I wanted to leave a lengthy, detailed description of my experience at this location, but I have been trying to sit down and write to ALL DAY, which is happening at 11:30 pm. Anyway.....hands down the best customer service experience I have had in the last 2 years. Im talking restaurants, my bank, retail, law firms, etc.Tara not only was kind and very patient with me, but she understood I was in a time crunch, and she dove right in. She asked me obvious and concise questions, told me what size storage I would need (I have never rented storage, so I had no idea), and didnt try to sell me extra stuff I didnt need. Honestly, if there were any funny business, I would have just moved along to the next Storage facility.In the amount of time I spend in line at the grocery store, I was already finalizing my rental. She showed me the unit and explained the code system very well. Her professional and confident attitude made me feel comfortable and happy I decided to rent from here. As someone who has no idea what I would do 30 minutes from walking in the door, Tara calmed me down and totally changed my day for the better.The grounds were immaculate, the main lobby area was spotless and smelled like cleaning supplies. I am confident that my stuff will be safe at this location.I hope Tara is in charge of training because she is exactly the type of person a stressed-out person needs to work with.Trust me, I could go on and on.

Honestly an amazing experience from start to finish! I was trying to get a 10x10 storage unit for my friends and I to keep stuff in til we move and Tara at the front office made everything easy from start to finish. After I made the reservation online with the customer support team, she called me the same day and went through the pricing and everything and had it setup. As soon as I got to the office on the day I needed in, it was already ready for me and made the process so much easier. Definitely recommend storing things at this location!

The rental was quick and easy. Staff walked me through the rental and related documents. They explained each part with clarity. The site and the space were easily accessible and roomy. I will be back at the end of the school year.

This place will increase your rate without a notice. Apparently, that is part of the agreement you sign with them. We have been utilizing the storage unit for just over a year. In that year, our rate has gone up by $58. The first increase was by $8, ok, not too bad, and they let us know. This last increase was $50, and no notice. They claim they sent us something in the physical mail, to which we never received anything from them. It just sounds scammy when they told us they physically mailed it to us because we dont have anything with the set up via mail. Every communication we receive from them in via email, including our monthly receipt and the notification about the $8 increase...but not this $50 increase. They were just trying to trap us into paying it. Well, I hope that $50 was worth it, because now you lost a customer. Not only will you be out that $50, but you will also be out our $70 a month on top of it. We will be pulling our things out of the unit before the end of the month.

Wanda was more than helpful in assisting me with a rental setup. During our phone call she reviewed the rental reservation I made with the customer service line and walked me through the online signing of the rental agreement paperwork. Thank you Wanda for making my experience a pleasant one...I hope to be back next summer :)!!!

Manager is always very sweet and helpful (young lady, Bena I think). She keeps the site clean and can be seen every day walking around and talking to her customers. My husband has a unit here for over 5 years and while the service in the office is amazing, the price increases are not. They occur far too often (every 3-6 months) and I have received over 20% increase each time. This most recent one was for almost $80! They fail to mention that when you sign up.

So informative, accommodating and down to earth ! Tara was eager to assist me and guide me through the entire process!She truly is a gem for the company ! Special thanks to you Tara !

The storage unit are clean. Nothing bad to say besides the amount I had to pay for my unit jumped up $50 for no reason. $50 isnt a lot but from $130 a month to $180 for no reason and without warning wasnt cool.

Easy to do online reservation and great communication

The service was great. The store manager, Bina helped me herself and made the process very easy. She provided all the necessary information and showed me the different units to make the decision process simple.

The storage space I rented was fine unfortunately the rent went up so I chose to move out

Like what the previous reviews days. They will lure you in for a great price. But after 2 months they will increase your rate to $30 extra per month because of market conditions there stock price has been increasing for the past 3 months. They are making money. They should be called EXTRA PAYMENTS PER MONTH. also NO its not mandatory to have their insurance..BAIT AND SWITCH company

Veeva leon site manager shes always very helpful

Do not waste your money here! Stayed 2 yrs and every 6 months $30 rate increase plus taxes plus mandatory $11 a month insurance even if you have your own insurance. They get you in the door with a cheap rate then kill you every six months. Rent was $280 upon move in and over $400 on move out. Plus no refund on move out, even if your early by 1/2 month. Again, dont waste your money here unless you are willing to move every 6 months to get the deal

Moving across the country isn’t easy, especially when you overcompensate and what to bring with you LOL. Some of my love chairs and including my second bed can fit into my new home and getting rid of it wasn’t an option. Binalee helped me with my dilemma and provided me with the best professional service and explained the plan in detail to keep my valuables safe.

This facility is very clean and the manager Binalee seemed very friendly. Not just trying to get you out the door so they can play on there phone like some other places.

