Absolutely horrific service, this is probably the worst car wash place I have ever been to before. The manager was actually no help very rude disrespectful. Vacuums do not work paid $30 added every add-on available my wheels were dirty my car with dirty my windows were dirty. I could’ve done a better Job washing my car in the puddle the only reason I washed it was because I was in The area for my dad‘s doctors appointment I needed to kill some time! I have been a loyal customer of Joe’s ever since I moved to this area 6 years ago. I had a monthly membership some time ago and the fee structure depends on the level of service you want. After the membership expired I decided to just do the $10 wash. Be on the lookout for specials. At times Joe’s will slash their prices so I can not only keep my car clean I can also have a few dollars left to go get a cup of coffee nearby.

Joes car wash is always efficient. Their suds level is far superior to other automated car washes. My son absolutely loves vacuuming the car which is always free with the wash.

I am saddened as to how this location has gone downhill. Some vacuums have less power at this point and whoever thought of speeding up the wash belt is doing us a disservice. I had to dry the entire back door of my SUV because there is little time under the blow dryer. And then I find they do not provide towels any more or someone forgot to put them out today (it is noon). Hopefully management/ownership start making better choices to provide a better service to the customer rather than increase profit by speeding things up and getting more cars through!

I’ve been a member for about 3 years and we’ve always had a great experience here! Cat is washed nicely the manager always greets me with a smile and never hesitates to offer me assistance even when they’re busy. Love it here! 10/5!!! :) Thank you so much!

$6 is the cheapest for fast wash - nothing crazy but gets the job done. I come here mostly for free vacuums afterwards. Quick wash & vacuum for the price is a fair deal. Came in a 10:30 on a Monday and no waiting.

Literally I took my car for the first time to this place and after the whole car wash their machine did scratch my car on both sides. Now the manager say that it was not on his car wash.. I’m sorry for this people but I know my car and I know this happened right at the car wash.. after waiting for 2 weeks to hear back from them they just offered 3 free car wash… knowing that it did scratch my car they just wanted me to take it back to them… I just want my car to be fixed…

This is the absolute worst car wash Ive ever been to. I have use this car wash multiple times in hopes that it would get better. Every single time Ive been is always been something wrong with part of the equipment inside the wash. One of the brushes doesnt work or make full contact with your car, some of the water jets arent working, its always something. My car is never fully clean when Im done.

I was really excited to try this place out because a neighbor of mine uses them religiously. I was even more excited when I saw that they have a because it is exactly what I’ve been looking for. All in all the wash really wasn’t bad and seems like it could be a great value but I heard the point where one of the machines made contact with one of my wheels and knowing exactly what it happened where I pointed it out as soon as I got out of the vehicle and the immediate response from the manager was that I didn’t happen here and really didn’t even seem to care to explore the situation rather than just telling me to go get a polish at Walmart.Being a car guy who takes care of his vehicles, it’s pretty much a dealbreaker when a valid concern is disregarded immediately with such blatant evidence of what it happened.

I joined 2 years ago when I upgraded my vehicle. For $20 month I get unlimited car washed and use of vacuums! Sure beats having to pump in quarters to vacuum (like other places)! Easy Peasy! Nice to have a clean car ALL THE TIME!

I probably shouldnt have gone on a Sunday, because it was busy! But the employees did their best and were working hard. The wait wasnt long for the wash and went smoothly.I really appreciate their vacuums, as my car had been sitting for a year-and-a-half and was in dire need of some deep-cleaning. I was worried I wouldnt find any available vacuum space, but there were enough.I was also worried about the vacuum suction from reading other reviews, but mine did its job thoroughly. I also appreciated seeing an employee going around and checking the vacuums for suction issues, too.Next time Ill be sure to use their carpet mat cleaner because I didnt know about it until today.Im very happy with this place and may even get a membership to better stay on top of my car care.

This place was quick and affordable! The car wash preppers were thorough and super nice! One even drew a smiley face on my window!! The vacuums afterward were free and had great suction to clean my car. Great place!

