I had all my windows and sliding glass door replaced today and I’m very pleased. Jon and John worked diligently to complete the installation process. You can tell they take pride in their work. The windows and doors are high quality and you can see the difference on entering my home.

Dan FINALLY came AND finished the bathroom. After 6months of waiting its FINALLY done. He did a fine job as far as the company THEIR customer SERVICE and scheduling departments have no COMMUNICATION skills at ALL. They lost my RESPECT. Other than THAT all was fine.

My Sales guy was Brandon and he did a great job explaining everything from window construction to the differences in ratings and installation procedures. I am still getting a couple more estimates but Brandon was on his game as a sales rep for the company. I was impressed with his overall knowledge of the wide variety of products available.

I made a mistake by hiring this company to do my window replacements. I should have known better from the moment my salesman was able to quote my 12 window replacement price from $24,000 to $12,500. I thought the price difference was due to the difference in the quality of the window. I now believe it was in the quality of their workmanship. My supposed 2 day job turned into a 4 week fiasco. Management literally did nothing to try to soothe things over. I would not recommend this company.

My experience with David with Morgan Exteriors Inc has been a pleasurable experience with no high pressure sales. His knowledge of the windows they offer was fantastic & my decision was to go with the high impact windows for a secure feeling during hurricane season & energy efficiency.

In feb 2020 I ordered a set of windows for my home. I was replacing windows in 3 phases. Morgan exteriors provided paperwork guaranteeing lifetime plus on the product, parts, workmanship, in addition to a guarantee of my satisfaction. Around July 2020 the windows were installed. One window had a leak and the leak was causing rust to run down the outside of my home. Had to call them twice before a service rep came out. The service rep said the window could not be fixed and needed to be replaced. August 2020 Morgan exteriors called and said they had referred the rusting leak to the manufacturer to be resolved and the manufacturer would call me in the next two weeks. So Morgan exteriors guarantee on product, parts and workmanship was being deferred and was no longer their problem! Two weeks passed and no call. I contacted Morgan exteriors and they said give it another week. A week later they called and said a new window had been ordered. Feeling that a replacement window was being ordered I asked the the next phase of windows to be ordered, believing the replacement window would arrive with the new windows. The sales rep saw no issues with this. Dec 2020 the new windows arrived but the replacement window did not. I asked and was told it would arrive in January 2021. After the windows were installed I noticed pieces of one of the windows was missing. Also observed saw marks on the exterior of the window. The installer said the window came in the wrong size and they had to make several cuts to get the window to fit. So the window now has gouge marks on both sides of the window. I asked for a new window and was told no, a service rep would come out and take a look. I had to call six times before a service rep came. The service rep did not bring the missing pieces and only took photos and said they would put molding over the gouge marks to cover it. When February came and I had not heard from anyone I called the sales rep for assistance. He came out and took more photos and said he would get back to me. The first week of March Morgan exteriors called and said that a service rep would call me the week of March 8. It is March 15 and still no messages from Morgan exteriors. Still have not received the replacement window. One would believe they keep putting you off hoping you will go away. So their their guarantees mean nothing and their workmanship is not satisfactory.

I purchased Hurricane impact windows from Morgan . The salesman, Max, was excellent. He explained the whole process, all the options and styles and the installation process of the windows through final inspection.The installers were great. We consider them family now . They were all well oiled machines, each crew member had his own job and performed it well in concert with the other crew. Today, Wally the production manager came by and prepared everything for the inspector. Then he walked the inspector through the house and everything passed. Now Wally is finishing up with the final touches and cleaning the windows. The office staff was also friendly and polite and kept up informed throughout the project. It was a truly breath of fresh air.I highly recommend Morgan Exteriors

Very clear and detailed explanation about replacement for windows and doors. Brandon was very professional and really guided me about my options making a good balance between quality and price.

David was very helpful in delineating to us the qualities of window replacements. We learned about double pane technology and argon gas in the space between the panes. Morgan also has good guarantees and protections for the job. The products are of great quality and appearance. David was also very good at giving us options and price incestives. We look forward to seeing the end results.

Max was our representative, and he had everything you want to know and need to know in writing, including the Guarantee, something the other people didn’t share. The windows were comparable in price but with special upgrades, that the others didn’t have. Also right now they have a few extras going on. Install time is about 3 months, so I’ll post again then. At this point I would say “if you are looking for windows, you should give them a chance to earn your business “ it could end up being your best decision. Until install, be safe and have a good day!!!!

Matt Davis came to our house today and was super helpful with answering our questions and getting us where we needed to be. I was honestly a little skeptical before he arrived and was not really sure we would be making a commitment with this company; however, Matt was very transparent and quickly convinced us that this was a good idea. Matt worked with us and we felt comfortable discussing future projects as our house has easy 16 windows plus sliding glass doors to be worked on soon. If the rest of the process is as flawless as today was then Matt will have earned all our future business for sure. I highly recommend Matt Davis as a rep for anyone needing this companys service!

