I had gotten into my car and realized it was infested with baby spiders crawling everywhere, all over the seats and in the console and cracks! I imagine some eggs must have been laid and hatched. I found this business doing a search and called up explaining the situation. Thomas was incredibly helpful and fit me in on a Sunday. He came to my house and bug bombed my car, then did a full cleaning inside and out + detailing. As far as I can tell, no more spiders and my car looks almost brand new. Paid $160 after being quoted $139. But it was well worth it. It was very hot outside but our attendant was very thorough and very detailed. My wife is very picky and he understood. We called on a Sunday and they were able to come in the same day. Very happy with the service. Well worth it. I would recommend this company. It car smells like it was new again. Very happy.

Definitely the best car detailing company I have ever dealt with. I shopped around for detailers who could work around my busy schedule and these guys were not only very flexible, but also super helpful. I’m not very knowledgeable about car detailing and what my car exactly needed, but Luis was such a big help. He broke down the pricing and services they offer as well as explaining exactly what services my car could benefit from. He was in and out in about an hour, and my car looks almost good as new, I was shocked! I haven’t had my car detailed since I bought it about three years ago (shame on me, I know) but Luis was able to get most of the set-in stains out and even managed to completely remove a sticky bacon grease stain from my backseat from a slow cooker mishap. (😳) I couldn’t have asked for a better detailing service, I’ll definitely be using them again. I’m sure I’m just a few more shampoos they’ll be able to make my car’s interior look brand new. I can’t recommend these guys enough! They’re knowledgeable, friendly, VERY affordable, and extremely good at what they do. I wish I took before and after pictures! I’ll do that next time, for sure!

I called and they were able to service me the same day! Came within an hour. Very convenient to do mobile service as I usually hate having to drop off my car somewhere to get detailed and find a way to and back. He worked through the rain as best as he could I felt bad! He did a good job cleaning my seats and floors as they were way overdue for a detail. Price is fair for the job that was done - would recommend!

I had the best experience with Ricky this morning!I saw him working last week on a similar car to mine in the neighborhood, and asked for a business card. Immediately went onto their website and very shortly after Thomas called and we made a appointment/plan to have my car detailed followed with a bi-weekly clean. I needed a detailing bad in my car after moving twice within a year. By the end of getting my interior done my car looked brand new inside! Very polite, very good with communication, and very fast and efficient. Might be slightly more expensive then some others, but barely and it’s worth it in the end! I mean they will show up wherever you need them, home, work etc. or you can drop your car off with them. Will definitely use again.

I just had my Jeep Wrangler detailed by Frank. He explained everything he could do and I gave him the green light and it turned out GREAT. Even better than I anticipated. My Jeep looks better today than when I got it last year. The interior was vacuumed and completely cleaned out, and he clay barred, washed, and waxed the exterior. Shined and polished the rims and tires. Very satisfied with the job Frank did! I’ll definitely be back!

I had a wonderful experience with detail pros Orlando and my detail professional, Ricky. I was able to get an appointment quickly and Ricky arrived on time as scheduled. I was met with professionalism and transparency from the start. I had my mini van detailed which was no easy task as we have a large family that does an excellent job of getting snack crumbs, play-dough, and who knows what else in all crevices of the van. Ricky was receptive to understanding my wants/ priorities with the detailing and was great at communicating realistic expectations for more stubborn stains. Ricky worked thoroughly and continuously the entire time. I was beyond rejoiced with the final condition of our van. He did an AMAZING job!!!!!! I normally don’t write reviews but this business definitely deserves it. They were a little backed up with scheduling because of the rain but they were still prompt, professional, and left my car very clean. I had a stain on my front seat and even with that they were still priced fairly. And they come to you. You can’t beat that. Would definitely hire them again!

I am not really satisfied with the service today, they offer you many things like clay bar but in reality they do not take care of the details such as the windshield, I don’t recommend.... I am honestly very dissatisfied, do not schedule a job knowing that the quality of the service you provide will not be 100%

The Owner told me that my price l would be up to $150. When Frank got to me, I was under the impression that the most I would pay is $150, but was informed that $150 would be the minimum? So why would the owner tell me something different? You are doing your employee and customers wrong. Do better or dont give inaccurate estimates.

