Don’t be fooled by the cheap prices you see online, more specifically on Priceline. We reserved the car for $130, by the time we flew in and got the car, it turned out to be $472 after unavoidable fees and insurance prices that were not mentioned in the reservation price. “Your rental car reservation is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-changeable even if the reservation is not used.” Okay, so we just decided to cash out because what other choice did we have?2. Our car smelled like PUKE. It was absolutely horrendous.3. It was ridden with cockroaches. An infestation.I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone, even if you are on a budget.

She was more than courteous when I present my debit card not knowing I needed a fly ticket to go back to my destination and I didn’t have one.. I’m a truck driver that spends my days off here in Orlando Florida really often, I was able to navigate through my weekend with ease. If I could’ve of rate Tania’s service myself I’ll definitely give her more than 5 stars.. I rented a car from the easy rent facility in Orlando. Iris took care of me and I have to say it was a great experience. I haven’t been to Florida in years. iris was very pleasant and had great people skills. She asked me about the turnpike and asked if I wanted to get the toll. Of course no one wants to pay extra money so I declined. Not being familiar with Florida and the interstate once I left I did not want to take the chance of being charged an arm and a leg so I went back. She was very understanding and and wasn’t trying to get over on me. She wasn’t trying t get an extra buck and actually took really good care of me. Considering I had never heard of this company before now it was a great experience and glad I gave them a chance. Thank you Iris for being so hospitable and making this a great first time experience with Easirent. I will use them again.

I am SO disappointed with this company!We arrived at 9:30 PM. I made reservations WELL in advance. 2 HOURS later the shuttle still had not arrived. Myself, along with many other STRANDED customers, had to figure out how to get from the airport to either their final destination or to the branch because the shuttle NEVER showed and NO ONE would answer the telephone.I was able to secure a ride to the branch. We arrived at the branch only for it to be CLOSED! Luckily we were able to secure a ride to our home.However TODAY 7/22/2021, I called to secure my reservation. The FIRST time I called the lady told me there might be a reinstatement fee because I didnt pick up the car. BETWEEN NEVER PICKING US UP AND BEING CLOSED how would I be CHARGED?!?The SECOND time I called I spoke to Marvin and explained my situation. He was helpful and let me know to get the branch by 12:00 PM of course at my own EXPSENSE.We arrive at 11:57. It takes an HOUR to get situated. Some to my delay of finding my insurance info. After finally getting everything settled Im told that they are not only CHARGING me the total amount in advance but also CHARGING me a $250 deposit. This adventure cost me over $500 to rent a $228 car.We got the car and it smelled TERRIBLE! And it was NOT clean. I literally wanted to scream at this point but felt HELPLESS because my LYFT left. I go back in to explain the stench and the reservations person (wait for it) says she can get me some FEBREZE! Then she finds out they dont have any more.Once inside the car, there are cigarette HOLES in the seats and UNKNOWN SUBSTANCES on the seat. We had to wipe down the seats and everything we touched with antibacterial wipes.I have wasted over 4 HOURS and thus far I have over $500 tied up with this TERRIBLE car rental company.My advice, dont go cheap because you ALWAYS end up paying in the end. I come to Florida frequently and I have NEVER experienced anything like this

I dealt with a female by the name of Tania who asked for my insurance and when I showed her my insurance card she then asked for my declaration policy which is something no rental company has ever asked me for. Also, I wonder why they wont put that as a document they need so that you dont have to pay for insurance? I showed Tania that I had insurance card (which I have full coverage) but did not have the document she was asking for. She then looked at my insurance card and said I didnt have the coverage and I needed to pay $24 per day. Since I had no choice and my insurance company is closed on weekends I just paid the insurance to get the rental. I then contacted my insurance company Monday morning who advised they got you as you have full coverage which extends over to car rentals.It should be noted the vehicle wasnt clean (exterior and interior).When I dropped the vehicle off I asked for Tania but was told she was not available. I explained that I have documents now to show my full coverage to which I was advised get a hold of Tania and she should be able to refund your money. I then obtained her business card. I tried calling numerous times but people either hung up or never respond. I then emailed her and have yet received a response.It has been a week and no response and as such I will not be renting a vehicle or referring anyone to this place.