Price increase of $35 per month after only having the unit for a couple months. I was told if there was an increase to call and get assistance but this place lied about getting help. Will be moving my things to another place.

Highly recommended! Duwayne was amazing. I’ve never stored before, and he assured me everything would be great! I hope that the higher ups read this, because if it weren’t for Duwayne I would of went somewhere else, but as soon as he called me, I knew I was choosing this place. Top of the line professionals! I was attended by two young beautiful ladies and they helped me find the storage I needed instantly. The storage site is also spotless! Spotless I tell you! I couldn’t find one piece of gum to step on. If you’re going to rent a storage unit go to this place ASAP.

I love this storage mostly they have a location in every other block, the Units are clean and and advise to rent a unit at a great price go on line, reserve it and then you go to your preferred location and inspect it in person and rent it. the price is almost 50% discount. I rented a Climate control Unite 10x20 from almost $200 to $93. Love it!

Ended up getting a very good price so thats a major plus. Used them in the past and had good success then as well. Friendly staff and was able to book an appointment to view a unit quickly. Rented a 10 x 10 and will probably need another in the future, wont hesitate to do additional business as well as continue business with them.

A really great experience!! Especially after interacting with other storage companies, particularly Public Storage. Everyone I interacted with at different locations was courteous and responsive.I was running out of time to make it to my intended location which was 2 hours away. I called and a solution was suggested by Binalee the manager.I was able to sign up a a different location, buy my lock and arrive after hours to store my belongings at my desired location.The two people that assisted me where I signed up in Sebastian Regina & Cindy were just wonderful to work with. I was in Orlando over Christmas and only needed space for one month. Unlike every other storage place I have been to in the past, I felt very safe that the facility was well lit and felt secure. I had to visit my unit mostly at night, by myself, and was glad to know that I could go in and out and feel safe, especially as a female. I also felt a lot better that there was a manager on sight 24/7 if I needed help. The staff there is very friendly. The facility was nothing like the one I used at home, this location is very clean and welcoming.

The Experience started before we got out the car. Ms Santana and associate greeted us at the door and offered us water. Everyone was polite. Great customer service .The facilities are clean and well maintained.The hours of access are reasonable but I would have prefered 24 hrs.

Moving from California to Florida was an experience in itself, we were pleased to have the extra space available while we got organized.

Dont like that I reserved online since thats what youre edge on to do at the website than when you get to the location there are signs Everywhere advertising One month free than get charged a admin fee, like cmon already,oh wait I forgot, the push to buy insurance,,geeeez!

This is the cleanest, most pleasant storage facility in E. Orlando. The staff is super friendly and always ready to help. They have units of all sizes, and theyre super-clean and climate controlled. Its very secure with 24 hr surveillance and coded entry. Id definitely recommend this location!

I used to deal with Public Storage until I found Extra Space Storage. I absolutely despise bad customer service but at Extra Space Storage it was just the opposite. From the first time I stepped in the door the customer service has been great! JR and Ben treated me the way every place should treat a customer. The facility is very clean and well kept. I was impressed when JR said he would call me he kept his word. I would certainly recommend this place to anyone in the need of storage. We had a great experience with everyone who helped us, they were all extremely friendly and were more than happy to help us with anything that came up. All of our items were safe and there was no damage while we were there. They also offer prorated costs when youre ready to move out which was an added bonus from some of the other local storage companies who make you pay for the full month, it also is at a light/intersection which made getting in and out of the units a lot easier. The area was very clean and I always felt safe. I definitely recommend that you use them, their friendly faces made a stressful move a lot simpler.

Absolutely accommodating! From the moment we walked in the door we felt well taken care of. It was about to rain and we had an antique dresser in the bed of our truck. They didnt sell tarps but took it upon themselves to find one they might have lying around, which they found and graciously loaned it to us. Its nice to know our stuff is in good hands. I walked into the office and was happily greeted, after I poured out my heart with the miserly I was going through the staff at location Lake Undehill and Alafaya in Orlando Fla. Answered my needs and fulfilled my needs with the unit I needed. They did their best to get ne the best price but I went in on the 1st month free special but it was not in the size I needed. Im moving my things from one Storage location on the west side of Orlando to the Eastside because the condo that my daughter and I rent had a pipe burst and flooded the unit and neighbor. My landlord said he was going to fix it and that my furniture had to be moved into a Pod but them moved back once the condo was fixed and habitable because of the mold that was found. Me and my daughter and 2 dogs were in N.Y. for Christmas when this happened. Here we are in February and Im suing my Landlord who illegally changed the locks on the door and tried to force us to leave. Ive been staying in hotels and airbnb and loosing wadges everyday from not working all of my work tools are in the condo .And looking for a new place at the same time so Thanks for your help.
