This company was everything I was looking for, I was skeptical about the price they gave me over the phone as I did shopped around before and after calling them, the person on the phone was very professional and gave me a prompt appointment. My technician Josh was amazing, supper nice, came in on time, constantly cleaned after himself during and after the work. The end result was beautiful (see pictures) I highly recommend this company if you are looking to save thousands on your bathrooms.

Nate came to our home last Thursday to refinish a bath tub that had terrible stains on it. Nate arrived on time and was very friendly. He went right to work. He protected everything in the bathroom and the other rooms that he had to go through. The bathtub looks fantastic! Nate did a wonderful job and he was a pleasure to have in our home. What impressed me the most was his attention to detail and the way he protected everything in our home unlike other contractors with whom we have dealt in the past. Nate is a tremendous asset to your company.

I wasn’t sure if I would get the results I was hoping for but the technician, Luis, was absolutely awesome. He was prompt, polite and professional throughout the process. He worked efficiently and my tub and shower look 100% better than they did before. If you work with BathArt make sure you request Luis because I wouldn’t want anyone else to come out if I need this kind of service in the future. While he was working, he was considerate and he cleaned up afterwards. A big thank you to Luis and BathArt for a wonderful job.

I scheduled an appointment with Christian for bath resurfacing at which point he gave me the price. Today I called to confirm the appointment and he increased the price. When I questioned the extra charges he said that he has decided to cancel and not do the job. Quality of work and professionalism are difficult to find. If this is the example of their future work I am happy to have someone else perform the work. I ask questions to assure myself that the quality of work performed and the materials used are up to the standard of quality in the industry.

I was looking for an affordable alternative to redoing my shower and bathtub surround. I didn’t even realize the services were available. I received a few quotes and they were astronomical almost comparative to replacing the tile. I spoke to Christian and when he quoted me the price it was almost too good to believe. I saw the finished product today and it looks absolutely amazing. My technician Luis was extremely responsive and communicative. I am extremely happy and would recommend them to anyone especially someone wanting to renovate without incurring a huge expense.

I was looking for a reasonably priced solution to our bathtub that was looking worn but in good condition. When the application was completed it looked great. However, after the 24 hour drying period I could feel that some portions felt rough. I contacted the company that day and they were extremely responsive. The representative was out the next day and immediately said they were going to re-do it. It was re-done on the date scheduled and we are very pleased, in fact better than originally anticipated. Not only are we pleased with the product but I give this company excellent marks for customer service.

We had our bathtub refinished by BathArt 2 years ago. We had some issues with chipping, but we called and asked them to come take a look. 48 hours later, the bathtub is refinished all over again at no charge thanks to their warranty. Had no idea that this type of process even existed or could be performed on an old tub and shower combo. Much less make it look as if it were brand new. I usually like to post my end of year reviews in a positive way but this company does not deserve that...one of my worse experiences of 2019 was dealing with this firm.. NEVER AGAIN!! after multiple complaints about their finished work we have ripped it out and replaced again! i wouldnt reccomend this place to anyone.

Soo hard to believe a company with such an unprofessional management team and technical staff is still is business. The list could go on with the issues I have had with the company bathart but id rather not bore you with all the details. Long story short company sucks management sucks can’t get a job right always having to come back multiple times etc. yes you might see the decent reviews but you dont see what goes on behind closed doors/ over the phone. Easily better companies out there.

This company was not only much better in price but they also were the most professional and courteous with answering all my questions. The first tech to refinish the tub barely spoke my language (English) so there was a few missed communications. It could have been equipment problems (benefit of the doubt), but the job was sub par and amateurish. The supervisor responded to my complaint call and arrived to see it first hand with another technician in tow. This guy was a true pro, and the tub was properly refinished. If I had that tech to begin with, it would have been a 5 star rating.

Just Gorgeous - my new tub looks sensational and sparkels. Thomas did a top tier job re-finishing my 1950s tub and tile surround and the bathroom looks totally updated and refreshed. He was detailed. polite, extremely neat and a pleasure to work with. . I checked reviews before selecting them and I am glad I did. Phones were answered promptly and they arrived on time and finished in the time quoted. . I had to refinish my two bathrooms and the Kitchen sink.Kitchen sink just needed re-touch.But the color I had at my bathrooms where from the 70s, terrible....they were able to change the color and made them looking great, like brand new!Great customer service, very clean, These guys are awesome!

I thought I was going to have to replace the tub in my rental unit as the prior tenant cemented tiles and rocks to the tub. After I removed the tile and rocks, the tub looks awful and thought I was going to have to replace the tub.I am so glad that I called Christian at BathArt Refinishing. I recently bought a condo with an incredible master shower. The only problem was the grout was badly stained and nothing I attempted to clean it with seemed to work. I thought my only option was to regrout and tile the shower which would have been very expensive and left me without a shower for several days. I found BathArt online and reached out to see if they could help. The were able to fit me in that same week. Thomas came out and was able to refinish my unit completely sealing in the grout. Now it looks great! I could not be more pleased.

