Austin and Yvette (or Yvonne…I’m terrible with names) were fantastic. Austin was knowledgeable and not pushy or aggressive. He was helpful and understanding. He listened and explained and facilitated a sale that fit my schedule. We test drove one day, I made a deposit and secured the vehicle a second day and did the finance/delivery a third day. Never once did he give me that “if you don’t do it all right here right now the car won’t be waiting for you.” I believe he trusted I was serious once my mind was made up and I trusted him to do right by me. I had to bring my 5 year old along for the process today, and the whole dealership was wonderful and accommodating. Doing paperwork was actually enjoyable and as many questions as I had, I never got an impatient response and never felt rushed. If anything, I feel like I gained a friend.I can’t say things were perfect thereafter but I can say that that as nothing in life is, the recovery was well done and I felt like oh purchase mattered. I would 10/10 recommend not only the dealership, but the specific associates i encountered.I should also mention that the gentleman who sits at the front of the entrance behind the desk recognized me when I returned. Things like that matter. I look forward to my experiences with the dealership in the years to come. They have a customer for life in me!
Robert Coleman is the absolute best! His assistants go over and beyond for you to make sure you are happy throughout the whole buying process. Nancy is also a loving and patient woman. The whole staff is just a big family and they really do everything they can to make you feel apart of that family!
Keith is awesome. Work was completed correctly, and sooner than expected. Needed a loaner car and the process and car all went smoothly. My expectations may be too high but I expected more from the car wash. Thought more would be done to interior than a vacuum.

I used to drive through this dealership whenever I took a trip to cheesecake factory at the mall across the street. I have been in love with the Mercedes brand since I was a child and this Wednesday night I was able to purchase my dream car at my dream dealership. It was truly an awesome experience from start to finish. The quality of these cars are unmatched. Give this place a try before you sign your life away on a toyota or Nissan. I definitely did not expect this from this store. No greeting no smile. I booked my appointment upfront yet they did not have a sales person for me. After a while I was with someone who absolutely knew nothing about sales. He didn’t know if they had vehicles on inventory. He gave me a quote that is 3x than actual price. I told him I’d pass for the offer he made and he said “okay”, he did not try to convince me nor make a better offer. To me it looks like he doesn’t even like his job. I’m not sure how you guys meet sales target with this behavior?. If you meet the target the only reason I could assume if because of vehicle shortage and not because of your skills.My brother owns C class and I know how much he is paying. Total waste of time and I suggest not to go here.If the manager time to reply to every single post why doesn’t he spend time on training his employees ?
I’ve wanted a C63 AMG coupe for sometime and would periodically check Mercedes-Benz’s website for CPO vehicles. I saw Mercedes-Benz of South Orlando had the car I wanted with low mileage. The price was below comparable vehicles throughout the US. I called and was immediately assisted with holding the vehicle since I reside outside of Florida. The entire staff was very attentive throughout the process. Sales rep Corey, finance manager Yvette, and product concierge Thiago all exceeded expectations. They made the purchasing of a vehicle a pleasurable experience. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a dealership that values it’s customers with excellent customer relations.

He is so nice guy and so informative and he has brilliant memory and can give you the history of each product. You can find your answer completely and honestly. Justin jumped through all of the hoops to find us my GLC in this crazy market. The entire process was quick and easy and he even drove over an hour to deliver my car because it wasn’t ready for me the night before. The finance manager got us a great interest rate and took care of all the paperwork quickly and everything was overall stress free. Highly recommend working with this dealership!!

