on the side he was parked next to. I called the police and the community security.They both came and took pictures of the fresh paint on the ground and above the scratch(which encompassed 1 entire door and part of another), wrote up a report and agreed to testify to the fresh paint if I needed them to.A neighbor also confirmed there had been no one else in my driveway in the 5 minutes after Eric Kennedy left and I made it to my car.

On a cleaning and personal level, these guys did a great job. I was comfortable with them in the house, they were very polite, and went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied.What went wrong? The accidental charge of 8,100 instead of 180. At first, I was going to let it slide, he was very apologetic and told me he issued a refund right away. The problem is, a week later and still no refund, I get a call from his paypal account asking me if the charge was correct. When I explained the mistake and that I was waiting on a refund, she told me no refund has been initiated.This could have and should have been resolved right away, but it seems it took a backdoor and wasnt taken serious because I had to dispute the charge to get it fixed.You will get great service if you use Kenedys carpet, but you better make sure you see what is being charged before they leave.

Amazing quality and service! Friendly staff! They truly proved me wrong that my carpet could be cleaned! The place was a mess when my roommate moved out! Thanks Jerry!
