So pleased with the work Bath Pro did. Our 1987 tub looks brand new and at a fraction of the cost of replacing it would have been. They were so easy to work with, extremely responsive, and even accommodated scheduling changes when our remodel was running behind. I called a couple of weeks ago to get some refinishing done and have called several times after the estimate was done trying to contact people to do the job and got the voicemail always and then told he would call me back about the schedule about 4 times before he did. Then told to text him the color and he didn’t respond either. By the time I was told ‘the schedule’ the timeframe I was hoping to have it done by was not possible. terrible customer service.

I hired Bath Pro to reglaze my fiberglass corner shower. They charged $375, so seemed like a good deal compared to buying and installing a new/replacement shower.The initial job was sloppy, with lots of overspray onto our wall. Also their glaze didnt fully cover certain sections of the shower (light glaze in a few parts, so the old part was seeping through). They came out to correct the problem, and though it wasnt perfect, I was hoping to let it be since Carol was a bit rude in our last interaction. Its been only a few months and now the glaze is peeling up. Waste of time & money.

Great experience working with Michael and Carol. They were able to work around a couple of construction delays and the final product looks great.

Its all good until theres a problem. Received shoddy job, it cracked and peeled . A year and half later scheduled, rescheduled, noshowed twice . Plus was sending first guy who did bad job to begin with. A shame .
