I worked with Hector who was very friendly. Our home was devastated by Irma and needed new cabinets and counters. It took way too long for anything to get done (still not done). Weeks and months would go by where nothing would get done. The work is still not complete and what was done wasnt professionally done. They forgot to add a spacer so the dishwasher wont open and i had to remove the drawer pulls and patch the holes because interfered with the dishwasher. I now have to change location of stove outlet, so that i can move it back another inch to gain clearance. The trim that goes on the top of the cabinet was never installed. Alot of corners where cut doing the work. The cabinets they buy are very well made on the other hand.

After about the 6th time of having them come back to fix their cheap leaking faucets and crooked hardware... we still have crooked handles, and dinged up doors that they tried to cover up with paint, drawers that come off because of missing screws. Eventually we gave up and moved on and had to take care of some of these issues on our own. The quartz counter does look nice though.

My job is still not complete. Joel has not been back since December 2017
