I have a monthly subscription to Big Reds. The car wash does a great job. I particularly like the self vacuums and the towels available for detailing. Some of the locations have machines to clean the floor mats. I wish that they had a location in downtown Orlando near the small airport.

I have the membership, for two cars. It’s affordable, The workers are very friendly, and the hours of operation are good. It’s on a main road where you can get in and get out for convenience. I would say to Keep in mind that after your car wash, you may not be able to use the vacuum service, as from time to time, you have people coming in through the back entrance to use the vacuums as well. Other than that, I’m pretty happy with the service. Would highly recommend!

Big Red is an excellent place to have your vehicle washed. The place does a pretty good job for an automatic car wash. Signed up for a subscription so I don’t have to wait in line. It’s a pretty cool feature where the camera reads your license plate and lets you get ahead of the single wash paying customers. The vacuums are okay if you don’t mind doing a bit of work. Most of the f the canisters have good suction to pick up about anything you might have embedded in the interior.

Decent car wash but every time I go their prices increase. It used to be $16 for the works. I hadnt visited in a few months and when I went today, it was $19 for the works. Their prices are constantly increasing and not by a few cents but always by a couple of dollars. It costs less for a monthly membership at other car washes that include someone else vacuuming and detailing your car for you.

A good car wash with free vacuum at a fair price. The staff is friendly and eager to help. I had the monthly membership, which is a great deal@ $22.00 a month for unlimited washes. Something you appreciate during love bug season. I would still be a member is I hadnt moved out of the area.

Respectable service. Will never get your car 100% clean, but pretty close. My only suggestion is they should offer a multi-car option instead of having to pay full price for both. Just a thought.

$20 wash. Mediocre at best. Left all the bug juice on the front bumper, I could do a better job at cleaning the rims with a detail brush and some Dawn dish soap at home. Tire shine ALL over the rims. Best if you are in a hurry otherwise wash your car at home.

I used to be a member here since they opened with 4 truchs. but I had to stop. The machines was scratching up my cars and my work vehicles. I used to be amazing, great wash and no scratches. Now I have so many little scratches, I had to stop.

They should have rags and window cleaner. Other than that, great!!

For being a new car wash it’s unfortunate they didn’t make it touch-less or at least offer touch-less options. No way I’m putting my car through those spinning microfiber and cloth brushes other than if I’m in a rush and in the area. Dryer blowers aren’t very effective and the tire shine isn’t very accurate. Overall the packages are a bit too expensive.

On a 2009 Highlander, the radio antenna is located on the right front fender. As I went through the carwash, the antenna was ripped off by the friction of the brunches. When drying the vehicle is when I noticed what had happened. When I went to ask, they do not assume responsibility in any damages to any vehicle. UNDERSTANDING! However, they need to train their staff to ask and remind drivers to remove antennas or any other items that could be damaged by the brushed!

Generally good car Wash, lately I have had to run the van thru twice, as the line moves a little fast and the suds dont get removed completely the first time. The bays and vacuums work good, hoses, and bays are almost always in working order.

Staff is awesome. Place is clean. They have plenty of vacuums available. Worth the amount we pau for the members club. I recommend.

Came out with my license plate frame completely ripped off and battered, leaving my license plate barely hanging on. I was simply told it happens a lot. Somehow I had to be the one to ask for a refund, and was looked at like Im crazy. They seemed way too chill and really did not care. Great first experience here if I wanted my license plate ripped off :/ And my tires did not even get cleaned on top of that

I had a great car washing experience here. It was affordable for the top quality car wash which I paid 16.00 for and it did a great job. They have free vacuum’s that come with the wash. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone that is visiting or living in the area.

Had been coming here from time to time since they opened, as I often dont have the time to do a hand wash, yesterday I decided to switch to The Works unlimited plan as the pollen and birds have been bad lately and found I was already here more than once a week and could justify the cost. Overall its a decent wash for what it is, the only negative with my first The Works unlimited wash today was I thought it was supposed to include tire shine, it definitely came out of the tunnel without shine on the tires, is this put on by hand afterwards and I just missed the person or was the machine at the end not working correctly?*EDIT*On closer inspection, there is a small application of tire shine on my tires, its way less noticeable compared to the silicone gel stuff I use after a hand wash but there nonetheless, apologies for the negative part of the review, I also adjusted the rating to 5 stars.

Vacuum doesnt work well and also people detailing their cars taken longer than what the sign says that you are supposed to be using. As usual people dont know how to read.