Dont be afraid to go off airport. The shuttle was fast and came right away, And the line at their office was moving away quicker than the one at the airport. The agents are supernice and explain everything that you need to know, And if you have a question you can message them directly from your easy rent accountI had an issue with my reservation and they helped me right away and solved it. Phenomenal experience at the Easirent location in Orlando. Flight was earlier than expected and Addison (the shuttle driver) picked us up immediately. He provided excellent customer service and was so pleasant. Mario at the counter got us checked in quickly and gave us great tips about getting around in the city for our stay. I dont recommend this place at all! We rented a car in summer 2020 with zero issues, so we decided to use them again. We had a car reserved for 1 week in September 2021. When we got to airport we took the shuttle to get our car, once we got there they said our insurance wouldnt work with renting a car since we didnt own a vehicle thats 2019 or above. There was no mention of this on the website during reservation, and since our insurance worked fine last year we didnt think there would be an issue, we even told them we used them before with no issue. They told us it would be an extra $190 more than we were told to rent the car because we needed to use their insurance. We said no way. We werent able to find another rental in such short notice, so we werent able to do things we had planned on our visit due to no vehicle, and had to uber everywhere.

I really liked and appreciated all the help that Iris assisted me with. Not only for the car rental. But also about how to get around the city, what roads not to take, eatery places and etc. She went very much beyond customer service. Most of all she was very friendly, fast and courteous. I would recommend everyone to shop here for your car rental.

By Far the Worst Rent a Car Company in History. They Dont deserve any Stars nor a moon or anything in the sky. I will never ever rent from them again. My experience was shatter I rented a car with them that had Roaches all in the trunk it was the worst thing that can happen in a pandemic. Im still frustrated that manager Allison has not yet gotten back to me at all and its been well over 30days. I advise anyone do not rent from them are you will be doom. If they gave me a car for free I wouldnt even take it because till this day the roaches will not get out of my mind in back of the trunk. Never ever again

Just spent 12 hours of flytime, not including layovers. Wasnt looking forward to dealing with the hassel of rentals, but Iris is such a sweet, kind and wonderful woman. I wish it were always this nice

These guys are a bunch of croooooks!! They advertise cheaply on hotwire but when you get there they will try to charge you 400$ of insurance! Plus their shuttle from the airport takes 2 hours to arrive! They will mess up your trip! Be aware please! Also they will try to sell you the tole insurance and scare you that if you don’t take it you might pay a penalty of 25$ every time you drive!

Terrible experience! Will never book with them again. Told in advance to bring declaration page for proof of personal auto insurance. Do exactly as told and downloaded a pdf of that page, presented it at the counter after arriving at their off airport location in Orlando. Attendant at the counter tells me that the declaration page isnt sufficient I need the whole policy read out in addition or pay for their minimum coverage insurance @$30 a day or they couldnt rent the car to me. After close to an hour of attempting to download my entire auto ins. policy and arguing with the staff over their poor service and policies, I gave up and gave in to paying an additional $30 per day. It was especially frustrating, because I thought I was getting a deal when I booked online and it was only $17 a day for the actual car rental itself. However, I had already lost an hour of my vacation and just wanted to be on my way. Now after spending so much time inside the rental office the clerk hands me the keys and tells me what space number its parked in outside. The car was in a recent accident, damage down most of the passenger side, even that I could deal with though, but again had to go back inside to make sure the damage was reported already and that I wouldnt be held responsible for the damage upon returning the car. Wasting even more of my time I had to now ask the agent at the counter to pull back out the incident report for the car. Im glad that I did because the damage was not reported until I asked and at that time he handed me the document and a pen and told me to just write down whatever was wrong. Kind of felt like I was doing his job, but this rabbit hole gets deeper. Once I got in the car it smelled and had dirt all over the floors and seats, a sticky spill all over the console and cup holders. The windows were filthy and covered in bugs, so much so that I ran the car threw a car wash the following day. But the most disgusting part was leaving the previous renters masks in the sun visor above my head. Also inside the glove box was personal mail of the previous renter. I would think with a international pandemic going on cleaning procedures and sanitation would be a priority, but this company falls way short of the mark of being considered professional. Disgraceful business!!! The shuttle cab driver was friendly prompt and polite to and from the airport, he gets the one star I awarded, the rest of the operation is run by an incompetent staff and service department

We went to pick up the car 4 minutes till closing and Ruben still took his time to answer all of our question address any concerns and even speak about his time in NY which is where we are from. We returned the next day to switch the car and everyone who assisted us was very nice specially the manager who did not let us wait in line since we were already there. The fist car had smoking smell. The second car is ok condition. But four days later, while I am by a shopping mall, the car won’t start again. Could be battery problem or key fob issue. Anyway the fleet is portly maintained.Update. Manager Tonya was responsive and arranged tow truck to bring replacement car. I am satisfied with resolution.

