I took my car in to wash today. At some point in the wash the machine chipped my left rear wheel. I left my business card with an attendant and the manager called me back promptly. Asked if I could return so he see the wheel and we could review the video. Went back, did that and he stated he just didn’t see anywhere that could’ve done any damage to my wheel. So that’s that. Didn’t offer any type of concession nothing. Just my word against his and too bad.

Good car wash for my car, but not for my truck, it left scratches all over the passenger side (bed). Vacuums are good.

As soon as you enter, the staff attends you very nice, when it was my turn they had a super offer of $ 10.00 for the most expensive service they offer, which in fact is $ 20.00, not bad. All the equipment inside the car wash is very modern and satisfactory, the blower is super. They have the vacuums available to customers. Very good!

First off I’ll preface that I’m anti-car wash and have been hand washing my cars since I could drive (~20yrs). But let me tell you, this place is S-Tier car wash and I was thoroughly impressed. I have a 2020 Infiniti Q60 3.0 Twin Turbo and she came out showroom quality (Premium wash). I drove past 10 car washes to get to this one. Well worth. Staff is also very friendly and all wearing masks. My new car wash.

The Monthly Premium is a great option if you love to keep your car clean. Very convenient. Especially for me, who lives and works on W.Colonial. Multiple powerful vacuums. Very rare to have a long wait time.

I came today during their opening promotion for a free wash during their first 10 days and I was really satisfied with the wash. The workers were friendly.The vacuums also seemed to have better suction than others Ive used and there is a machine where you can wash your mats as well. Overall it was a good experience!

Cleaned my car good girl was very nice I bought a monthly so I can go back as many times has I want.

I can tell they are more focused on making money than customer service! Not only is my car being half washed but the employees failed to show concern about any of their wrongdoings. In only a few months of opening, their facility is already falling apart. The vacuums heads are falling apart not allowing my car to be cleaned correctly.Don’t let the advertisements and the flashing lights fool you. I had to immediately cancel my subscription. Who knows what I would have to go through if my car was damaged by them.Save yourself the time and money and consider other options!

Nice car wash, the only down fall is tunnel maintenance. Top brush wasnt working and the last two side brushes were not applying much against vehicle. All and all the car wash is very nice and the free vaccum area is very good and clean! Good job guys!

Clean your car fast,very well,tire shinning, at an affordable price,plus you have the free vacuum to add up to it. I have been with them for 3 months. Beware,if your mirrors dont fall in,it might break them. The only reason,I might cancel my membership is because It breaks my mirrors twice,since they cant retract in. Other than that,I am satisfy with everything.

I’ve used the service for about 5-6 months. if you already paid $20 for the month if you’d like to cancel they instantly debit you and extra $40 on top of the initial fee for seemingly no reason. i pay 3x the subscription price ($60) to have my access to the wash canceled immediately and don’t receive any of the benefits just to stop them from ripping my money every month. the very reason i unsubbed was i felt i didn’t use the service enough to warrant the price. now i’m charged 3x that sub fee without warning??? what a shady and unnecessary practice. very anti consumer. i’m gonna call my bank and dispute the charge. be wary of giving them your card information, they will charge you every chance they get and lock you into deceptive plans loaded with hidden fees. be extremely cautious giving them your card information. exiting a plan is not straight forward process and you will be constantly charged hidden fees.edit: in response to the reply. that is a lie, i was charged $60 immediately after canceling service. gain better control of your billing and be more transparent about how you charge people’s cards!!!!!

At the opening time it was all great and shiny. Don’t go there in rush hours because they’ll rush your car a d leave it half washed, the people with the monthly payment think they have a Disney pass to avoid lines and act really rude with no one on sight to stop them. Very dissapointed with the service provided. By the way the guy at the entrance what is the reason for watering the car with the hose?? Didn’t get it?

Its a great wash! My car shines like new! I bought premium unlimited and am very happy! I wish the air at the end of the Wash process wasnt so strong, my wipers almost came off.