They were out to do the shutters of my husband and I. All I can say is they are the worst, please do not use this company you will regret it. 1. Had to lend them a ladder for them to do their work. 2. They came out several times because they couldn’t get the correct measurements. 3. Employees from the office called me so many times, I was exhausted Of listening to them, one person said you need to be in your home tomorrow from 8:00 am till 4:00 or 5:00 pm because we schedule an appointment fir the Osceola county to inspect the shutter, I sat all day nobody show up. Another person from the office calls the next day to ask me if they did the inspection I said no, sat here all day for nothing. While on the phone with this person, she says let me ask my coworker if we can schedule another day for them to come out, I said I’m not planning on waiting on them, the coworker said out loud she doesn’t need to be home.....long story shortWhen finally the Osceola county did the inspection I receive a call from corporate calling to ask me how can we wrap this up for the county to do the inspection.....I couldn’t believe this....... rude....inept and this company employees are not in the same page. Please STAY AWAY! If there was a Zero I would have given this company a big ZERO. Unsatisfied costumer .Nancy M. Experience was HORRIBLE! I ordered windows in July 2020 they were finally installed in November. It is March 2021 and Im still waiting for them to finish my project. They forced me to sign papers to say the job was complete to pay their installers who broke most of my marble sills and wont come back to finish and cover all the screws to maintain the integrity of the windows. Several promises to come and finish and nothing. Will in Jax would send cracked out workers to try to finish and they would never show up. Then he personally promised to come and finish and he too was a no show. I have text messages of excuse after excuse to back this all up. BUYER NEWARE!!

Jackson came to my home this afternoon to check out the windows and sliding doors that I would like to replace. After showing him everything, he sat down with me and told me some background information about the company (including yearly ratings, other testimonies, etc.), all of the window options offered, and all the prices. He was very knowledgeable about the windows and sliding doors. Jackson was also straightforward and personable the entire time. He was able to answer all of my questions...After deciding on what I wanted, he went above and beyond to get the best price for me during this pandemic. If Jackson is any indication of how the rest of the replacement process is going to go (smooth), I will be recommending Morgan Exteriors. I plan on updating this review after construction is done.

Our Sales Rep, Dan, was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We felt the windows offered were the best product of the three we researched and came in at a fair and comparable price. We are looking forward to our new windows!

Extremely disappointed . Placed an order for a new shower with Bath Planet in August. Was told it would be maybe five weeks and then a one day installation. Months later Im told it will be a three day installation and today I was told it will be four days. Was told my product would be received on Oct. 16 and it would take a few days before the installation was scheduled. Didnt hear anything until I called today and now told my installation will be the first week of December. Cant tell you how disappointed and deceived that I feel. It may not do any good but I intend to post on other sites so that people are aware. Put down $4,000 in August and still dont have the new shower. This is not good customer service.

I am so frustrated with Morgan Exteriors Inc. I contacted them to put the new windows in my house. They told me they will do the windows installation in one or two months, and it already eight months, and the windows still not ready.They call me during the weekend to tell me they finally have the windows to install them today. Today, they call me to tell me that they are missing one window, and the installation will be postponed one more time. Who knows when the installation will be finished.If you are thinking of using this company to install your windows, please think twice. This is the worse experience I ever have with a vendor.

Ladies- make sure you have a husband available before you schedule an appointment to have your windows replaced. I have a rental business I created- wanted to replace windows in 2 of my unit, then, while at it, have them also provide a quote on our personal residence. After spending almost an hour on the phone then checking/OK-ing the date with my tenants, I called back and was told the appointment would not take place unless my husband was there too. I was open mouthed. I cannot believe this is even legal- in this day and age?! I feel it constitutes some form of gender discrimination. What if I was a widow? What if I were single. Do I need a permission slip from my husband when I am flipping the bill? Should I need a permission slip if Im not flipping the bill? Obviously this company is very outdated and needs to do some refining of their policies. Not every client is a ditzy, insignificant housewife.

He shared with me his linked in and professional experience, the companies history, standards, and awards in a clear efficient manner.I was very impressed with his product knowledge his ability to showcase the differences in quality from one competitor to another and why they stood out.Kenny showed me he was very passionate about his trade and was proud of doing a quality job for a fair price. Not that I even should have to tell them I have my husbands permission to do this seriously???? to get a QUOTE??? they REFUSED to give me an appointment without him present! that is the definition of sexism! I asked to speak to the manager and KIM told me she was the manager, and that was their policy. they actually canceled my appointment and wanted a time he would be there. Are you kidding me? I told them I no longer wanted an appointment. I called Home Depot as soon as I hung up. They asked who the other homeowners were. I told them mine and my husbands name. They asked if he would be there, I told them not sure since he is in and out of the house all day for work.. they said no problem, when would you like to schedule for!We were doing a FULL home window replacement and kitchen and bath Reno.. easily 50K plus in work. I cant believe they wouldnt even set an appointment. Left SUCH a bad taste in my mouth. I understand him being there when we SIGN CONTRACTS and getting his signature to pull permits. DO NOT give this company your phone number. They will call you relentlessly. I gave my information because I am looking to have some work done. The next morning at 8am they started calling me until I finally answered the phone. I told them that I was no longer interested. Even after I told them I wasnt interested the same person from the company kept calling me until I blocked their number.To me this gives me the impression that the business is desperate. If they have to relentlessly call someone for their business then their business must dont be too great. A good company doesnt have to annoy people for their business.