I’m a mom who has a three year old boy who loves car and learned he loves the car wash too, so now I’m a regular here as it’s super close to home and the customer service is so great. As I mentioned my son, they are always offering him lollipops and drawing smiley faces on the window with soap before we go in and my son loves it all. Truly appreciate the little things people do in this world 🙏🏼

I had not washed my car in over a year and I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the wash. The vaccumm removed every dirt, crumb, cookie, and dried leaf from all 3 rows of seats. The vaccumms are located on both sides so if you bring a helper you can clean the vehicle in half the time. I wish it could have gotten the hair out the cargo bed, but that is a miracle left best to the magical fairies. The front has some stuck on bugs and a little grime, but what do you expect after not washing it for more than a year. Have already referred and will be back. Hopefully, it wont be a year.

My pup and I couldnt be more elated with the crew and management at Express Joes Car Wash in Sodo. For over the past year, everyone working has been kind and friendly, they have treats for pets, I may have even seen lollipops, and they respond quickly when a problem arises. The vacuums are self- service and arent always flowing properly, but thats not the staffs fault, and they do go around and clean regularly.They are a hardworking crew and thats why I love getting my car washed at Joes.

Paid 30$ for a car wash and my car looks worse than before it went in, the vacuums don’t work when I told the manager they weren’t working he said “well if there’s to many people here the vacuums don’t work.” I paid for the ceramic coating for what because there stuff still all over my car. It’s ridiculous. I paid for a car wash and I have to redo wash it my self! What was the point?

They move very quickly despite the volume of cars that go here. Wish the spots for vacuuming were a bit bigger. It can be very tight with cars on both sides of you. However, very clean carwash and well maintained. Staff is friendly.

I love this car wash! They are so efficient and my truck is always sparkling after. Some of the vaccums lack strength but thats to be expected when multiple people are using it.

I’m putting 5 stars because I do not want to negatively affect the score of this business, but if the owner is reading this I insist that the manager is either retrained or has his position reconsidered. My issue was a relatively minor incident where which a simple positive attitude and apologetic approach would have settled the score for me. But the manager made it his business to tell me off the bat that nothing is their fault, call my car “outdated” touch my vehicle without any warning or my consent, not actually fix the issue, in fact make it worse (my license plate got crumpled up by one of the machines, he just sorta unfurled it as quick as possible and left it full of creases, then expected me to go on my jolly way), deny basic facts like when we “reviewed the tapes” which he kept insisting we do and all whilst being standoffish and confrontational the whole time. This guy after seeing my plate was normal upon entering the car wash when we reviewed the tapes claimed it was “already bent” and said that there’s nothing he can do for me. One of his colleagues had to tell him “just refund the guy” in an attempt to just make the situation go away.This was all over a 6 dollar car wash by the way.I drive in, pay my fee, get my property damaged, bring it up to a manager and instead of him trying to make the situation better his solution is to try and act like nothing happened, insult my vehicle, and then stand there and argue with me that the reality is not the reality and that he’s been doing this for “9 years” and knows about “people like me”. This person was probably having a bad day, which we all have and is natural, but bad day or not, a customer is not there for you to take your day out on. Or this person just simply has no customer service skills.Now I have to pay $60 for a new plate and don’t even get an “I’m sorry we’ll check the machine to make sure this doesn’t reoccur”. Instead it is rubbed in with personal attacks and a “not my problem” attitude.I’ve spent hundreds of dollars at this car wash, but I will not be returning.Unbelievable.

Like the service, the guys really hand wash the front and back of the car before going in, not like others that just pass a silly brush. Love the fact that the vacuums are on the mid suction setting, that allows me to actually pass the nozzle over and pick up the dirt, almost every other are so strong that gets stock in the upholstery and dont pick up anything 👍🏼!!! And the carpet mat machine is a breeze to use!!

The service I got today was completely off. I waited in my car, as sign says. I waited for 20 mins then start seeing no one else was in their cars so I got out. I was rudely greeted by a lady and told I have to stay in my car until she comes to me. Normally that’s not the case here. You get out and give the keys to the associate. I waited another 15 mins until she came to my car and took the keys from me, as she was eating her pizza and holding a clipboard and glass cleaner in the other hand. Smh. I have been here many times but maybe this was a one off. I usually do have to tell them to clean the wheel and windows because it seems they forget...

I am only free on Sundays so there are always a lot of people when I swing by but other than that Ive no complaints. Service is great!

Absolutely horrible car wash. Will never use again. The entire right side of my car is streaked and looks like the dirt was just smeared along the entire side of my car. I attempted to correct issue while there without any assistance. Called phone number listed and was sent to a full mail voicemail box. Never again!