Ive been to a few car washes here in Orlando and this is by far the best one I have been to. The vacuums work amazing. The wash always leaves my jeep looking fresh. I get the tire shine with us always great. Only problem i have is a small blue piece of one of the washing rolls got stuck in the bumper of my jeep. I had to pull it out but other then that Id give Johnny Clean Car Wash a 10 out of 10!!! Great work and great staff.

Best car wash in ORLANDO. Ive been a few times and have tried all wash options and none disappoint (even the basic!). My car always looks clean and the vacuums are strong and work well. Friendly staff too. Definitely recommend 👌🏽

After 3 weeks I change my review from 4 to 5 stars. The operation is efficient and reliable, my car comes out clean every time. The pair of vacuums at the interior cleaning spaces is perfect and all equipment is always working. The location is convenient for me and I an in and out in 15 mims, 20 if I vacuum. Im very happy with the service, it is worth the cost.

There are two chips in the windshield of my new car that werent there before I went through the automatic car wash. My boyfriend went through right before me and also has a chip in the windshield of HIS new car. I doubt this is coincidence. We wont be returning.

When they first opened I joined immediately I wash my car at least 4 times a week the price of the membership pays for itself. I only had one problem which was a very hot day the car wash was so busy by the time my car went through I didnt get any soap.(edit) I should have written that the no soap thing didnt bother me to the point of not returning. I am a loyal coustomer and will always come back. But thanks for the lottery tip, Ill will just use the money to pay my bill with you every month. I really do like toi go right by those who have not joined yet.

In and out what more could you want! Its a brand new wash so you get the extreme clean experience unlike the other guys who dont update their scrubbers and brushes. Service was good and the young lady explained the packages well. It doesnt matter about the line this is a quick pull through service and you only need to hop out if you are vacuuming. This is a multi lane experience be prepared.

I’d give this place zero stars if I could!! Johnny clean car wash is the worst in Orlando. Don’t waste your time or money . Two days after driving my brand new Mercedes AMG 63 off the show room floor I take it to this place where I’ve had a membership since they opened without incident until this happened. I sent my new car through the machine and it breaks my rear windshield wiper. After notifying the manager fransua perez who unfortunately was the highest of power working at the business on that day, he came out to try and fix the wiper himself, and ultimately doing MORE DAMAGE than helping. I had to stop him before he completely tore the wiper off. Afterwards he argued with me that the car should still be under warranty and that my dealership should fix it for free, he also told me that If it was too expensive he WOULD NOT pay for the repairs. In total it will cost me $400 to fix the damage, Fransua barely offered to compensate me for half of the total cost to repair the damage caused by THEIR machine. I was also told that I would be refunded for the month that I had already paid for my subscription, and my money was never sent back to my account. This all happened a week ago and I’m still struggling to receive any kind of compensation. If you’re looking for a place with horrible customer service where it’s obvious that all they want is your money and don’t care about the customer then this is the place for you. If you want to be treated like a proper customer I suggest you find other options.

Wash was fine but pricey for a one time wash. Vacuum suction was just ok but was good enough and they were hoses on both sides of the vehicle which really was helpful.

Coming to the car wash I initially went with my free car wash coupon. It wasn’t until I got there realizing my coupon was expired (bummer 🙁) however Jake assured me not to worry and reminded me that I could sign up online and receive a free car wash as well. He then explained the difference in car washing for for trips to Johnny Clean (which I will be back 😊) got to the car wash entrance where Deron carefully guided me onto the belt, made sure I was paying attention to the instructions he was giving with a friendly smile ( although he had a mask on, I assume he was smiling) and my car came out sparkling! Clean facility, great staff, Vacuums and mat washing machine was a plus too! Thank you all at Johnny Clean for making this one of the best car wash experiences ever!