Im so upset whit them services… I paid 15 dollars for a car wash but they uneven reach all the wash features… my tires doesn’t have shine and when I went to vacuum my car they uneven have neither clothes nor glass cleaner… please try to improve your services

The quality has gone way down. For example, the last couple of times the tire shine seems to be on the rims more than on the tires or clumped up in one spot. They are good, but its been better.

The wash was just okay. It was extremely quick and didn’t clean very well. The vacuums were awful! I tried 3 different vacuums; 2 were broken and they all had extremely low suction power. Price is not justified for the end result.

This an express car wash....however when the love bugs didnt come off they rewashed us for free....the manager was awesome!!! I would give 10 stars if I could...they are so helpful!!!

A newer car wash here in East Orlando. It is drive through only as are most here in the city. It offers free vacuuming areas as well.Subscription prices appear to be slightly higher than some competition I have seen, however, I feel the water pressure and quality is superior to the ones I have been at in Orlando. That means a lot as the added pressure will help guarentee sticker dirt and or grime removal. The fans also appear to be superior at the end of the wash so that excess water does not collect anymore airborne dirt.Overall, an exceptional car wash. Great job.

A decent car wash for no hands on and all machine wash. I got the most basic option and it still came out good. Unfortunatley they only spray for bugs and dont have a hand scrub option to get those tough ones off. I still have some on my grill after the wash. I was inpressed with mirrors at the end to check out the car. Overall for a quick cheap wash Ill come back.

I have used this car wash on my truck over 30 times since they built it. It has always done an excellent job. A few times it stopped during the wash, but it immediately came back on. The monthly club membership is well worth the price. I am very pleased its here.

After a traditional chain and roller car wash in SoDo squished my car between two others because someone braked, I swore off those machines and searched the internet for something safer. This is when I found the Tommy Car Wash System and subsequently Big Reds. I live downtown, so this location isnt what youd call convenient, but I wanted to try it out. So, I drove over after work on a Friday.There were a LOT of people there, but I got in very quickly, so the wash is very efficient. The cashier was friendly and mentioned the monthly option. But, since it was my first time, I wanted to just try it out first. I love the dedicated monthly lane. Thats way better than other washes in the area (even though I didnt use it)!Loading the wash was so simple. No lining up your wheel between the two metal guide rails. Just drive right in. With low profile tires and wheels I am obsessive about not scratching, I LOVED this part! I was a bit confused by the no brake sign since I thought thats the entire reason for the moving platform. But, whatever. I loved the music at the beginning, all the flashing lights, and there was a LOT of soap. It seemed to be doing a good job as I progressed through. The mirror at the end was a cool touch, too to watch your car come out all shiny and clean!After I got out, I pulled along side the wash to dry my car only to find out I forgot my towel. So, I just walked around the car to see how the wash did. It was really clean. Maybe a bit better than other washes in the area, so thats a plus. The only negative was that there was a TON of soap in all the door jambs. Not a huge deal, but it seemed odd to me. Also, the car could have been dryer. I mentioned earlier finding this wash since I read about the Tommy Wash online, so I knew they had crazy innovations in the drying zone (like spinning drying brushes to get your windows and even side mirrors dry). So, maybe they could upgrade in the future.The vacuums were all taken, so I didnt try those out.Overall, the wash was great. If it were closer to my house or work, Id go every week and get the wash plan. But, even still, Id go back every so often whenever my car gets overly dirty.To get five stars, the drying could definitely be better, there could be more vacuums, and they could be open later. Normally Id never be able to make it here during the week.Definitely recommended if youre in the area. Please build one downtown! :)

Awful.I was in line forever, seeing people that came after me being put ahead. A real mess. The employee handling the line was angry and rude, treating all customers badly. People honked, complained and they din’t care.When I got to the cashier I mentioned the issue and all I got was an eye roll. Not coming back for sure, and don’t recommend.

If it wasn’t for an unpleasant issue that I am dealing with right now, I would continue to recommend a service to others and stay a member if I was no longer in the area. Today, I called to find out when I could cancel my membership because I work too far away from this business. Unfortunately, they charged me today and they insist that there is no way that I can get a refund. I have been a very happy customer of yours ever since I bought my brand new car. Working for a very large business that is based on promotions, I have made sure to recommend your business! We live in a world where promotion is everything. Many people have actually washed their car there because I have given them a good recommendation. A few of my friends even have memberships at the car wash because I am very vocal about when I am pleased with a business. I am sure that the owner is a wise man and will value a good reputation over a refund. Working for a multi million dollar corporation, I know that out of good faith and respect for the customers that have been faithful, a refund when the service is no longer needed isn’t too much to ask for. I would love to continue to recommend you to others and, if I ever live in the area again, become a customer once again. I have worked in customer service for years and it’s just a frustrating when I can’t get the same customer service and consideration that I bend over backwards in order to give to my own customers.

