I worked for TephSeal at an Audi dealership and I loved my job with the dealership and my manager. As far as the company goes, awful. Horrible upper management, bad communication and sketchy pay practices. They’ve been sued before for their pay and you can call their HR department and ask about overtime only to get a runaround answer. They’re not attempting to fix any of this, either. Only get a job here if you just need a little money. You’ll work hard for very little pay.

I work for Tephseal as a Detailing Manager. I absolutely love this company! They are very understanding and truly care about their employees! I recommend everyone who can work for this company absolutely does. There is always room for growth as well.

This company took over the dealership I worked for and my pay was taken away because their exact words were I was paid way too much. I was now paid below minimum wage and was expected to do the same work I was giving for about a third of what I used to make. Im not angry, I found a new job that I love. But people need to be warned

Wife worked for this company went every where they ask her to be. So we found out she was pregnant she continued to work till her morning sickness took over. It was every 2 to 3 days in the hospital. When she miss work she had a doctors note. Which she got sick again ended up in the hospital again. She went from night manager to getting demoted due to illness was never told. Later on was fried over a text message?? Not once ask if she needed maternity leave. Which lawyer said the company offers.

Travis from the Indianapolis location was excellent! We had a little mishap at the dealership but he was very fast at taking care of the issue and resolved everything and was very friendly!Great customer service! I was a bit surprised at the other reviews on here. Five stars for sure with my family!

I used to love this company at first, but after a while it’s like they had a lot oF unnecessary things going on a far as their employees and the company itself. This company could really do better. they Should not have their employees working all day off the o’clock so they don’t have to pay extra money to their workers. It makes me wonders hat other business allows this kind of behaviors!

I have worked with this company since 2016 on and off and I willnot be goin back they pay isnt worth it was gettin paid way below minimum wage..I was recently at the dodge dealership in lake city and the manager there is not manager material you have employees and managers smokein marijuana inside there cars.no one really dose any work unless they hear that the higher up people from tephseal is in town...if your someone with bills that have to be paid i dont recommend workin for tthis company.

Payment is way to low for the amount of work you put in.. 300 for 49 hours of work. They pay you 25 per car but you take up to 3 hours cleaning them because they are covered in dog hair

Zero stars. You bust your tail to make nothing. I hope they go out of business. Ive never hated an employer like this one. I was a shop manager making $800 every two weeks,working six days a week 60 hours. No benefits, vacation pay is a very small fraction of what you normally make. No insurance, nothing. Anyone who isnt a manager makes minimum wage

I just had my SUV at a dealership to have the oil chanced and asked if they did detailing he said yes and that it would take about 2 hours for the oil change and detailing inside and out. It took over 4 hour for them to wash wax and vacuum my SUV. When I finally got my SUV back they had waxed all over dirt and bug spalter. There was dog hair still all over my seats and dust all over the dash. The mats had not been cleaned and poorly vacuumed. They did not move the windshield wipers to clean under them. Still dried water drops on my windshield. I have never seen such a poor job in all my life. I will never recommend Teph Seal to anyone to have their vehicle cleaned. Bad bad company.

0 stars I worked there for 2 years busted my but bent over backwards to help in any manner I could but got little to no reward in return they play favorites and if your not in the click your waisting time. I enjoyed the actual job itself but the managment is one of the most horrible managment I have ever worked for once they are done using you they will kick you to the curb quick I hope all dealerships and employees see their corruption and back away from this company

The office staff very nice and friendly. Basically took this job because I needed something quick when I came to orlando. Was nice of them to take a chance on me but in the end this just wasnt working for me. Just about every detail job is the same, different ways of doing things, but always the same. Going to get out of this business once and for all.

They are theives. My husband worked for them for two weeks for less than minimum wage. They kept promising to fix his pay Everytime we have contacted them, they never call back. We notified them of our bills being due and they made more empty promises. We have 3 children and now legal fees just so they cannot continue to railroad us. Please do not work for or use this horrible company. They dont care about you or deserve your money.

Dealerships beware! You are better off taking your vehicles to a local car wash for prep and delivery. From a former teph seal and current dealership employee.

I have bought 4 vehicles in 5 years from the same dealer group at different locations that have their vehicles prepped by Teph seal. It is the worst new vehicle prep job Ive experienced in almost 40 years of car buying. They are 4 for 4 in only shining the tires and parking it out front. Most recently I had to literally stop at a Walgreens on the way home and buy a roll of paper towels and glass cleaner because I couldnt see out the windshield. In the past Ive tried sending it back for a re clean it comes back just as bad and I spend 30 minutes more in the already long car buying process. Even the Sales person said yea they are pretty useless.

I love working for them my boss jon does a great job of making sure we are taking care of im a assistant and i made 878 $ in a week its all about how you apply yourself and get faster

Never work for this company work for them for 3 years and absolutely glad I left! Always messed up things when needed help and never can get a hold of a manger to help and that’s no one keeped any employees the training really bad and the pay really sucks.

I have dealt with Teph Seal many times. They are and outstanding company. Kyle, one of their managers, always gets the job done right.

The staff of Tephseal over at Hartford are all theives, they stole my $300 sunglasses from my car, when I asked their guys, they had nothing to say. A day later one of the guys from tephseal brings me my sunglasses and told me that he found it inside the dryer. The sunglasses were damaged pretty bad. I told the manager and their district manager regarding my sunglasses. I was promised that theyd fully reimburse me for the damages. It’s been 4 months and I haven’t received anything. I’ve contacted the managers and the company. I was told they’re sending me a check ASAP (again 4montha ago)I will never recommend this company to anyone, especially when the steal private property from cars.

Dont work for this company ever! I applied for an open position in Arlington, Tx and was denied this position because a proper background check was not done on the companys end. My social security number was never used and I was mixed up with a guy in Florida, who had a long list of felonys on his background. So I made a few calls to figure out why I was denied the job and got in contact with the company used for the background check. They stated that this company tephseal did a nation wide search with my name and never used my social security number to get my identity correct. Dont work for a company like this who is just completely lazy like that. Imagine how they will treat you as an employee. So glad I didnt get the job. I also took a drug test and they said I had failed the drug test to and I made a call to see if that information was correct and it was wrong. My drug test came back positive dilute. Im guessing because I was drinking water to make myself use the restroom was the dilute. But they said I failed it. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME APPLYING! Their HR team is just horrible to. STAY AWAY!

Worst Company ever. The allow their employees to be sick and they are not allowed to go home. We contacted the manager, Area manager and still was not allowed to go home. Even tho everyone seen the employee vomitting and running a fever. WORST EVER. I would never allow my employees to work on someones car SICK

Life is what you make it. I started here and struggled for some time, frustrated. After a lot of strategizing and figuring things out, my checks are now 3 and 4 times bigger than before, and I got promoted to run a store. The last building I worked at I made 175 on a few days before switching, no salary on that either. I use to struggle averaging $60 daily.