Easirent Car Rental Orlando is a Rip off! Straight up! They dont get many customers so the few that they get through their false advertising pay the price as a make up for lack of customers. First off, they advertise the cars at low rates then find ways of ridiculously hiking up the prices. They then coax the customers into going to a Google site on their mobile phones and create positive comments for them so as to waive the fee for a second driver. My made-up comments goes something like this Mr. Ruben is a good guy and very helpful and informative. These comments were suggested by Ruben, one of the main salesman at this Orlando car rental. I wish to locate and edit the comments I falsely posted on Google and expose the truth about this Orlando car rental service.

This place is super efficient and after a long day of travels, Ruben was the best employee to help us get through the car rental process. Anyone from Chicago I will recommend this place to, just because of him! Thank you so much for your service Ruben! 🤗

By far, the worst experience Ive ever had in renting vehicles. I will never rent from them again.First off I reserved online and they quoted me $235 when I went to pick up the vehicle it was over $600 for 4 days for a compact car.I showed them my insurance card, and they said I still had to pay for insurance, so I paid extra for insurance and fast pass for tolls. 2 months later they charged my debit card for tolls they said I didnt pay. I called and the lady on the phone was so rude so rather than argue I took it as a write off. Now 4 months after my trip they charged me yet again for the same thing. How can they continue to charge for the same thing not once, not twice, but 3 times? Do not rent from them, they will continue to steal your money even months later.They dont even deserve a star, if I could I would take stars away. 🤬🤬

Got a reservation just simply tried to switch my name on the reservation. He was clearly irritated that I was making him work. I put him on the phone with the person who was originally on it to explain the situation. HE HUNG UP ON THEM and then told me he wasn’t going to deal with this and then told me to find somewhere else to rent a car…I was shocked and at this point I was 3 miles from the airport and had to find my own way back. Bottom line not sure how their company actually is but I wouldn’t touch the guy working at the front with a 10 foot pole if the rental car was free. He wouldn’t give me his name so I can’t tell you his name unfortunately.

Im going to keep this review short which is the opposite of the wait we were forced to endure by Easirent. We arrived 5 minutes before our appointment time and entered a room packed full of people the majority maskless and a number of children running around screaming and doing what children do when they are let off the leash.We went to the counter and waited behind someone else for nearly 10 minutes to be told we have to sign in at on the clipboard located on a small podium in the middle of the mass of people. We did so and proceeded to wait and wait and wait.After a good 90 minutes in a room close to 90 degrees and again full of people we were called to the desk for our much needed sign off and escape. The first question we were asked after giving out name was youre not planning to take this vehicle out of state are you?. To which the answer was of course we plan to. The straight fave of the employee turned into a frown as she advised that they do not allow their rentals to leave the state.I paid for the rental via Travelocity and even went back to make sure and I was right I couldnt find this policy anywhere. But it didnt matter and we were sent on our way sweaty, tired and angered. Luckily at least Travelocity refunded the charge after only a 30 minute wait. We then spent the next 3 hours going from Enterprise rental to Enterprise rental searching for any vehicle which due to the current rental car shortage was nearly impossible but did work out in the end.

I don’t know who is in charge of things at the Orlando location but they run a horrible ship. How do you text someone they’re overdue a car without checking your system. I responded that the car was returned as scheduled. Fast forward to Whoever it was that responded that they have no idea of the car being back as inventory was not checked due to rain and that they were off so they don’t know if I did or not. Mind you I signed for it and the rep inspected the car. Like what!! How do you text someone about a missing car without checking for the car? What kind of service is being offered?! Check for the car then alert me if not found. Never will I ever use them again

The rental process was easy. Its an off site airport rental place. But, shuttles take you to and from the airport. The staff are friendly and helpful. The car selections are good and a lot of newer vehicles, and/or very low mileage vehicles. The hybrid car was amazing. I had to put only $12 of gas for my entire 5 day trip. The questionable part was that I informed the staff that the car said MAINTENANCE NEEDED. They just said there was nothing to worry about because the car was new with less than 7,000 miles. They didnt even want to come check it out. They just wrote in down on the pre check card. The car was fine the whole time but the light never went off for maintenance warning.

