The before and after pictures of the grout says it all. He was timely I spoke to him in the morning and he completed the job by the afternoon SAME DAY no long drying times the floor was dry befor he left as promised!!! He is well priced, honest and reliable. Im thankful we found him!

First review ever. I was interested in getting pressure washing, carpet cleaning, and tile/grout cleaning for a home I recently purchase. I clearly stated in the text that I would like an estimate for these services and explain the specifics.The day of, I receive a text from him stating that he is on his way to perform the cleaning. Not what we discussed, however, ok. After I show him everything that I am looking to get done - which he provided me reasonable quotes for the carpet cleaning and pressure washing (not great, not horrible), he tries to tell me that a portion of my kitchen is a utility room and that would count as one of the three rooms included in the groupon, and that I would have to pay extra for the additional work.In addition to being a completely arbitrary determination, at no time does he measure any part of what we are discussing. I purchased two groupons each for 300 sq ft in 3 rooms and he consistently said that they would have to be done at separate times as per the fine print of the groupon - ok fair enough, but then after being at my house for all of 5 minutes, taking no measurements to determine the size of the spaces in issue, he tells me that if I dont like the price that I should request a refund and leaves. My guess, and its just that a complete guess, is that he thought the tile in the living room would be a lot of work as it has an odd shape.I dont know if he was having a rough day, that happens, but he clearly didnt want this sale....I said ok to his estimates for the rug and pressure washing but he didnt take a few minutes to measure the tile area and see if we could come to an agreement - instead he abruptly leaves as if I was wasting his time. (again, after already committing to two groupons and the oking additions of the carpet and pressure washing).I have a small business, I work with small business, and I dont enjoy negatively effected anyone elses small business, but I wish I had this information prior to my purchase. I wish you better luck.

We had a great experience using All Florida Carpet Cleaners, LLC. Bill was efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. He was prompt, courteous & has very reasonable rates. He got the 10+ year old dirt/stains out of our sectional sofa with ease. He also cleaned our recliner and indoor area rug. They all looked like new! Our place smells wonderful too! Ill definitely be recommending his services to others and will use him again in the future...definitely a 5-star rating!

I recently had All Florida Carpet Cleaners clean the apartment I was moving out of and they did an Excellent job. My dog had a problem with urinating in my closet and the smell was horrible. I was worried that I would not get back my security deposit because of the bad odor but the carpet technician said he would get rid of the smell and he did. The carpets looked and smelled great when I moved out and I got back all of my security deposit money. And they charged me less than what I was expecting to pay. Guy showed up 30 minutes late. He heard the dogs barking and started walking away. Now clearly the dogs would have been locked up or I could have taken them for a walk but the guy just continued to walk away claiming that I have attack dogs that would get out. Very unprofessional, avoid at all cost.