I got o Joes for my car washes and this last time had the opportuniry to be helped by Johnny. Not only did he bring humor to the experience (smiley face on the window when going through), but he helped me with tire shine because the machine missed the tires. Johnny brings value to Joes car wash!Note to managemnet...the vacuums have very little suction, need new vacuum cleaners or repair the ones there. The vacuums are an inportant part of the experience too.

Joes Car wash is top notch. I have had a monthly membership for almost 2 years now and just have to say this place is awesome. For one low monthly price you can wash your car as many times as you like. Owning a black truck and driving a lot for business this is such a great deal. The car wash is always in great working condition and the staff is super friendly. After going thru the wash tunnel there is a huge row of free vacuum cleaners, they typically are always working great. Occasionally there will be low suction, but its typically always back to 100% by my next trip. Keep up the great work guys!

Over all pretty good, been coming here since the opening. Only thing the very last step, buffing however never seems to work. The side buffers always seems to work but the overhead one hasnt work for months.

The lights a s stuff were fun. But truthfully what we loved was how spotless the wash and dry was.

I had a monthly subscription and all was great. After a few months all went wrong. I had the highest carwash package. Everytime I go. It was never what I paid for. Sometimes wax, sometimes not. The tire shine same thing. Workers claim its a glitch in system.Look at your rims too. I had brand new rims all scratched from the roll brush. The spin roll rug burnt on my satellite antenna. You clearly see it was the dry rags at the end that did it. Spoke to worker and he points to the sign. I cancelled my subscription and he didnt even care to make it right. Will post a picture below. Stay away from this place. They only care about money not your car.

Overall a good experience at Joe’s but only thing I was kind of disappointed in were the vacuums . The vacuums were very weak and didn’t have adequate suction to clean up normal messes . That’s why I have to give it 3 Stars.

The quality of the was was average, but not bad. I remember feeling a big push from the right after entering the was, but put it down to not being familiar with this business. Sure enough, a couple of days later I find an area where something pushed in some trim and bent the door. I cant prove the damage was from Joes but I can certainly go back to washing my own vehicle.

Average car wash with poor design in the vacuum area. Spaces are too small and two vehicles next to each other cant fit with doors open. Other car wash locations offer towels and spray cleaners for free. Nothing like this at this car wash.

I paid 20 dollars for the volcano wash and 5 extra dollars for the ceramic coating. Dont know when or if the ceramic coating ever happened and the tire shine never happened. After going to the vacuum area my vehicle was still soaked and soap all over it. I just wasted 25 bucks. Ill stick to Reds

The only place we get our cars washed! The staff is always smiling and helpful. My son loves going because 1. car washes are awesome, and 2. they always pay special attention to him. He gets a lollipop and a smiley face in soap on his window. It totally adds to the excitement for him. Ive spoken with Javi the manager and hes a joy to talk to as well. Always a fantastic experience! Thank you!

5/14/20Purchased an express wash that didn’t properly clean my vehicle; upon leaving the location I remembered there is a 100% satisfaction guarantee ( as posted on building ). So I decided to go back to the location for a rewash. After sitting in line for over six minutes waiting for a representative to come over; I was approached by a gentleman later identified as Jose. After explaining my concerns, Jose begin to argue stating “ we don’t do re-washes on express washes”. As someone who upholds their word and morals I found this to be very upsetting and will not be returning to this location. Suggest hiring people that will uphold the same promise and guidelines that has been promised to your customers.

Terrible experience. Bought the $20 managers special and my truck came out with soap streaks. Not to mention it broke the antenna off of my truck. Then I went to vacuum and the vacuum barely had any suction. For $20 I can get a full service wash where they vacuum and clean the inside... oh and not break my antenna.

I’ve been using Joe’s car wash basically since they opened at this location and they have been nothing but wonderful! Whenever I come through the wash, they’re always so pleasant and even leave smiley faces through the soap! Most recently, I had a tough mess on my car that didn’t come off the initial time I went through the wash. I went into the manager’s office and no questions asked, they put my car through the wash again without charging me. The mess was almost 100% gone, but some of it still lingered. Javier ended up finding a sponge and took the remaining mess off by hand, and double checked that I was satisfied. I will continue to use Joe’s above any other car wash! Thank you to Javier and the team!!!