This place is awesome recently opened great staff, theyll have you in and out in a jiffy. The equipment is brand new so it does an excellent job cleaning and shinning definitely the best in the area

The car wash scratched my drivers side rims. When paying for the wash I asked the employee that was assisting me if the car wash was touchless and he said yes, which was not the case. I definitely will never use their services again and if you value your car you shouldnt either.

Just opened but already their vacuums have very low suction in some of the stalls and they are not marked I had to change stalls and use one in the spot next to mine to actually pick anything up. Yall need to be checking for suction. No, I do not pay for a membership to be in charge of telling you stuff doesnt work.

Love this place clean profession staff. Perfect location on the intersection of colonial and hiawassee. I have the monthly membership, I just drive through and keep it moving or can stop and vacuum inside the car for free.

To be honest the place is great,The attendant just needs to get the passenger side windshield and the bumpers a little better with the spray before the vehicle goes in so I dont have to go through 3 times 😁.(Pickup trucks)

It has a full service car wash including wax shine. Tire shine, and vaccum. It does get crowded towards the evening when everyone is getting out of work around 5pm and you may need to wait for vaccum but as long as you try to go at a slower time frame for them you are set! The staff is super friendly and focus on ensuring you align your car correctly to the wash rail.

I suggest a prewash section where customers can target trouble areas on their car, towels, and glass cleaner. Other than that mat cleaner, the suction on the vacuum is strong and the car wash are great.

I never leave reviews but this place deserves one. My car looks great, the staff was friendly. Also the tire shine seems to be a lot better and last longer than other car washes prior.

State of the Art equipment, has my car looking like new. Plus there is no waiting in long lines to go thru the car wash.

It does okay, I got the $20 wash and I wasnt impressed enough to buy the membership. My car was still dirty in certain spots and it damage the crown paper on the grill. It was quick, but it wasnt efficient. Maybe somebody else has a superior story.

The staff is very polite. The was is great. Since brand new I felt comfortable going through. The tire shine is my only problem which I fix by wiping the excess of before leaving.

My trip to Johnny Clean Car Wash was amazing! Christian helped me out at the service station I had a coupon but my coupon for some reason wasnt working and he helped me fix it. I really appreciated his help and that moment added so much more value to Johnny Clean Car Wash. Theyre not just the car wash all about washing cars but theyre also about serving their customers. 😊

I like everything about this brand new facility except the past 2 times Ive visited the wash has put WAY too much tire shine on my wheels. So much it turned my wheels black. But when brought up to a manager he went out of his way to ensure my wheels were cleaned properly

This place is amazing very high tech and the suction on the vacuums alone are worth notating although proceed with a bit of caution if youre not used to that level of suction it might be a little overwhelming when it grabs your necklace and refuse to let go. A membership here is 19.99 a month unlimited car washes and a special membership lane included so you dont have to wait in line with the rest of us patsies. Only complaint is the tight spaces to vacuum your car and remember theres only one way out and you gotta follow this snake like path dont be like me and pay attention to the arrows--All in all well donek

Very nice car wash. I had a membership at another car wash. When Johnnys opened i received a free wash and loved it so much I canceled my other membership and signed up with Johnnys. When you go through the car wash theres bumpers to guide you so your car is on the conveyer correctly. You can smell the soap as its washing your car. ( it smells great) i like that the vacuums have a strong suction and theres a vaccumHose on each side of your car. No having to back my big truck in to do the back after im done with the front.. I also like the rug mat cleaner you can put your car mats thru to be washed. The only thing that would make this place better is some heavy duty fans and a few more vacuums it gets hot while cleaning the car although the vacuum area is covered and shaded inloke some others...so I will still give them a 5 star 🌟.

As you first pull in there is a big sign that says “WE ARE RESPONSIBLE”. After using this car wash twice the extremely high winds(150mph similar to a Category 5 hurricane) of the blower loosened my bumper and the third go around caused it to come off and broke my signal light. Management did clamp my bumper back on which I was ok with however they did nothing to fix my signal light which was in perfect factory condition when I went in the car wash.
