They have continent accessible hours 5 am to 11 pm where most of the other storage facilities only give you until 9 pm access.

I rented this unit completing the agreement online, they have a third party doing I’d verification and something didn’t go right (misprinted number on ld) so it wouldn’t let me in my unit on my move day 🙁 very dissatisfied with the corporate side I already saw the unit met Josh, you just needed to let me in but absolutely wouldn’t so that part was unsatisfactory but the employees are great and look forward to the future

Visited to find a local storage for clutter cleaning. Looked at a couple units and they were very clean. For those that are concerned about fire damage there is a fire sprinkler in each unit I visited. Management is honest and will tell you what it will cost for move in and actual monthly rent (vs. website pricing. both are different due to administrative fees and mandatory insurance). Insurance on units is mandatory but reasonably priced considering you may be storing priceless things.

I was looking for some time at different places and ended up going with Life Storage. Joshua was so nice and knowledgeable. I actually ended up paying just a touch more at life storage (not much more) but will happily do so because the customer service and cleanliness of the facility overall far surpassed the competition in the area. Great experience in renting a space from Kevin. Great options, clear explaining of the process, rules and regulations and overall great service. Kevin made me aware of the current special (half off on the 2nd month), which I was able to take advantage. As aforementioned, the space was clean, well-secured and well-kept.

Full of rats! Stored my stuff here less than a year and all my stuff has to be thrown out! Rat droppings everywhere, and I mean ALOT, rats tore holes in my couch, vases being pushed over shelves, boxes eaten through, I have to replace all holiday decorations, kids costumes, and more. Staff will do nothing about it but take your money. Even though We pay insurance they say it isnt covered. We pay 185$ a month just for everything to be ruined.

Rented a unit 2 weeks in my belongings were infested with mice! Mind you, when you rent from here they want you to get their insurance. Guess what? It does not cover rodents. I had to throw out all of my stuff. They didnt even offer to corect the problem! Plus they admitted they were aware of the infestation. Do not rent from here!!!