I used to go here all the time and thought the wash did a great job. The employees all seemed to be hard workers, and if you needed to talk to one outside by the vacuums, you could usually find one to help.After being a monthly member for probably right around a year, I had to cancel because my car got wedged in the machine between another car and a pickup truck. The lady in front of me braked and/or the machine malfunctioned and her car stopped. There was a delay before I entered because one of the attendants was in the floor doing something. So, by the time I entered, the car in front of me should have been out of the wash and long gone.When I saw tail lights between the suds on my windshield I immediately braked and honked to avoid hitting the car because I realized it must be stuck somehow as it should not have been there. It only helped a little because the roller ended up going under my tire and pushed me into her bumper anyways. Because it took a bit for the attendants to stop the wash after I started honking, the pickup behind me ALMOST hit me as well because it just kept moving forward.What upset me was the attendants said nothing to me afterwards, didnt check to see if everything on my car was ok, didnt offer me a discounted month or anything. I pulled out after they drug the ladys car in front of me out and started the machine back up. Then I went to the office and asked to see the cameras and what happened. When I realized I really did hit her car, I said I would go check my car to see if there was any damage. The attendant then said if theres any damage, youll have to take it up with her, not us. Were not liable!. Uh.....what? Your machine pushed my car into the car in front of me!!!Never again will I go to a car wash with the chain and roller system. Why car washes like this cant sense that cars are not moving at the same speed as the conveyor is beyond me.Management at the wash didnt care at all. I called to cancel after explaining the incident and they just said, ok....and canceled me.Beware going here if theres ever damage to your car.PS: The photo is of the attendants pushing the ladys car out in front of me with the wash off.

Great price, great service, open when I needed them, and a good setup. Went because I needed to vacuum my car - $6 for the basic wash and then all the time I needed to vacuum my car thoroughly. Would recommend as good place to get your car up to snuff!

This used to be my favorite tunnel carwash, unfortunately the machines arent what they used to be, vacuum suction stinks and the manager costumer service skills are non existent. The manager is rude although the rest of the employees are nice.

The machine just does its job but I paid for a rim and wheel upgrade and apparently you just pay for another machine to get close to the wheels. Not satisfied. My wheels came out not the same but still dirty. Not worth to pay for the upgrade.

Worst experience ever, first of all the power went out in the middle of wash, and when it came back on it pushed my car out full of suds. They took a hose to wash off the subs, and offered me a free car wash. I just wanted my money back. The manager gave me my money back and again said I could take my car through again but I can get out while the car goes in by itself. I agreed and before the car was washed I let the manager take the car up to be washed again and when it came out on the other side the passenger side inside the car was wet with water and subs. It’s a brand new 2020 Toyota, I only had this car 2 months. I was horrified. The manager helped to dry the car, but it’s not enough. Even though the manager was nice and apologetic I will not be using them again.

Excellent washes, staff is very friendly. Wacky Weds is $3 washes too!! Free vaccums are powerful. Only thing is I wish they would cut the oak tree down over the vacuum area, as that yellow pollen can ruin your wash and get in your vehicle.

Solid crew that does great work

I’m very disappointed with my most recent experience given the fact that Express joe’s car wash has been the only carwash location I’ve used while living in Orlando. While visiting today (5/24) the antenna cover (shark fin) of my Hyundai Elantra broke off during the wash. Immediately upon noticing I returned to the location and asked to speak with a manager. The manager informed me he had found the piece and had me wait while he went to retrieve it. He comes back five minutes later and hands me a broken piece showing absolutely no sympathy, nor speaking a word to me. He breaks the silence by telling he is not responsible for this, and that the location had taken measures to avoid incidents like these from happening. I found his lack of alignment frustrating as at no point did he even bother to put himself in my position. I’m also maddened by him saying measures were recently taken to prevent this from happening, as it had clearly JUST happened to me. He blew me off and told me to head to my dealer and tell them piece had just “flown off,” and hope they would replace it.If you have a car with a “shark fin” avoid this location.

Does well for a car wash.PROS:1) Nice presentation with the lights inside the wash.2) Plenty brush action and drying brushes leaves no water streaks.CONS:1) Dont really see any difference in the special $20 washes compared to the regular $6 wash.2) Still would need to scrub the lovebugs and any hard debri off the front after the wash.3) Theyre very picky about lending out their scrubbers so beware.4) Parking spaces to the vacuum area are too small.

Friendly staff! I wasnt satisfied with my 1st wash so they let me get it washed again for free! So much better the 2nd time around! They give out lollipops to the kids! I think that helps making it less scary for the little ones! They are amazing!
