Been going here for 2 years now . Great barbers and vibes

Ive been going to this shop for a fee months now and have made this my only shop i go to. Paul takes care of me at an affordable price every time. Ive gone to him specifically maybe 4 or 5 times and gone to the shop twice as much. Paul is very professional and gives a good quality service.

Been going to this Barber shop for over a year now, and have always gotten a haircut with Paul. What I can say about him and the shop is that he’s an excellent barber, and I can always expect a great cut and a good conversation when I go. If you’re hesitant give it a try and ask for Paul!

I was referred by roommate for Paul, and he got me right. He was extremely detailed and very friendly, great guy and great experience overall, will be a long time customer.

Good cut/fade...prompt service

Very unprofessional. I chose to ignore the bad reviews and called anyways, bad choice.I called to make an appointment, was told there were barbers ready, asked who would I be making the appointment with and that was answered with rude attitude asking me what, you want to get a cut with someone specific is that it? There are 2 barbers ready.I said Ive never been there, dont know anyone there, just need to know who will receive me when I arrive which was replied with there are 2 barbers ready right now call ends.I started the call in English, person on the phone did not speak it so I spoke to him in Spanish, cant blame it on miscommunication.

Love the barriers yall put up and everything youre doing to ensure your customers are safe. With the knowing that Ill be back to my normal haircut schedule. Thanks Charlie for being being and awesome.

They have dividers set up between each station and keep barbers spaced apart when possible. Im very happy with the haircut and beard trim I received.

Ive gone here since moving to the area 3 years ago. Always very good service and a consistent good haircut. All barbers take current Covid restrictions seriously and are willing to accommodate concerns. Highly recommend if you need a good barber in Avalon / Waterford Chase.

The best barbers in town. I will never let anyone else touch my hair but them. I’m going crazy not being able to go get my haircut. I always give them a 20 dollar tip because they are that good. I don’t speak Spanish very well, and that doesn’t matter. Because they know how I want my haircut from the very first time they remember. Very professional very clean. And very nice. An old school barber shop feel with a kid friendly atmosphere. Always playing good Christian music on the radio. I love this place

I love taking my boys here. They always take their time and do such nice and tidy cuts. I gave a 4 and not a 5 star because quite a few times I’ve gone there has been some barbers on their phone the whole cut instead of focusing solely on the hair cut.

Barber is busy on the phone call the whole time not paying attention to what type of trim I needed. Very unprofessional and rude customer service.

K is an amazing barbara, place is very well sanitized, and very clean. B4 u sat down and after I left he started to clean his chair, station and even changed out his gloves he was wearing. I highly RECOMMEND this place. The owner of NY BARBERSHOP is also very polite and most of all an awesome barbara.

Good people, excellent work! These guys are stylish, trendy and friendly! No appointment, you choose your barber and wait for him. He is done with you really fast and neat!

They dont give haircut to kids my son 2 years old and expect him to sit by himself and not move and the mask has to go to the ears if not they wont move the mask strap a lil. Just to give a good hair worst barbershop in east orlando they are scared they should close down and go home

Great barbers who clearly know what they are doing and have experience. Anyone complaining about customer service is just full of s, my barber didnt say much to me but I didnt go there to chat. He was polite and did a good job exactly what I was looking for. I am bad at telling barbers specifically what I want but he took my kind of general directions and then did a great job so I will definitely be coming back here. dont let people who are complaining about customer service just because the barbers dont necessarily try to chit chat with them turn you off of this place if your looking for a quality cut

DO NOT GO TO THIS BARBERSHOP. JUST FIND ANOTHER ONE. I heard them make fun of everyone that walked in through the door. While I waited. I always pay $40 for haircuts and they will not get my money.

Very pleased with first visit today. Barber friendly & gave me an excellent haircut with only extremely vague instructions from me. Yes, a slight language barrier but I dont care about that. I now have a new barber. 😁

Messed up my hair!!!! I get married today and my barber was out of town so I contemplated on going jere instead. Bad idea!!! First guy on the left chair does not know how to cut. He rushed me, had bad breath when he talked and left a big line on the right side of my fade. My beard was uneven and cut the back of my ear that blood was visible. Do not go here great clips will probably treat you better....Seriously. Its that bad!!

Terrible place to get a good looking hair cut. They barely even asked me what I wanted and just kinda started going at it. Been here twice and both time were bad cuts.

I decided to give these guys a chance.They own the one downtown Avalon Park. I was worried because Dominican barber shops (it looks like a regular barber shop) most guys walk away with a shape up. Well, my fears were totally founded. I walked in and asked for a nice fade, NO SHAPE UP! he said he ( Chino ) understood and would just give me a regular haircut.Not sure if he is a sadist or what, but before I could even say anything he was using the clippers to slightly shape my hairline! it was too late. DO NOT GO, unless you like the barber totally dismissing what you asked for and cuts it short anyway.******DO NOT GO TO THIS BARBERSHOP*****They totally screwed up my hair, I got a crew cut.

I dnt really trust or read reviews but i am honestly saying they r a good barbershop, i have 3 boys and usually i am in and out in 30 mins with everyone having a fresh cut!

Best barbershop hands down. Every single one of those guys knows how to cut. I live by oia and drive down to avalon because of other nightmare barbers in the area.

Terrible experience with my son, wasnt expecting for the owner to tell me after sitting there for 15 minutes that they are about to close and no one was available to cut our hair. Mind you, there was seven barbers working at the time. When did the local barbershop become ungrateful, unappreciative, and downright dismissive to customers? Very disappointing.

Terrible and unprofessional environment! They kept swearing and using vulgar language in front of me and my son. One of the barbers even had his young son with him, who was also swearing and flipping off the customers! Never going back.

Totally messed up my hair asked for a simple haircut but the barber decided to give me whatever haircut he wanted and in the process messed up my hair cutting it way shorter and just horrible haircut