Dont do it! The savings are not worth the hassle.Look, I know its cheaper. Thats why I used them but your going to pay in extra fees, time and tears.It was a 40 minute wait (others were waiting before we even arrived, they ended up calling taxi) at the airport for the shuttle. 15 minute drive to building and then an hour wait to talk to someone. Yes, sitting in the lobby for an h.o.u.r. We paid online through travel app and ended up paying 500$ more (extra fees, taxes, insurance and toll passes that we just HAD to have🙄).Car was fine. Wouldnt fit 5 adults like advertised but worked for our needs.0/10 would NOT recommend. Choose any other company.

This place is an absolute joke. Save yourself a terrible experience and rent from another company. We waited almost two hours to get our car. There wasn’t a shuttle at Orlando airport upon arrival and we were told once they close at 10pm, they don’t care. So we were actually dropped off by a competitor. Upon arrival, the shuttle driver was hanging outside doing nothing. The facility was filthy. And when customer service actually helped us, I was actually offered a car with with low tire pressure. It was just returned by another customer. I have been renting cars for almost 20 years, and NEVER have I been offered a car with known issues. Especially when I have two small kids and we were driving an hour to our destination. Spend the extra money and go to Enterprise, Budget, anyone but this company. I assure you it will be a better experience. These people showed no pride in their work. It almost felt like you were doing them a favor by renting a car from them.

Quite Simply - Moe saved my vacation! I booked with another rental service down the street and when I got to their counter they tried to add $205 in hidden fees plus an additional driver fee to my booking price. Luckily I found Easirent a mile away. Not only was my rental cheaper, but we got a better car and better customer service . Moe took the time to explain every charge and wasnt pushy like many other rental places Ive been to. He even recommended some good places for us to visit while in Orlando. Definitely will book again on our next family vacation.

This is the first time I rent a car and here at Easirent in Orlando. I met Iris and she gave me all that needs to rent and all the ground rules but she made it a real good experience and best customer service that you need. I recomend Easirent to anybody traveling, Iris has made my day.

You can tell the entire staff at their counter hated their job. The shuttle drivers were nice friendly people who knew what customer service was. They got me in quickly thankfully but the car left much to be desired. It had just under a quarter tank of gas so I had to stop at the gas station right away. It rained a good amount in the two days I had the car and you can definitely feel the front tires were at the wear bars. It hour a very loud wheel bearing and the rear bumper was hanging off both corners. The inside was poorly cleaned but not as bad as some of these other cars posted. I mentioned the mechanical concerns to the guy at check in and you could tell he couldnt care less.

Iris was beyond amazing! Recommended great food and activities for the young ones! Such a friendly and kind person and something you definitely want to see as soon as you land from an airport!

This place is a rip off I will never go here again I was charged almost $600.00 for and outdated Nissan Rogue with well over 40,000 miles on it. The vehicle was not a good ride some lights on the panel where on its was shaky I only drove the vehicle 3x while I was in Florida. Then when you get to the awful place they also make you pay for insurance after you already paid for insurance online. This place is the absolute worst. I will never go here AGAIN.

PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! Prices may be good, but their customer service, their reliability, and their conduct of business is terrible. I tried to save money by renting from them, everything went smoothly AT FIRST. I only had the car for 3.5 days and only drove from Orlando to Jacksonvilleto see my family. Day 2 I notice the tire was flat and there is a nail in the tire. I called to see how they wanted me to handle it (I called the branch 3 times with no answer, and also called the customer service number and the phone hung up twice). I finally spoke to someone and say its my responsibility to get the nail out and tire fixed. Ok no problem because a plug isnt that much to get done, but when I get to the tire place they tell me that the tire is worn down and they cant legally fix and send me out with that tire, so it had to be replaced. So obviously I KNOW I didnt wear this ONE of 4 tires down in 2 days, so I call and talk to the rental company who says its MY responsibility to replace the tire because I didnt get their insurance. How is it MY responsibility for replacing a tire that was obviously worn well before I rented this car that was already dirty on the inside?! Just off of the way they handled this alone I will NEVER rent from them again!

