I can not say enough how satisfied we are with this company!!! Long story short, my daughter moved to Orlando from NY in June. Due to some unforeseen circumstances she had to move Pa. Her vehicle was not reliable enough to take the trip, therefore shehad to store it along with a unit to store some personal items. Now, NY wants the license plates back due to an insurance issue or we’ll have to pay a “civil fine” of $400. I made so many phone calls to the DMV and law enforcement to help. No help.Last resort was to try calling the storage company to see if they would kindly mail the plates to me in NY. Honestly, I was so nervous to ask this of these people, it’s not their job. I make the call!! Erick answers, I explained my situation. He is very understanding and believe that they may be able to help, but would like to talk with management (Jahaira)to confirm. I’m placed on hold for a minute or two. Erick comes back and explains that they would be more then happy to get the plates in the mail for us ASAP!!! Who does that?? These people do!!!! They are fantastic!! Thank you From the bottom of my heart ❤️I also have to add that we have a moving company picking the car up tomorrow from there, we had to mail the key to them and they had no problem keeping a lookout for it so the transport company wouldn’t have any problems. I called looking for a space to rent out and they were very efficient (got it right away), Yolanda (property manager) was great, she provided us with all instruction once arrived and also contacted us prior the original starting day to follow up with us and provide all instructions... This storage location is a small, outdoor location in Orlando. I rented a 10x10 unit for about 10 months. My unit was accurately sized, and although there was a little bit of interior wall damage and a some rust on the roll up door handle, the unit functioned as expected. My unit remained dry and free of vermin. The manager on duty, Yolanda, was very helpful. She explained the policies and general conditions of the storage agreement. She has been following COVID safety procedures, including wearing a mask and sanitizing shared surfaces. In addition, Yolanda is actively encouraging customers to use the new touchless entry system.

I held a unit here for 11 years and always received great service even when I fell behind. Im sad to clean my unit out (moving to CA) but happy Yolanda and Janice were so good to me, like family. Thank you for everything!

The facility was as expected, but Yolanda was excellent. She really made the place stand out. From the moment the reservation was made online, she called to confirm and ensure everything was in order. When I checked in, she had everything ready and moved efficiently and effectively.

Yolanda really helped me in jam! I was trying to get stuff into my unit before Hurricane Irma comes, and my door got jammed (something I was supposed to have taken care of a while back but forgot). She was able to get the right guys to come out, even while the vendors were on evacuation orders, and they were able to get my unit to close. I came to this storage Facility last min because I needed to store the things for my apartment. I was helped very much by many because at first with out realizing I rented a parking spot which was not what I needed. So I was called and notified right away about it. Then when I got there I was helped out by Yolanda who was a great help. She was very informative and was able to give me all the information I needed as well as the information to protect my stuff with insurance which I would recommend to anyone. And my final take on it this specific location and what I love is that when I go to visit and I see Yolanda who was the lady who helped me she always says hi and carries conversation with me. Understanding that every place has rules and regulations and at times may have an off season. I rented a unit here that was the same size as an exiting unit I have elsewhere which is too far for me at times. I chose this location for it’s reasonable prices and location. After renting the unit and attempting to store my belongings I quickly noticed it was about a 1-1/2 feet to short. Now..I’ve rented units all over the United States while serving in the military and also ran a storage facility myself for a few years... So I’m aware that unit sizes are estimated... smaller or bigger by a few inches. However..I’ve never come come across a unit as short as this one. it was suppose to be 20 feet long but instead was slightly over 18 feet. It’s was unfortunate and also an inconvenience for myself.... however, the slap in the face was when I asked for a reimbursement for the unit the very next morning... I was told it was against company policy to give back my money.... WHAT!!!!! I could go on about the employees but not giving back my money... I’m not ok with that. Best they could do was credit another unit I have but it’s the principle. I gave 2 stars because prices are good and only 1 employee out of the 3 I dealt with were helpful. The other 2 need more training it computers literacy and customer service etiquette.UPDATE 1/13/20..... I received a call from Jahaira who is the district Manager, informing me that the company will in fact reimburse me my money. I was pleased to hear the news and gave the location an extra star. This location is definitely a 4 star location at the least, however, I can only give it 3 simply for the inconvenience it caused me. Again, as I mentioned on my first review, it may have just been an off day for us all. Thanks Jahaira for helping me out.

Gave it two stars instead of one because the issue was finally resolved after an immense amount of hassle. We reserved and started the rental of a unit on March 20. My husband went in and the systems were down so they wrote down everything. My husband didnt get a copy of anything. Less than a month later we get an email with what is due and when. Easy enough right? Next day we get another email saying we were passed due and threatening to auction our items, plus on top of that the monthly rate the were now asking was higher than we reserved the unit for. No one could help correct things and it got far enough that a lien fee was placed. We called everyday throughout the day for weeks. On the rare occasion that someone answered it was someone that couldnt help us. It took darn near three weeks of this circle before the issue was finally resolved. Right before they claim they were cutting the locks off to auction our belongings. Late fee and lien fee was dropped and everything is caught up. We were so close to just moving our stuff. Cannot wait until we move so we can get our stuff out of there. I just hope there are no more issues before that happens.