The best car buying experience by far.The finance department was amazing tending to my needs and Justin kept me informed every step of the way, he is the greatest. I usually get surprised at the end but this time it was for the good, my payment was less, that has never happened before, usually its much higher. I now have friends at Mercedes Benz of Orlando, take a bow everybody, you certainly earned it.
The service department is awesome. I live and hour north of Tampa and purchased my car from one of the local Tampa dealerships June. At 4am one morning, I got a flat tire on the FL Turnpike heading to MCO to pick up my brother after being delayed 7 hours and put on a flight to Orlando instead of Tampa. KNOWING my 3 month old car has run flats, therefore does not have a spare, I started to panic a little bit knowing I was 1 1/2 hours from home. I asked the tow company to take me to the nearest dealership. We arrived at 5am to find the lights on and people in the service department. To say I was completely shocked is an understatement. I was greeted by Adam, the over night service advisor, who tried to help me. Unfortunately, they did not have my tire in stock and he would need to order it but it would not be in until later that afternoon. He gave me the name and number for the service manager and suggested I give him a call later in the day to see if there is any way he could help me since the tire/car was brand new. I took an Uber home and around 10:30 I received a text from the daytime service advisor to let me know what was going on with my car. Later that day he followed up to let me know what time my car would be ready for pick up. When I touched base with Chris, the Service Manager, I told him my story and was gracious enough to help me with the situation in a way that surprised me. I told him how thankful I was and he said that they want to keep their customers happy. So many businesses say that, but they dont show it. These guys SHOWED it! When Adam arrived for his night shift, he saw my car was still there and called me to see if everything was ok. To say that I was treated like a VIP at a dealership that I didnt even purchase my car from, is an understatement. I know my dealership would never have helped me the way these guys did. Adam informed me of all the benefits of purchasing a car from them, which none of them are offered by the dealership I purchased my car from. Even though I live 1 1/2 hours away, I will definitely visit them when I am ready to buy my next car. I wish I lived closer so I could have them service my car in the future. These guys care about their customers!
Helpful staff. Eugene saw us through the entire process with care and understanding. Out of all the dealerships I have been to this ones service was probably best. I have one complaint but am overall satisfied. Please keep up the good work service department!
In love with my new Mercedes but honestly I couldn’t have done it without Coreys help. He was amazing and walked me through the entire process. I come here all the time, and the people at the front desk NEVER say hello to me or greet me. But let someone else walk in they get a huge greeting. It’s always seems like a problem when I get here. And I can never really get what or need. No one every really seems like there trying to help me. Eric in the parts department helped me out with great customer service, and that’s probably the only good experience I have here. They lady at the front desk should greet properly! It makes the experience, makes me actually feel welcomed. Also, if your young and a black male, don’t even wast your time here, they’ll just stereotype you

I couldn’t be happier with this Mercedes Benz location! Our team has 25 Amazon vans some with a/c blower motors that needed to be replaced, we took them to another Mercedes Benz service center where they sat for months and not a single one had been worked on so we went and took them back. I called Mercedes Benz of Orlando and spoke with Keith, he told me to bring some him some vans and in less than a week they were repaired and returned to us! The 2 1/2 hour ride is totally worth it and we will do it over and over and over again. My team dropped of three more vans today with the same issue and repairs are in process. Mercedes-Benz of Orlando you guys are terrific and a big thank you to Keith over and over and over again for all that you do and all that you’ve done for us, we cannot thank you enough!!!!!
Keith was great to work with in the service department. Scheduling service through the website was super easy, and while their waiting, the service center was comfortable, with some nice amenities like coffee and food (complimentary to VIP members). As Im new to the area I dont understand, nor was explained, what their VIP Membership is. After service I got a text msg from an unsecured website saying I am now a member of their VIP program....but again, not too clear on what exactly it is.While most people wore masks, I do feel there was sufficient social distancing at the dealership.

I had a battery error pop up and called to 3 different Mercedes dealerships to try and figure out what I needed, but waited on hold forever or no call back. I called this dealership and received a call from Tony within 20 minutes. He explained what was wrong and got me in the same day! Although changing the battery took longer than expected, I would happily recommend this service department to anyone!
This is by far the best dealership I’ve ever been to, they truly give you the VIP experience and don’t take advantage of you like most other dealerships. Racine found me my dream car and a year later I still couldn’t be happier. She got me a great deal and I’m thankful. Anyone looking for a car, request her… trust me you won’t regret it! Paul serviced my car recently and he was extremely helpful, fixed all my issues and even delivered my car to my home when the service was complete! Don’t go here!I made a reservation to test drive a camaro zl1 and they called me back to confirmed my request. They only told me, when I got there, that the car was already sold and not available for test drive. I drove two hours to get to this place! I don’t understand why no one call to say anything. But I didn’t complain and just requested a trade-in value for my 2019 Mustang GT Premium since I’m there anyways and heard the most ridiculous and humiliating number from a sales manager: $30k!He barely checked the car- never opened the hood or asked about any details on packages- maybe just took a few pics in and out.Mind you, this is 10AT 2019 Mustang GT premium with a Performance package 1, 401A package, active valve exhaust, 23500miles, no accident, no modifications and paid off. I was laughing and asking him to double check the number and explained that KBB shows the trade-value to be around $40198 (very good condition). Yet, he continues to say that’s all he could offer without any explanations on where this number came from. I was absolutely dumbfounded, how can a sales manager at such a beautiful Mercedes dealership be so ridiculous and unprofessional?? I’ve received trade in offers anywhere between 37k-40k from other dealers lol.If you think you would offer more than 30k on my Mustang, hit the thumbs up!

