Paid for a storage unit 4 weeks ago that didn’t end up using. Was told I would get a refund and have contacted the location multiple times. Still have not received a refund!!!

It is a very clean and proper place, we are very pleased and happy. We have been renting for about a year and we want to continue because it brings together everything we ask for, cleanliness, tranquility, security and a very friendly staff. Thanks to Keyshia and Tomas Managers

Ive had a lot of fluke issues/mistakes/miscommunications at this location, but the biggest notes for prospective customers are:1) Many cubesmarts offer a truck when you move in, this place doesnt.2) Many cubesmarts offer a dolly to help you load/unload your stuff, this place doesnt.It was explained that this is because this is an older unit, it doesnt have those sorts of amenities.My story: I booked what was the only 10x20 air conditioned unit I could find online prior to an out of state move. When I arrived, late on a Saturday I discovered the unit should not have been available to rent, it was filled with items from an abandoned tenant. For the inconvenience I was offered my first two months rent-free. The options they did have available were two air conditioned 10x10 units, or a non-climate controlled 10x30. I messed up, and picked the 10x30 and had my movers move in (they thought it would be difficult to fit things in the two 10x10s). I regretted the decision and reached back out the next day, asking for the next 10x20 that opened up. I was told that one had in fact just opened up, so I hired a set of movers to move us from one unit to the other. It was at this point, where we wanted to move from one unit to another that we realized the unit does not offer dollys or a truck, both of which wouldve been handy. $500 and four hours of labor later, we realized it was actually a 10x15, not a 10x20, and not all of this stuff was going to fit in the new unit. I put a lock on the both units, texted that Id be dealing with it another day and came home, exhausted.I returned two weeks later, wanting to avoid being double booked for units and found the lock to my garage units lock had been cut. A miscommunication or something, I had never had that unit actually registered. Im glad I returned when I did, because if I had waited much longer I probably wouldve just lost what was left in the unconditioned unit. I also went from having two months free to one month free, as the employee who offered that did not have the authority to offer that.Everyone Ive talked to has been very respectful but mistakes and miscommunications have made for a rocky start.

The manager Keyshia is very professional and she knows her stuff. I had to move to a bigger unit and she made the transaction go smoothly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for storage options.

Went to the store to check out some units for my in-laws we ended up choosing a different company but Marva & IKEA were awesome and hilarious throughout the entire process. !

I have only been in my unit for 3 months and mice have already gotten in and chewed through my furniture ruining it. The manager said that there is nothing that can be done to rectify the situation other than me having to go through the pain of moving everything to another unit myself. Insurance does not cover the damage so monetarily there is nothing that can be done other than issue a credit. Unless you want youre items destroyed with I would avoid here.

Very clean, even though in Pine hills area I felt safe going there at night. I was impressed. But was only helping a friend at his unit so dont know what they charge.

Great customer service but they have dead rats all over the units which the insurance that they make you pay for does not cover the loss you items that the rats have chewed and I believe died from as a result of what ever poison they are feeding them. Im not sure why this Google link was sent to me before they had the district manager to call me personally. Do not leave anything here that you value, maybe just some gym equipment or a vehicle.

Teela was a great help to me. She has great customer service skills. She answered all of my questions, she even carried my boxes to my car for me because I am handicapped. She drove me to my storage unit on her golf cart, so I would know exactly where it was.

The restroom is a burden to use. Its always lock and its far from a certain unit specially if you have kids with you additional to it you must go beg for the key. The pad to type number in need to be replaced or work on. Its moving as you dialing and you have to push the numbers very hardfor it to work. Another thing if you are a single parent kids are not welcome. When making reservation at time to confirm they dont tell about the free truck rental unless you find out on your own. The vibe really dont make me as a customer feel welcome.

I am not complaining about the store mgr. But I have to wait outside to be assisted a lot I do not understand why they do not have someone to man the desk also. I had to come in to make a payment at the mgt request intoldnthem Id be cutting it close because I had to work this day but once I arrived no one was in the office this made me late for work. I will not be using cube smart again.

