Marks company Red Rhino Roofing put a metal roof on our home and we couldnt be more pleased. Mark had a couple of different crews out: one to tear off the old shingles, prep the decking, and install underlayment; and another to install the metal. This is not uncommon in the roofing industry as different team members have different skill sets. Marks foreman was on site everyday to oversee everything. With any issues that came up, Mark and Franco, his foreman, were very responsive and made sure everything was done according to code. You never really know the quality of work a company will perform until they start, but we were pleasantly surprised. They cleaned up after themselves thoroughly from the gutters out to the street leaving hardly any debris. It is hard to find anyone in the home service business that keeps their word. Mark kept his and we appreciated that. Now, our home is cooler, the electric bill is lower, and our insurance rates are reduced. Selecting a metal roof through Red Rhino was one of the best decisions we have made for our home.

My Sanford house was re-roofed back in 2019 prior to my purchasing the historic residence. Unfortunately, the subs who executed the work under Mark Ormans license did a poor job. This resulted in various interior leaks in 2020 from all the rain we saw, and ultimately, Mark honoring the warranty work done back in 2019, in addition to paying to repair the subsequent interior damage resulting from said leaks. Being the GC Mark was/is, he agreed to completely re-roof my home and repair the given interior damages at no cost to myself as the owner of this residence. Mark ensured that quality materials were used, and allocated his best crews to execute the work. Mark agreed to warranty this 2020 work and materials used for the length of 10 years from the date of execution. As the GC over this work, Mark took ownership of the metaphorical ball dropped by his subs and corrected the situation accordingly and professionally.I am grateful for the way Mark Orman did what was right by the customer, ultimately backing his company name and reputation at the expense of paid labor and material. This is the mark of a good, honest contractor.

Great service! No issues and got the job done in 3 days!

Mark has promised to fix my leaking roof, which is only three years old and should not be leaking. He sent one of his guys to fix the leak and all he did was caulked the ridge vent. The roof is still leaking and Mark has promised to sent someone else but that person never showed. I have called and and left messages but havent received any response. I have been dealing with this for 4 months. I wouldnt recommend Mark to anyone.