Theres a reason this company was the least expensive option.Things to know:- The shuttle can take forever sometimes. Not always their fault, the traffic thru the airport can get real bad.- Check with your insurance on what coverage you have, if they say its not enough YOU WILL purchase their insurance if you want the car. ($40/day)-THEY WILL HAVE YOU CALL YOUR INSURANCE WHILE AT THE COUNTER to verify coverage if you want to use your own insurance. I presented my declaration page and still had to call.-You may have a daily mileage limit so you have to ask.- You are not allowed to add the car to your personal transponder if you have one. They will tell you to get the toll package at $13/day and tell you FL has some of the most tolls in the country. They will say that tolls are $3-$4 each. LIES! If you do not do the toll package then you can still take them just go to the cash lanes and make sure you keep a bunch of coins on you. You can also have your map app not use toll roads.- You may not be able to take the car out of FL or you will face a large fine.-When you arrive you need to get to the podium with a sign-in list and pay attention when the agent gets to it. They will rattle off the names quickly and with no effort or care to be loud enough to hear.- The cars are dirty and beat up.-Theres no real place to return the car either. Just park it in front of the double doors.- Good luck.

DO NOT RENT from this place. I received a30% discount through T-mobile only to have to pay an additional $12/day for a toll pass and $28/day because I didnt have a copy of my insurance declaration page. Plus had to pay a $250 deposit even though I paid for the rental through T-mobile. They offered to allow my to pay a nonrefundable $50 if I didnt want to pay the deposit. The first car they gave me I had to return because the roof started to leak while it was raining. Weird thing was the car didnt have a sun roof so I couldnt figure out exactly where it was leaking from. The second cars bumper was taped on with gorilla tape. I was returning the car before the place opens and they told me to park the car, hit the keys in the car, and leave the doors unlocked 🤔. Didnt seem like a bright idea so I returned the vehicle as day early and paid for an Uber to get around my last day in the city.

Stephone, did a great job with us and we really appreciate him. Really a good guy and is very helpful. Very good guy. I would recommend you deal with him if you come in! We are from Jersey and he helps us very fast and gave us good energy. Good guy.

Stephone was extremely quick and helpful. The shuttle was waiting and the entire experience was a pleasure. Definitely coming back here whenever I am in town.

This is by far the worst rental experience I have ever had. The location is off site and not at the airport as it would lead you to believe.When I arrived and presented my DL and CC the agent immediately started to upsale. He offered the toll pass and I declined. Then he proceeded to tell me that I am required to purchase insurance from the company, even if my CC offered it. I refused to purchase their insurance and they refused to take me back to the airport. They closed and left my family outside at 11pm.

To rent from them !!Me and my wife rented a car from thereWe backed out of the packing lot and the tire rod snapped off the tire now they trying to put damages on us how do we have anything to do with the tirerod we had the car less then 24 hours they took a hour and a half to bring us a new car with scratches and dents they will try to charge you for anything make sure you check your car before you leave the lot this place is a scam

A Staff member was being rude to another customer, and when my coworker stepped in between them, the company refused us service too. Dont waste your time here... you get what you pay for, which is garbage.

Far from the resort and the airport. Nice cars and affordable. I would rent again. Wished it was at the airport. That way I did have to pay an Uber back to the resort and back to the airport. Our flight was early in the morning 🌄 and they open at 6:30 to take people to the airport. Unfortunately I had to take the car the night 🌙 before😪

If I could rate this place 0 Stars i would! DO NOT BOOK!!! Absolutely horrible service and experience. We paid for an SUV and received a car instead as it was the same price (clearly cars are cheaper). On the first night our car began to shake, turned on the check engine light and turned off on us in the middle of the highway in Orlando. When I called the next morning I was informed that I had to bring the car to them as they did not enough personnel to bring a vehicle to us and that we would be upgraded for the inconvenience. Walked into the place and surely enough there was more than 10 employees (couldve sent 1 to bring car to us). Manager exchanged the car (no upgrade) and guess what??.... car had the same issue even before leaving the lot. We went through about 5 cars and they all had the same ISSUE or needed an oil change. I asked if I could have an Infiniti that was parked outside (maybe the issues were with their Nissans, the only cars they basically had) and was immediately told I could not get this car because I did not pay for it (but clearly manager had said she would upgrade us). This place is unprofessional rude and do not keep their words. WILL NEVER BOOK WITH THEM! CHEAPER DOESNT MEAN BETTER! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND BOOK WITH SOMEONE WHO WILL HONOR WHAT IS TOLD TO THEIR CUSTOMER WHEN THEY HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE FROM THE BEGINNING!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Waited one hour and forty minutes for shuttle. Multiple phone calls telling me it was coming. Needed to take a taxi. Then had to wait an additional 40 minutes to be helped at the counter. Was not compensated in anyway. Absolutely a terrible experience. Wouldn’t pay $1 to rent a car here again.