I recently bought a manufactured home in east Orlando. The place needed a lot of work, including flooring and the tubs were...gross. I check online through home depot and Lowes and I thought I would be out a couple grand to get a new tub. While looking online I found an ad for Bath Art and was shocked at how much money it could save me to have my garden tub and shower redone as opposed to buying new ones. Once he told me about a 10 Year warranty I was sold. I tell you the guy they sent showed up on time and was done in about 5 hours. I was very happy as they look completely new! I spoke with Mr. Christian Prescott roughly 2 weeks ago about refinishing my bathtub. I sent him pictures of my bathtub and the tiles. He quoted me $275 for the bath tube and $400 for the bathtub and the bathroom tiles. He also sent me a quote via email for the $275. The technician came arrived on time on 2/19/18 around 9 am, and I explained to him what my expectations were; no color change discussed. He responded okay, youll be happy. I asked him for before and after pictures; he showed me one bathtub, but no before picture. I sensed that he didnt speak or understand English very well so he called Mr. Presscott for me to speak with him. So I spoke with Mr. Prescott again, and I also decided to retouch both the bath tub and the tiles. I explained to him that I didnt know what to expect so i asked his tech for pictures; he reassured me and told me that I would be satisfied. By this time Mr. Prescott changed the price to $279 bathtub and $ 210 tiles for a total of $489; he gave me a discount for a total of $469 bc he was running a special. While the technician was in there, I checked it out once, and he was still working on the tub. I didnt go in the bathroom again until after he finished bc the products he was using were very strong. I had to open all windows, doors, and garage door; the technician was using a goggle. After The tech was all done, I went in the bathroom, and both bathtub and tiles were all painted white.My bath tub tiles were light brown with patterns that match my bathroom floor tiles and counter top. My expectations were that tub would remain white and tiles would remain light brown; he would probably just apply a coat of finishing gloss to the tiles. Neither Mr. Prescott nor the technician who came out discussed with me painting everything white. so I called Mr. Prescott (the only contact person I had), and I explained to him my concerns; that I did not want my tiles painted white; about a year ago, I paid to do those tiles. Mr. Prescott responded that refinishing means painting everything one color, white. If I wanted a different color, I should have said so because he cant read my mind. He told me that I dont understand the word finishing; that Im a confused lady who cant communicate properly. By that time we are both talking loud on the phone. I told him that I would pay for the bathtub now, but Im not going to pay for the tiles unless they redo them a different color to match my bathroom floor and counter top. His response was well the next step is I would have to go to the courthouse tomorrow and put a lien on your house. This nice Mr. Prescott who I spoke with initially, tuned into a rude, unprofessional and insulting business man. On top of that he wanted to charge me another $250 to redo the bath tiles.At some point he told me that its frustrating dealing with me, that another manager would call me. I spoke with Mr. Thomas who was a bit more professional. Then I got an email from Mr. Elliot Perez representing himself as the owner of BathArt and offering an apology. He said that Mr. Prescott is one of his top managers, and he is shocked to hear about his customer service; he would have a meeting with Mr. Prescott. It turns out the same Mr. Elliot Perez (the owner) is also a customer of Bath Art bc he left them a 5 stars comment on here. This led me to questions whether all of the other comments are from real customers. Mr. Prescott is either sole owner or co-owner of BathArt, so go figure. The technician was the only good thing about this whole experience. Although he couldnt communicate effectively in English, he was very courteous.To Mr. perez,All of these detailed explanations of the services you provide would have been a great idea to me before the services were rendered. No one explained to me that my tiles would be painted white. I replaced the original white bath tiles with light brown about a year ago. What sense does it make to agree to have them painted white again? Do not insult my intelligence sir. What are the odds that its 2 different Perez Elliott?

My company does home remodeling and one thing we tend to encounter is the fact most of our projects need new tubs, or showers. This usually puts the price of our budget way up. Plus my company believes in recycling vs. waste. I researched a company to refinish a tub for my elderly father. I chose this one because there were 5 star reviews. Upon finishing the tub it was covered in rough spots all over. The man who did the job told my father it was due to his gun not being clean. So it would have to be redone. An appointment was made and my father thought it would be redone. On the appointment the man per his boss was to try and buff out the areas. That was not going to correct the issues so another appointment was rescheduled for today, May 17th between 1 and 2. The man has already called my father around noon to say he is at a hotel and cannot make it. So another appointment is scheduled for Saturday at 9 a.m. I called Christian myself on two occasions to speak about this. The first time he was very professional and polite. Just now when I called him understandably upset he was not as nice or polite. He did not like my tone and said if I was not nice he would have to end the conversation and hung up on me. He would not let me get a word in and kept talking over me. He said there may be a mis communication between my father and the man. He said Look, are we going to do the job Saturday morning at 9 or not? My point is I was looking out for my elder father and told him that the first time and wanted to make sure he would not be put off. I al maDE an appointment for Christian to do a repair on a sink of mine which I will cancel. I think my concerns were justified and all Christian could do was talk and talk. He will reply Im sure saying it was me who was rude. I was matter of fact. Im sure anyone who has paid to get a professional job done would feel the same as me. I will not recommend Christain.