The 2 hour sales pitch is very scripted and painful to sit through. They offered prices like it was a game to them, starting at 19k and ending at 8K for windows and a door, after 2 phone calls to get prices “approved by the boss”. I honestly don’t even think he was talking to someone during the first “call”. I feel that they were not genuine or transparent in nature.

First of all, I am the queen of buyers remorse. After our purchase and install, I can tell you that this has been a great experience dealing with Morgan Exteriors and restores my faith in their promises and delivery. This is a very honest and professional group. The reason for the 5 stars is because of the team at Morgan: Trent, our salesman, Christina in the office, Wally, Brian and his crew for the windows, and Eric and Travis for our bathroom. I am very confident that even with my buyers remorse syndrome, if we have any problems down the road, they will honor and take care of them efficiently.

This review is for the presentation only.First of all I contacted several other places for a presentation and estimate but they all insisted that my wife had to be present and at the current time this is not possible. Morgan Exteriors was the only company that understood my situation and offered to come out and present to me only.Max S was the presenter. Appointment was for 3pm but the office called at 230pm and said he was running late and would be there at 330pm. I appreciate that they let me know. Once Max got to my house he explained how it works and got started. For me I was more interested in the product than most of the information presented but that is because I did my due diligence research on Morgan Exteriors before they arrived. If someone didnt do their research before hand then the information would be useful to them. What got me sold on them was the quality of their products and the Lifetime guarantee on materials and workmanship. Even though I live inland I decided to go with impact windows. Nick and then Julio were both fantastic. They not only honored a price match guarantee, they guaranteed repair of any cement board damaged during installation! Julio was thorough with the contract, too, which made me more confident in the work at hand.

Be aware with this company. From the first time the rep walked in, til the so called loan, with the numerous failed office communications right down to the delayed return call back from the head manager, this company projects a good game, but doesn’t deliver what they preach. To boot, they use contractors to install their product, not employees.

Sales presentation was good. Julio was knowledgeable, and agreeable to help get a price we were willing to work at. Best experience was when they knew they were going to be late, they called and told us. Not many do that these days!

We have to get our front door/Sidelite/door jam replaced. I have made appointments with several companies to come out and quote. Morgan Exteriors is one of the companies I called. The guy I spoke with last week wanted to know if the appointment time was convenient for my husband. I said it didn’t matter, that I was in charge of getting the quotes. (SMH)Today a woman from the company called to confirm the appointment. She said they looked up our house and saw my husband’s name was also listed as a homeowner and wanted to know if he would be available for the appointment. I said he would be home but not available, as their appointment was with me. She insisted and began to argue that they didn’t want to waste their time when both homeowners weren’t in agreement. I said he doesn’t really care and I had full authority to make this decision. She persisted in insisting George be a part of the appointment. At this point I told her that I was completely insulted by her attitude and she could cancel my appointment.We will NOT be using Morgan Exteriors due to their sexist business practices.

Horrible experience ever! We finally get our door after waiting weeks for it, only for them to show up with the WRONG door handle. They promised to complete the cosmetic aspects of the door, and bring the ordered lock after our inspection. Days go by and we finally complete the inspection only for them to just put on the lock and not finish the cosmetic touch up for the door! We call the installer who basically was like, I was only told to do the handle. Huh!? The job isn’t done! Again we waited for weeks, wanted this done before July 4th and now we sit with incomplete door. Not to to mention they destroy your walls and flooring and share ZERO interest in fixing them. I can only hope 2 months and 5k later someone will be here to finish the job I paid for before the end of the week. Disappointing beyond belief!

Made an appointment for estimate to replace my homes windows. Technician no only never showed up but nobody call me to let me know they were not coming or to reschedule.

The job that i had done was a 10 star job. First wally came out and measured everything. He was friendly and nice. The guy that installed my windows, brian, was professional and went above and beyond his job. He cleaned up after himself and my house looked better than it did before he showed up. Thanks again guys. I will reccomend morgan to anyone.

Very difficult company to work with. After the windows were installed it took two weeks to get them to come back and put the screen which was part of the contract. Then a few weeks later during rainy season water came in through the windows they had installed in abundance. They have become very difficult to reach and we are considering entering into litigation for the damages theyre delays are causing.

I’m still waiting on the completion of my shower install. FROM LAST YEAR.

Dishonest company give away personal information from there own employees.

Lack of information and respect, company person didnt know 60% about the windows and the only thing that matters for this company is to sell you the windows at the MSRP price.
