My technician, Eric, was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He provided a detailed explanation of the various types of carpet that I had and how he would perform the cleaning service. I requested additional cleaning and he have me a fair price. I will use them in the future for carpet cleaning and the other services that they provide.

They answer their phone promptly and it is not a computer.After setting up the appointment, the email I received from them is the most detailed email I have ever received from any company, describing every facet of their procedures, just what to expect, and what I should do prior to their arrival. Frankly, I was blown away by it. Their attention to detail is off the charts.Eric came and did a very good job cleaning my outdoor carpet and patio chair. Ron also cleaned another room with carpet, steam cleaned tile grout and gave us an estimate for cleaning our engineered wood. Not only was he swift, careful and protected our furniture by adding bumper guards but also agreed to wear his mask while cleaning. He worked around us which is also appreciated.We couldn’t stop working. He got that.The chemicals were a light fragrance long after he left too.Finally I applaud the team spirit of Dan Dan The Carpet Man. First of all the service was great and the business is very professional! Ive used them in the past and have been pleased as well. Eric who cleaned the carpets and upholstery was knowledgeable on the fabrics being cleaned and recommended what was best to get the best results.My red upholstery chairs are high end fabrics (S) and were dirty from the dog rubbing up against the sides and the arms were dirty from our arms laying on them everyday. Today my chairs look amazing and are clean and honestly look almost brand new. This is not a fly by night business.They have been around for a very long time and I highly recommend this business.

They did a great job deep cleaning our kitchen tile. They were able to get out 40 years of grout stains and grime in just a few hours and we are so impressed with how clean the floors look and feel. Jimmy and Robert arrived on time, were friendly, professional, and efficient. They placed protectors on all corners and were careful working around furniture. We had the best experience with Dan Dan the Carpet Man from the online request for quote all the way through the job being done. Everyone we dealt with was professional and courteous and our carpet looks and smells amazing! It is in a room that we use for conference training events in our office so there were coffee stains and even some water damage. Eric cleaned everything. It looks like new carpet. He even left a couple fans with us to help dry the wet place where we had water damage. Gerry came back to check and pick them up. I highly recommend this company. We were using the room as a nursery though so we figured no reason to clean the carpets for a toddler and we proceeded to let them get even more disgusting. To really add to the aesthetic, the cat thought jumping in the blue paint and leaving little paw prints around the floor and down the stairs would really add to the forest theme we made for the room.Well 5 years later and our son has moved to a new room so weve decided to redo the loft into an office. That meant it was finally time to get the carpets clean! Well not only are the carpets not gross, but you can barely tell the cat had herself a disco party all those years ago!So yeah, A+ job. 10/10 will hire again.

I have used other steam cleaning companies in the past, and have been very disappointed. Eric was my cleaning tech and he was on time, communicative, informational & did an amazing job. I was especially grateful, because I really needed a same-day service, and the office called Eric at home and asked if he would be willing to come in early to do my house before his scheduled route. Everything about dealing with this company was great. From scheduling the appointment to completing the work. He cleaned my couch (and removed all of the visible stains), my stairs, and every room upstairs spending extra time on the pet stains (that we located using a blue light). There were more pet stains than I originally thought! All of the pet stains have visually disappeared (even though we understand they may still be in the padding) so they did the absolute best that could be expected. I had 2 couches cleaned. They had been cleaned in the past and I was not impressed. When Eric, the technician arrived, he told me not to worry. He really cleaned and brightened both pieces of furniture. They looked so good, I decided to have the protectant applied. Well worth the money. I don’t have to replace the 2 couches.

From the moment I called and spoke with Dan, I had a feeling this wasnt going to be your typical cleaning. The technician, Eric, was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. The job he did went above a normal cleaning as he found a way to get out stains that no one else had been able to remove. In fact, I felt so comfortable after his initial walk through that I added on 2 area rugs. This morning, my husband looked at them and said he never knew the colors in the area rug were so bright - Eric removed all the dull. Jimmy does a great job! He arrives on time, is timely, professional and attends to the details. My carpets always look better (he has cleaned them three times now) and has delayed me getting new carpet. He even has corner protectors to protect your baseboards from rubbing against the tubes and cords. Well worth it!!

Eric Grant was my technician for tile Excellent customer service but more importantly, the work performed was incredible. It truly is like new tile. Not just the tile but the grout as well. I had some rather tough spots, but they were able to take care of it with no issue. This is the second time I have used Dan Dan the carpet man.

Eric and his coworker were able to come out right away to clean my couches. They took their time and would let me know what they were doing every step of the way. My sofas were pretty filthy and they were able to make them look almost new and smell great!