MBSO makes a lot of promises but doesn’t deliver. As soon as you drive off their lot with your purchase they start blowing you off. Corey my salesman was great. The problem is customer service. No one answers the phone and when you leave a message no one calls you back. I’m very dissatisfied with customer service. That’s why I go to Mercedes Benz of Gainsville now.

If I could score less, I would. Absolutely rude and incompetent sales people that work here. I am thankful that my husband hasnt purchased his car from here. My husband currently has a 2019 C43 AMG bought from a different location, and now wants a 2020 E450 coupe. I decided to look up the safety features which were limited, and no safety testing. So I decided to call this location and ask if they had any, and if so, what are the safety features? This woman answers and states that I have to buy a car/have a VIN # for her to know what safety features are in it. Thats when I stated, so you dont even know the base safety features? And she says, yeah, theres a camera. And I proceeded to ask if there were any additional features, where in the middle of my sentence, she forwards my call to the main desk. I tried to call again twice, to speak to a manager - no answer. I decided to call sales again, hoping someone else would answer, in which it was her again. Once she heard it was me, she immediately forwarded my call again. Absolutely rude for no reason just because of pure incompetence of Mercedes Benz knowledge. You can find better customer service at Cracker Barrel than at this location. If you want a Mercedes, go to a different location so your money is worth the customer service.

My experience was very disappointed. I had 10 am Appointment, I was there at 9:20 am. I was waiting for Raul who was serving the people before me. I waited very patiently. Exactly at 10 am I was in front of his desk. Suddenly, a guy came and said he had 9:30 am appt but came at 10 am. As per Raul, I should be the person waiting.I was more than mad, I was very frustrated. I called the the manger and demanded my car’s service to be cancelled.Now, after the gave me my Benz, the AC was not working. The manager went to the garage, then they they fixed what ever they did in the garage.I will never go back there.
Great experience. When I arrived I was a little apprehensive. The service lanes were full and i didnt see a service tech in sight. After about 5 minutes the cars started moving and I was able to pull in for my 1200 appointment on time. Paul, my service rep was very knowledgeable. He explained everything well and I was completely satisfiedfued with the service option recommended. They finished ahead of scheduled and I received a call notifying me the vehicle was ready. Very busy dealership and now realize why. Great job everyone.

Only reason I gave them 2 stars is my experience when I purchased the vehicle was pleasant. I purchased a BMW X5 from this location and was told at the time of purchase that I could bring it there for service.I scheduled an appointment online well in advance and when I showed up I was treated dismissively, presumably because I wasn’t driving a Mercedes. Every question I asked was met with a short/curt response. It wasn’t until I informed the service person that I had actually purchased my vehicle there that she changed her tune. Even then, there was no discussion of price and I asked them to inspect the brakes and they didn’t. They noted that I declined full service, i didn’t….they never offered it. I was told that it would take 4/5hrs and she offered to call me a Lyft when there VIP package states that you get a loaner if it’s over 3hrs.When I relayed my experience to a different advisor they recommended I email the Service Manager. Which i did and I still haven’t received any type of response.I won’t be going here again.
My service advisor Victoria was very helpful and had the best customer service skills. she kept in constant contact and worked with me to get all my service requests taken care of timely.

Disappointed again. I gave a review the last time $2800 service and no response. There was a half empty water bottle (‘not mine) in my car, a tool left on my running board (still have it if you want it back), and the car was filthy. This time I was in time for my appointment but waited just under an hour to be seen. And when the car was ready, service was not. A very nice man helped me, but oops we didn’t have a chance to run it through the wash. I average $2200 per service visit, but I have yet to have good service. I have NEVER had that experience at MB in any state I lived in. It is simply disappointing, and clearly they don’t need my business.
As always my experience with Robert Coleman and his team was amazing the pinnacle of excellent service. They know how to provide for the guest on every level. I have been with this team for years and will not move to any other brand or dealership they have service skills down to the “T”. And I currently have very close family at lexus I will not move.
Keith was very helpful! He went out of his way to get my vehicle fixed! It was worth the drive coming from Wesley Chapel Mercedes. I informed him that I was having issues with the Sprinters ac not working correctly and the sliding door not shutting from the outside. In addition, I needed the vehicle to leave town for business the following morning. He got the vehicle fixed in two hours. Thank you again Keith!!!