So I decided to elaborate on why its only 4 stars and not the 5 stars their work deserves.There is a slight communication issue. Slow to respond to texts. One of us was having call issues so switched to texting, but then it would take 10, sometimes 20+ minutes for a response, or he wouldnt respond at all. He was supposed to be getting back to me on Friday to schedule a time for the next day, and I had to text a couple times Saturday morning to get an actual time frame.Even with that, Id say be patient with the communication aspect, their work is worth it. They do amazing work and the actual work deserves 5 stars for sure!!

I would give them zero stars but that’s not an option. Showed up an hour and fifteen minutes late and didn’t stick to the price advertised. Tried to charge $150 for both cars for JUST a interior clean. It was even suggested for just the back seats to be done, and he stated it would still be $150. They offer a signature detail for that price online... all we wanted was interior.

If we were able to have had our car serviced then maybe this would be a totally different review. My appointment was for 8am, first car on the list according to owner (or representative) during our conversation over the phone. Day of appointment and half past 8, never showed up, not even a call. I gave them a ring and they said they were tied up with another job and said that I was next. Mind you, our agreement was for them to get the job done by 12pm before I had to get my lease inspected for return. Exactly why I went with this company because they were the only one that was flexible enough to accommodate.10am went by and then 11. By then I was going to call them and just cancel. Received a rushed text asking for my address (which they already took during initial phone call btw) and I told them never mind because there was no way they were able to do the job (at least as thoroughly as they normally would) before 12. 11:50am, they arrived at my house saying they didnt get my message when I cancelled. I apologized and said my inspector is literally parking across the street (actually what happened), and at first he started to get defensive saying he tried calling me and theyre already here.. blah blah blah. I wasnt having it and so eventually he apologized and left. Wish I had a different experience seeing the many positive reviews on here, but I doubt that I will be using their services after the lack of professionalism that they showed.

I had my RV washed and waxed and the technicians did a wonderful job. 2 of my neighbors also got their RVs done also. Great job, in time, good value.

I was planning to upgrade my personal truck and wanted to get mine detailed before selling it. Had a job booked with a different company, but they cancelled on me the day off. I found Detail Pros and Thomas and he fit me into his busy schedule that day. He gave it a full detail, wash, and wax and had it looking brand new. I have a large pit bull that had left hair in the truck over time, and when he was done with it, you wouldn’t have known he had ever been inside. The buyer of the truck was amazed with the condition it was in. Would definite recommend Thomas and will be a repeat customer in the future with my new vehicle.

I was leaving my community a few months ago and I was following a truck that had Detail Pros Orlando on it and they were throwing trash out of their window onto our beautiful country road. I called the number written on the truck to inform them that one of there trucks was dumping its trash onto or streets. I saw them in 2 different areas throwing out garbage. I also talked to neighbors of mine and they also said they have seen them throwing trash out of their windows. DON NOT USE THIS COMPANY they have trash working for them. They are a mobile detailing company. Hire someone that cares about our environment.

They came to my apartment complex to clean my car. They did an excellent job, cleaning every nook and cranny inside and outside, the rims looked as good as when I purchased the car. They even vacuumed out every bit of dog hair. I highly recommend them.

Phenomenal service from Thomas and his crew. I was preparing my car to ship overseas with the military and the standards were white glove cleanliness. Being from out of town with only one chance to get it right I had my worries. I called Thomas and he met me on location at my hotel, spent five hours bringing my explorer up to par and my car was so clean it could glow in the dark. His 14 years of experience really came to fruition and the next day when I turned my vehicle in at the Vehicle Processing Center they said they had never seen a car come through so clean. Thomas is a crook. I was charged extra for a deep clean and the carpets weren’t cleaned, numerous areas under the seats were left dirty, and dust was still on the dash. It was clear that this wasn’t a professional job. I will never use this company again.

Un freaking believable! I had screwed my car up to the point that I was humiliated, embarrassed and just sick over what I had done, so foolishly, to clean the love bugs off.