For the most part this car wash Is great. The old man that works here is rude, and the dryers are not necessarily the best. I think adding another row of dryers would make a big difference.

I currently have two cars on their monthly program it is direct billed to my account. I don’t even think about it. Then I write it off for my business it’s a simple as that!

I always get the works for my cars. Car wash is pretty good and fast, better than others in some aspects. Price is okay when it all works, Vacuums are good.Only issues ive had is it misses spots sometimes on my suv and the tire shine hardly ever works right. I told them once and they had someone come out and spray my tires manually.Overall okay, gonna test some more.

I visited 10/17/20 after vacuuming and heading straight back home. Just to get out my car and notice the dry spots on my car. I got the deluxe wash. Which includes a spot free and lets say my entire car has spots all over and I try to wipe it off and it wont come off. My husband said their chemicals werent place in the right order or it wasnt rinsed off well and it looks like dry soap spots 🤦🏻‍♀️. BTW their vacuum lacked suction. Never will I ever go to this car wash again. I will be calling to speak with a manager. Worst $13 spend. Every time I see my car I am highly aggravated. Ugh!

Ive been looking for an alternative to Top Dog (which is a terrible car wash and has the worst vacuums in history). Finally found it. My car is spotless and the vacuum actually gets rid of dirt in the car. Never going to another car wash in Orlando!

I would give ten stars if I could. This car wash is always clean, staff is friendly and professional, and even when theres a line the staff makes sure it moves quickly and smoothly. Ask for Jessica if you have questions. She helped get some chalk marker off the windows and windshield of my car that Id been trying to remove for months, and she did it with a smile. Always a great experience at Big Reds!

I always come here to wash my cars. The lady in the window, named Jessica i think? She always greets me with the hugest comforting smile. Greetings like this makes people feel trusted while bringing there cars here. They have really good prices, i’ve never had any issues here.

I paid for the WORKS ($19.99) and it did nothing to my car. I passed my car twice and it did NOT remove any of the dirt on the hood. There were ok about it when I requested my money back but defently not a good car wash to go to

Called to verify what my husband signed up for. There is no “family plan”, added my car and was charged an additional $36 on top of the $38 he already spent- for what. It’s not like the car is getting cleaned out by the crew. You still have to get and vacuum the damn car. $74 a month for a car wash?!?! I think not.......

This is car wash is just okay. I’ve been to much better car washes especially for the value. The vacuums are absolutely terrible. They don’t have much power and never seem to pick up anything . They also have that extremely annoying “I feel good” playing over and over and it only plays that one snippet. For a $10 basic car wash you can find much better

I have visited this business many times in the past, but I went today and the manager was very rude to me. I was given the pull forward by the attendant and made a self admitted mistake. The manager rushes out and is very rude to me, I felt scolded and I even apologized. I paid for the $16 wash service and that was the quickest Wash and Rinse ever. My side mirrors were extended out of position and the front of my vehicle was still dirty when I looked it over after leaving. I politely told him I would not use this business in the future.

I love it. I do the monthly memberships and go get a wash whenever my trucks get dirty.

The equipment does not Scratch my car like other places. They do not have the hard rotating brushes. Staff are observant and watch the flow of cars just in case someone decides to “stop” on the moving belt for extra drying time (yes, I’ve seen it happen more than once at another place).

Not impressed. The dryers are not that great. They dont spray your car for bugs & debris on the front of your car. My mirrors could have gotten cleaner. Very nice and helpful employees and a great car wash I hadnt had my car washed in more than 6 months due to windows not staying up and once through this wash almost everything came off of course some was missed due to it being such a long time.

I brought a truck i had just purchased to them to wash, knowing i would have to take all loose item out of the bed. They informed me of said police i was ok with that. Then proceeded to tell me i have to clean even the leaves out of the truck in order for them to wash the truck. I brought it to a car wash for a reason. If your facilities cant handle a handful of leaves you have a serious problem. Plus there is no prep area prior to entering the cashier lane in order to get the vehicle ready to be washed.

I took my car for almost a year, one day the system broke two moldings in my car, the manager in charge took a long time to just let me know that they are not responsible for the damage.I always thought that these places should have some kind of Insurance to cover situations like this.