South Orlando Mercedes Customer service is far above commendable because of at least 1 person, Tony C. I had purchased an AMG C53 during the pandemic from St. Louis Missouri however, didn’t have the front tag holder placed at the time of purchase. So over the Labor Day holiday weekend, I was traveling from my home in the DMV area to Orlando. I stopped by South Orlando Mercedes with hopes that I could finally have my front tag and holder installed. I met with Service advisor Tony and he quickly had my vehicle brought into the service lane and personally assisted in the installation and I was back on the road in less than 30 minutes. I pray that his efforts are rewarded because I rarely find people in customer service who go above and beyond such as Tony did.
Gary is absolutely amazing. He made the process of buying a car so easy and fun! He always had my best interest and was really vocal. Never have I left so happy and satisfied with a car purchase! Big thanks to Yvette as well for making it an easy process in the finance office! Thank you!

I have 2011 and a 2015 E350 and E400. Took the 2011 in for regular maintenance. All was completed in a timely matter with no complaints. However, I will be selling both cars since they are aging and continued repairs will start happening more often. Since the dealers labor costs have now been pegged at $200/hr, this now insults my sensibility for a mechanic. A simple oil change was charged at over $400 and a new set of wipers was quoted at $100. My retiree budget can no longer support this kind of auto expense.Moreover, while at the dealer I encountered at least 4-6 MB employees and although, masks were worn by most and smiles were not readily visible, I did not once sense any sort of gratitude for my business. It was painfully obvious, the mood around the service desk and showroom was rather dour. When, I questioned if a previously discussed veterans discount had been applied to the billing, the service rep merely responded oh yes without any sort of explanation where I might be able to see that on the invoice. He seemed too busy or just didnt care about this one customer. Therefore, I have determined the value proposition for this service is inadequate for the price and MB will lose a 20 year customer with 2 dealer only serviced vehicles. $100 for wipers and a hour of labor for installation - SERIOUSLY !!!!!!!!
Dropped off my car (MB certified) due to noise on the breaks. They inspected and change the breaks FOC as I bought the car within one month. It took more than 3 days but I got a free loaner car to drive around so I have no problem. Pick up was great. Nice service as they did clean the car inside out as well.

