We needed a ride to and from the airport. Ultimate Town Car appeared in my search. Their rates are very affordable. The communication was prompt so we knew where to go. Our driver was early, the vehicle was perfectly clean, and the ride was smooth. It was a nice way to feel pampered and get to our hotel (and Disney fun!) quickly and luxuriously. This will be our go-to transportation service whenever we visit Orlando.

We used Ultimate Town Car, for the first time, to get from the airport to Disney, and then back again. Our drivers were Julieta and Martin. Both were on time and where they said theyd be. I had to make several adjustments to original reservation, and communication was always quick and responsive. Will definitely use again.

Our company was hosting an event and called to initially rent a 44 passenger mini bus and then the company called us back and said they would upgrade us to a 55 passenger bus for the same price with the same leather seats and other features. We of course said yes, however, once the vehicle showed up it was run down with fabric seats and half the TVs didn’t work. Most times this wouldn’t be an issue however we were going to a sporting event almost 2 hours away. This was not ok a d not what we discussed. Very disappointed

I was skeptical at first but took a chance. My family and I are going to Universal Studio and Disney in Orlando. When I arrived at the Orlando airport the driver was already there with my name on the sign. The driver was very very professional and told me what carousel my luggage be on. They pick me up in a very nice Chevy Surburban which what I pay for. I am going to use this “limo service Orlando” again! If you are skeptical with Orlando Ultimate Town Car, do not be! They are great! I would give them a 10 stars but this can only go to 5 stars.

Fabio was the absolute best, our plane was delayed on the runway for 2 hours. He made sure to keep checking in with us, and he never left. He stayed the entire time and waited for our plane to get a boarding gate due to the weather causing the airport to close temporarily. Great communication!

Wonderful Service!! We used them for our transportation to and from the airport on a family trip to Disney. They were punctual, professional, and friendly. My driver, Eduardo, was amazing from the moment my plane landed he contacted me to let me know where to meet him. We had a 52 mile drive to Winter Haven during rush hour in stopped traffic. I was looking for a town car service for my girlfriend and her sister them. They were headed to Disney world for the first time so I wanted to surprise them with a pick up instead of the Disney bus. It was only $15 more than uber and 10000% more reliable and you can book ahead. They arrived to the hotel prior to my 5AM request. They were very professional and kind. They kept the small talk to a minimum which is nice at 5AM. She Helped us load and unload our bags and open the doors. The car was clean and sharp looking. Orlando Ultimate Town Car was a perfect experience. We were very nervous traveling from the west coast to Florida with 3 small children under 5. They met us at luggage as we landed had all child car seats install properly. They also picked us up at the end our trip at 5:30 am and got us back to the airport. Of course you can call if you want to. Both of our drivers showed up on time and handled our luggage (only had 1 bag). The ride was clean and they each driver did very well. I am a recent customer of ultimate town car that used the service to get to and from MCO airport to the Disney hotels. Overall, I would not recommend this service. There is no obvious benefit of this service over a Lyft or Uber.Pros: the cars were nice enough and the drivers were prompt. Additionally, the driver was mostly polite and flexible about mask wearing. He wore his mask the whole time but offered for us to take them off as needed. That was a nice break. I do not think these qualities redeem the experience though.Cons: Overall, the biggest problem with this service was that the driving was dangerous. The driver often cut off other vehicles, sped, and took illegal turns. This driving endangered us and the other drivers and we were happy to be out of the vehicle in the end.Next, I was heckled for choosing to add a tip to the bill over the phone. I rarely carry cash so I remedied the situation the best I could by adding a generous tip to the credit card I reserved the car with. The office said this was possible when I called but the driver approached me, guilting me in an angry manner about not giving him a tip. (I had tipped him at this point). I did not appreciate this lack of professionalism. I gave a tip out of concern for workers during these hard times. After the service received, I doubted whether it was warranted. I certainly didnt think it was acceptable to be guilted by the driver for not doing it the right way.Lastly, (and this is a small point), I selected and paid for a specific car, but this was not the car that drove us. This is fine, in the long run, but I expect that such a change would be discussed with me. This service was relatively expensive and I did not get the service that I expected or the car that I had picked. I definitely would be flexible, but no efforts were made to discuss changes.This service may be decent for a night around the town for a party of adults. However, for families taking trips to the theme parks, I have had MUCH better experiences with Lyft and Uber. Quite a few of my drivers have actually worked at the works and often have a lot of good information to share with you! Because the price and service is not better than these options, I would recommend trying your luck with rideshares. You do not get what you pay for with ultimate town car.
