First time there as I’m from out of town so getting a fade was nerve wracking as I’m particular about how I get cut. Walked in and felt good vibes with good music and watched all the barbers cut. I knew I was at the right place. All barbers are skilled and but the owner Rob cut me and it was one of the best fades I ever got hands down. Finally found me a Orlando barber shop!

Went and sat for 30 minutes before i finally asked when id be next, was told they were booked all day. I asked if they were going to just let me sit and was told they closed in a couple hours anyway. Made an appointment because i was told the bald barber was good. Got a fade but he left patches on the sides of my head and i ended up looking like a box. Will never go back.

It was my grandson first haircut after three years and Rob the barber was great with handling him. He was able to look at the photo we supplied and create the look we wanted. Thanks again Rob for a great experience for me and my grandson first cut.

Took me a long time to find a barber in Florida that actually knows how to cut hair. I was born and raised in New York and barbers here in Florida are not that good. The barbers at Underground Cuts are very professional, fun and know what they are doing. Ask for Rob

Very professional guys, they are open pretty late. They are not like those barbers down the street at magic cuts where you got to be home boys with the barbers for a cut.

I waited an hour to get a hair cut with 2 people in front of me. Then 3 new customers who knew the barbers came in and the barbers cut them before me! These guys need a crash course about customer service. My first and LAST time coming here.**Update** After 2 hours and 5 customers being taken ahead of me, I walked out.

Called and made an appointment for 645. Barber leaves and I ask another barber what time hed be done or of he can give me a call when hes close to finishing. Barber tells me you can sit there and wait.

The closest to Brooklyn you will ever get. Very understanding and friendly.