I accidentally put the wrong date in for my move in date on my online order. It worried me, but the Customer Service Rep I spoke to on the phone calmed me down by letting me know my unit was reserved, and I could move in today. Sorry I dont remember her name, but she was great. Upon going into your store the office staff (Patty,Evie, and Tila) made my experience seamless. From showing me the unit,explaining my lease,my insurance options, and overall friendliness this staff was excellent. I actually stayed 30 minutes after my purchase talking with the staff. I Have been a customer since 2010,recently i got behind in my storage and I called and I talked with Teela Gillens the general manager to see if I could pay a portion of my storage so I wouldnt lose it to auction she refused to help me, so I had to call the district manager to get help with not losing my storage,in the end Richard helped me and I was told Teela could have helped me.I would just like to say Teela needs more training with dealing with customer and being more professional. Also when I asked her for the district managers number she act like she didnt want to give it to me,it took everything in me not to tell Teela were she could go.

The customer service was terrible! The woman at this location (Juanita) or something like that was rude and disrespectful. She was very unprofessional and used profanity when I called to deal with an issue with my card. I went online to make my payment, of course, but I dont understand how this place is in business with unqualified people cursing at their customers. Unbelievable. Dont store your things here!

UPDATE FROM MY PREVIOUS REVIEWS. I WENT BACK TO MY STORAGE UNIT TO NOTICE AGAIN MORE RAT DROPPINGS, I WILL POST UP PICS WHEN I GO BACK THIS WEEKEND. THE LAST TIME I HAD TO THROW AWAY SOME OF OUR WEDDING STUFF THAT WE WAS SAVING FOR MEMORIES BECAUSE THERE WAS A MOUSE IN IT. GETTING TIRED OF THIS. ITS TIME TO MOVE MY STUFF OUT OF THERE. PLUS THE STORAGE FEES GOES UP, RECIEVED A MAIL FROM CUBESMART THE OTHER DAY. NOT WORTH IT. I HAVE NO PROBLEMS WITH THE PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE BECAUSE THEY BEEN COURTEOUS TO ME SO FAR. BUT ITS NOT WORTH THE MONEY TO STORE THINGS THERE BECAUSE YOU MIGHT HAVE TO THROW SOME OF THE STUFF OUT. PLUS PEOPLE NEED TO STOP STORING FOOD IN THEIR STORAGE THAT WOULD HELP A GREAT DEAL, COMMON SENSEIve had my storage unit for over 2 years with them. Everything was fine until just recently I noticed rat droppings all in the hallway. when I got to my storage unit opened it up and it was filled with rat dropping. All of the chair cushions, head board with the leather stinks. When I say something the only thing that could be said is we can call truly nolen for you. This place used to be great 2 years ago clean nice presentable. But now its not being taking care of like before. I will start the process of contacting corporate and demanding a change.Update on what happened to my storage situation: Teela gave me a call and tried to correct the situation. I could tell she was sincere and I know its not facilities fault that people are bringing in food to store in their storage (who does that, I think people are getting more stupid and no common sense anymore) She offered to spray the storage unit through truly nolen. but I didnt carryout with it because that wouldnt stop mices if people r still storing food in their units. But Teela did what she could do and was very kind and I kind of feel sorry for her because their is so much a company can do to please customers because people are only looking for free stuff while other people are working very hard to put a roof over their heads. Im just waiting now to hear what they will do reinburst my time and some of our wedding designs we had to throw away. If not Im still impress with cubesmart and their 2 employees on how they contacted me and tried to resolve my problems

Tella is WOW!!!I used this facility for few months until my stuff needed to be shipped to NY. The day of the pick up of my belongins from a delivery company I had a problem. I asked Teela for help and she did it!! She saved me. She helped me like nobody else. Without her help I wouldnt have my shipment ready and I had to cacht a fly the same day...thanks to Teela everything was done. She tooked the time and effort and made possible for me to leave on time at the airport. I cant thank her enough: THANKS A LOT TEELA!! IM SO GLAD I USED cube smart in this location: Teela the best manager ever!!!