I’ll start with the preface of the fact that I did not purchase my vehicle here, for the only reason being that they did not have the exact AMG model I was looking for. That being said, I am a fan of this dealer. Eric Williams in the service department has gone above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer. My vehicle was brand new, had a check engine light on, so I came in on a Sunday with no appointment. They reset the light and told me that they knew what the issue was and to drive it a bit more to verify the issue. Upon returning on the following Tuesday Eric took care of everything. I was given a loaner vehicle free of charge and kept up to date on the progress of my repair the entire time. Their customer lounge is without equal in the area. I only wish I could have bought my vehicle here.
Sales: 2/5. Poorly organized, inefficient sales floor. Made an appointment, received several confirmation calls to test drive a specific model, only to find that model is not even available after we arrived for our appointment . No follow up or accountability either. No matter how busy, one does not expect this poor quality of service from a top automobile luxury brand.Service: 4/5. Have been bringing my car here for over 5 years and the service is satisfactory. They can learn a thing or two from Infiniti though, about EXCEPTIONAL customer service.Love Mercedes vehicles so will keep using service. But will opt to purchase at a different dealership.
I had a check engine light on my ml 350 but they cant figure out what causing the issue. I was told to change the spark plugs first then maybe the oxygen sensor and etc. I wonder what OBD machine they are using that they cant pinpoint the problem. I asked for the code but I was not given.
I had to drive an hour in the rain on toll roads but still managed to arrive at 11:30am 1/2hr before my scheduled appointment and checked in. The recall letter said that the recall would only take about 1hr. At 2:30 my RV had not been moved from where I parked it and I had to ask what was going on. Finally someone came and got the RV and guess what at 3:30pm it was returned with the necessary recall repairs. I would have like to have been more informed as to any progress. Also when I would take my Honda CR-V for any work to be done in Ocala at Honda of Ocala they would give a meal vouchers fir certain breakfast and lunch sandwiches. Mercedes Benz I believe is hitting the cheep seats charging for sandwiches to people that has spent thousands and thousands of dollars at your dealership in sales and repairs. Please give my comments some serious thoughts. Thanks
I just purchase my Mercedes two weeks ago in South Orlando and I was impressed with the attention and good service by Joshua Chifupi, by far the best sales person we ever experienced. He explained everything about the VIP plan, he was not pushy but very convinced about the product he was selling and because of his anice and smart approach he got into our new first Mercedes. I wonder if Mercedes Benz headquarters know what its going on at this place. I have 2 benz. Looking to trade in for an upgrade. I told Parrish, the sales person, that I received an offer letter by email and he replied with a sarcastic look: thats just a generic email. Outside he asked me for the umbrella to give it to another customer. 😳Such a condescending person. There are others who are born to be salespeople and theres Parrish, slowly tarnishing the expected experience of the brand.
I first want to thank God for doing the impossible in the name of Jesus. And I want thank and give a Big shout out to Mr Robert the head sales manager. At first me and my mom didn’t think the deal wasn’t going to happen. We were walking getting ready to leave out of there. But Mr Robert saw us walking away and stopped us!. He said go back in there and have a seat. He asked for insurance card. He made those number work! Next thing you know I was signing paper and everything. Robert made sure I went home with that car I wanted!. That man has a loving, caring heart. He took care of me and my family. I haven’t had my own car since 2015. I’m 24 years old and this is my FIRST CAR I bought on my OWN, in my NAME BY MYSELF. Robert played a big ROLE IN THAT. Give that man A BIG BONUS AND RAISE. He goes way beyond his job description ! Thank you again Robert and Mercedes Benz of South Orlando. I love my 2016 MB C300 4matic . My mom told me that they were going to take care of me. And Robert and Shante did that.
When I purchased the GLE 350 from Mercedes-Benz of South Orlando, I also purchased the added VIP service; however, I was not treated as a VIP when I recently completed my first service at the dealership. While I have no problem with the service advisor, the other personnel at the dealership didnt provide the quality of service that I have come to expect during my almost 30 years as a Mercedes owner. After I was notified that my SUV was ready for pick up, the service adivisor wasnt in his office when I arrived to pick up the vehicle; the valet and others in the service department made very little attempt to find him so that I could pick up my car. After 20 or so minutes, the service advisor did appear in his office, and I paid the bill. As a part of the VIP service, a complimentary car wash is also provided. Unfortunately, my SUV was at the end of the 15-20 car line waiting for the car wash. After waiting for the service advisor, I didnt have time to wait for the car wash. All in all, it was a disappointing experience at the service department.
Paul, Service Manager, is the absolute Best! He completely goes above and beyond to accommodate in each and every situation. The dealership is a class act. One phone call and they make you feel like you are their only priority. I will never go anywhere ever again.
I walked in not even to be greeted by anyone in the building receptionist included. I walked around for about 8-10mins to only be asked if I’m buying a pre-owned vehicle. I then told the sales rep that I was looking for a newer vehicle and he told me there hard to come by at the dealership. Overall, I didn’t feel welcomed nor valued as a true customer for a proudly black-owned business!!
Recent visit to MB of South Orlando was great. My service agent and everyone I encountered were very nice and professional. Had a tasty omelette and cappuccino which were complimentary. Simply put, the overall experience was pleasant and not too time consuming. Great job folks!
The car battery for our 2018 GLA250, was dead, we jump started the car and came to VIP Mercedes Benz of Orlando, they review and accepted the walk-in for battery change and performed a quick test and replaced the battery for no charge since it was still under warranty. The staff was nice and courteous. The waiting area was nice too.
Everyone at Mercedes-Benz of South Orlando were great. My vehicle was taken in, serviced and returned in a very timely manner. On the road again!

Had a horrible experience the only thing that was good was the food, I was not even offered a bottle of water I asked the cafe the lady she was not friendly said they had none when actually they did they were kept in the advisors office, My adviser was not friendly at all they whole vibe there was unfriendly, definitely better service at Lexus!!! I just purchased this vehicle in May and my advisor made a rude comment about how many miles was on the car as this was my first service, it was very distasteful and I was offended on top of waiting 3 hrs with no communication I had to go to him twice to inquire about how long it would take I was very disappointed with, unfortunately this location is the closest one to me so next time I may have to drive a hour away bc this experience really left a bad taste in my mouth!!!!!
