Gui Moreno is the man! Always does an amazing job with my hair. Wouldn’t trust anybody else. The space is also incredible: pool table while you wait, video games, and more. Super clean as well! Extremely worth your time and money.

One of the things I enjoy the most is going to shave in this place, you can have a coffee, play pool or watch TV while you wait, and the treatment is excellent. Very professional and the atmosphere is excellent 👌🏻. I always leave this place happy

The main greeter was super nice when I showed up on time and told me to have a seat. He then told me my original barber was running late (fake excuse) to pawn me off on their newest barber. This barber didn’t speak English or Spanish and was so new that he messed up my haircut and when I tried guiding him to correct it he didn’t understand. I told the receptionist that it was only an ok haircut and that I wasn’t very happy and didn’t get any response. Will not be going back and unless you speak Portuguese I recommend you don’t go either.

Upon arrival I was greeted and attended in a friendly manner, my barber, Dani, was excellent she gave me the exact look that I wanted and my wife loved the new low fade!!!

I cut my hair there for 2 years with André every month, I’m always satisfied by the end of the cut and during it. He’s a very professional and patient barber and he never disappoints. I recommend the place for everyone, has a really good environment as well.

Ive been here for a few haircuts. Normally great work, but there have been two times where they cannot keep their appointments. If you choose to schedule your haircut for 5:30, I recommend showing up at 5:45. Youll be waiting that long if you show up on time.

By far this was the best haircut I’ve ever had. The staff was nice, they have drinks, their tools looked like the most high quality tools I’ve ever seen and the Barbers carried themselves like professionals. This barber shop is one of a kind. They have a pool table, a bar, video games, and it is extremely professional. I went in there a month ago because I was looking for a new barber shop, and I got a hair cut with Juan. He is now my official barber. He is extremely skilled at his craft. He is attentive and makes sure to get the cut exactly how the client asks. The quality of his haircuts are a second to none. I highly recommend this barber shop.

The haircut was good enough nothing that I haventh been able to get at other shops before however I have never paid close to $50 dollars for a hair cut and shave. I tipped the guy and my total spending at this place was $57 dollars and change. The cut was decent but not worth it. Ive had better quality for $30 out the door multiple times before at other shops. Would not recommend unless you just have money to burn and its super close to you.

Love this place...many great barbers, but Juan is usually mine and really really good..great/trendy haircuts!! It’s hard to find a really good barber who understands the way to cut and fade well. This place is awesome. Juan has always done perfect. He is very precise and takes the extra time to give you a detailed and really cool cut. ;-)

My husband went to another barber shop and his hair ended up not looking right and it was not blended at all.. we were both upset about our experience that we looked to Instagram to find someone to help fix his butchered hair. We found the cave barber shopAnd decide to give it a try and when we arrived we were so welcomed and made sure we were happy and comfortable. My husband got Juany for his barber and he was so attentive and he did such a great job on his hair and beard. A little pricey, but its AMAZING quality.

Every time Ive tried to schedule an appointment there has been an issue. First time I found place as a walk in. Told would be 30 min. After 30 min, told barber that was expected wouldnt show and would be another hour. Then I try place again, this time with an appointment. I get a call 30 min after scheduling appointment that they are going to have to cancel as they forgot to block that time online as they already had someone coming in.I tried to make it my regular barber shop. Place looks cool and when did get hair done was great. Oh well.

Excellent service. Everyone is super nice and their customer service is great always attentive to your needs and preferences. I took my father and best friend to get their hair cuts there and they absolutely loved the outcomes. This was absolutely my best experience at a barber ever. Juany is flexible, talented and capable. He was able to help me figure out what I wanted. My girl has been talking about how good my cut looks the last 24 hours.Pricing was unbelievably affordable. When I checked out it was about half what I was expecting, these guys are definitely worth more! Came in for the first time and got my haircut by a guy named Bruno. Worst barber every, for one I dont recommend this place its way too over price for the low quality of barber they have there. Seems like they dont understand barber terms, I came in asking for a 3 with a grain. He did the complete opposite he did a 3 and destroyed my waves. I had to go to the next shop called Nicks Barbershop who had to fix it. There located on Conroy and Windermere in the turkey lake intersection there better with price and the quality is great.

Best barber shop in orlando!

I am a Google local guide and i absolutely love this place. The cuts are 25 dollars but it is well worth it. You get a complementary beer with your cut with any sport of your choice to watch on tv if you like. If you have someone waiting with you there is pool to play and Nintendo Wii to play. They absolutely cater to your cut and make you feel at home . A go to place in my books

Made an appointment on the phone, I was greeted by a lady that marked my appointment arrival and then was left there waiting. No barber approached me to update me on the wait or explain. I dont know what they believe an appointment means but they didnt showed any consideration for my time. I left at the 30 mins mark. They had only 3 barbers and the haircuts seemed okay but definitely not good enough for them to behave like divas.

Although I may not speak Portuguese/Spanish they always do a fantastic job! Highly recommend!

I was a walk-in customer and immediately greeted by a gentleman in the front. Video games, pool table, and complimentary beer are available. Since it was empty, I was sat right away. Unfortunately, it didnt help the speed of the cut. I only requested a high skin fade and eye brow shape up which took roughly a little over an hour. By the end of the cut, the barber and I both noticed visible lines on the fade and even though he tried to fix it, there wasnt much luck. The total for the cut was $25 excluding tax. I tipped 20% because Im a firm believer in tipping but to sit an hour in a chair and receive an ok haircut at an expensive price, only ensures that I wont be returning.

Great looking shop, good location.. Not a lot of good parking spots if area is busy.. However this would be first and last time I will go there.. The place was empty on a late Friday morning, only one barber was there which was a female (nothing against female barbers) she was the worst.. Very unprepared, didnt seem like she had a clue what to do very unorganized, couldnt work the barber chair well.. Paid more attention shaving the back of my neck (which was a first), then my actual beared.. When she got to the beared was the worst shape up ever.. Came out very narrow, didnt touch my mustache or shape anything to a tee.. Idk if it was her first day but she really made a very bad first impression to me.. This is my first review so I was felt that I had to warn anyone about this particular barber.. I had to go get it fix by another barber later that day.

This place was a real treat. There are so many womens only shops, which is totally fine, but they cater specifically to women. I dont need my nails done and a mimosa with my cut- I want a haircut, a shave, a beer, and lights that arent harsh and super bright white.Ive had my hair cut here the past 4 or 5 times Ive needed it, and its always been exactly what I want. Theres no feeling of being rushed, no harsh bright lights, the barbers dont force unwanted conversation about celebrities or whatnot in you. The shaves are tight and clean, the cuts always look good. The barbers attitudes are great, really making you feel welcome and relaxed.Definitely check this place out!

If i could give a 0 starts i would. I just got descriminated for being a women. I obviously go to barbershops for mens hair cut. I should sue you for this. You didnt just lose me as a customer but you lost my dad and my 2 brothers that used to come every 2 weeks. By the way im making sure that i will talk bad about you guys for everybody. Thats if my facebook post dont go virus because i know how to make sure that happens since i work for marketing and customer service.
